Speaking of lots of cats... for the longest while this Beach Party only had Miqo'te and the lone male Lalafell. Held to chillax after recent days' events. The tied winners of hide and seek must participate in a kiss with a person of their choosing. Or a vote!

The last few nights have been pretty dramatic RPing with me and this was one of the biggest. We had Svara interrupt us but RPers take her down fast Even when not everyone is even 40.

It's almost very uncanny valley. @_@ It all goes quite fine until subtle creepy parts just make you freak. D: D:<<<<

That's it. I'm convinced, you want to drink Kage's tears of panic and anxiety. And my own. I still think that because the "primal" isn't a true primal (as we know them), that the tempering can be undone. It's not needed like the Primals' Tempering are in their unsatiated wants and needs. We'll just have to see. Of course whether or not that is true remains to be seen but your friends need to make sure that the character is not exposed due to the populations' fears and concerns over the Primals and their Tempered.

The translation is pretty unclear because he mentions a singular item but he also mentions a character's appearance. I don't see why it would be for just 1 item though because it would be a bit of a hassle to have to have several slots for the Prism just for the vanity/glamour system.

It sounds great. I wish I knew how to fit Kage into that. Oops.
-
Hello! I've noticed your name before and sorry for not saying Hi! Though knowing myself I'd probably be too afraid to say it first. Welcome to Balmung!
-
It sounds to me like the Prism would take a slot similar to the Job Soul Crystals. I'm gonna need my crafting friend. I infinitely love the Crimson Vest over the myth robe for BLM and I'm gonna need a high level crystal for that I'm guessing. It still doesn't mention whether or not the items are bound to that one crystal or I might have glossed over it while I'm at work..

Good question. I think if they were regulars and then suddenly switched to someone else they might not be too happy. I suppose it would depend on if it was like an independant or if there was 'mob' like connections involved It was just something I was thinking about to cause early drama if wanted Like a new better getting in between rival bookies or making bets in an area that one bookie tends to use most often but uses an unknown person, etc. Or maybe someone makes a very very fortunate bet against the favorite and wins lots of gil that the bookies are -very- unhappy with. I started to think at work I'm sorry.
-
Hi and welcome! I'm curious, what kind of questions/answers are you asking about? I'm sorry you got mocked over it, sounds rude to me. Perhaps we can help you instead?
-
Do bookies generally dislike it (threats may or may not come into play) when people make bets that aren't done through them?
-
Not to be a creeper but I swear I've seen you before in like CT (not just here or in Quicksand). As in, I think you were one of the tanks in my alliance. Maybe. @_@
-
Welcome! You might see a Lalafell just sitting on the rail in Quicksand. Might be Kage people watching or me waiting for something... feel free to say hi! Things can at one point be worked out if I'm available.

/em panics and throws hands into the air. Everyone would win. Who is supplying the gils, fame and women (men)? I'll throw a /tell when I get on Raeras Which is in like 8 hours. Work T_T
-
Am I hosting them because I'm the main attraction??

There is no Fight Club. Wait what? Chocobo Fights should be called Roc Fights if people had those. Not sure how that would ever work if it was to be done or it can just be /emoted. ((and I'd cry over it just a bit)) Kage might be interested in betting on small fights, paying on time. Like casual people betting on boxing fights. Should probably visit Grindstone though... @_@;

So. Awesome. I've loved bchart's fanart and fancomics.

From my perspective though, the only beasts who were tempered were Sylphs. I didn't notice Titan having any effect like that on the kobolds. That are faced.
-
SPOILERS RAWR You know I haven't done them all yet T_T Really is that Loonh Gah you didn't say T_T The band of mercenaries who took down Titan named the Company of Heroes tell you that they used the Kobold aetheryte to go in and defeat him. Involves the very long series of quests including the imposter, Brayflox, wine, and a feast. I'm pretty sure that they do not have the Echo. I'm still curious as to how a blind Lalafell beat Titan >_> <_<
-
Not to sorta derail the thread but speaking of chocobo races... how do you determine how many are judging/refereeing? I assume there would be some to ensure that proper course is maintained (Depending on path and routes what if person goes through this or that tree area that isn't in the course)

As far as I could tell based only on what I did for MSQ for ARR... tempered are there for the sole purpose of providing the primal with the physical manifest and providing it with the aether it craves. How elder primals act I'm not sure (odin??). They seem to appear physically without any tempered or summoning from prayers. King Moggle Mog as we know him isn't a primal for clarification and the mooglesguard aren't tempered but he's some form of twisted wish fulfillment manifest that craves for aether and sustaining physical form through prayer like the primals do. Honestly, there's probably going to be a bit of handwaving going on. Even with the tempered sylphs and Ramuh, it doesn't mean one of the first reactions wasn't to do something about the tempered ones, such as putting them down. The more neutral aligned tempered sylphs just won't immediately be causing trouble. Edit: But I have read that the idea might be that those with Echo (aka Adventurer in MSQ) is "tempered" by Hydaelyn and the large crystal thing we always see or from the Twelve.

Senpai will never notice me. Senpai is on Gilgamesh far away from Balmung ToT All jokes aside, welcome! I used to RP in Gaia's BCs section but I never was too good at it unless I exchanged nice PMs or AIM chats about plots.
-
Speaking as a Lalafell... this happens a lot even when you aren't just running around people >_> RPing with anyone targeted I try to keep a small distance because um yeaah JUST A LITTLE AWKWARD if you're with people who you aren't completely familiar/comfortable with. So many accidents where I move too fast and I position myself that my camera just gets some creeper shots. I also noticed that Lalafell NPC dialogue or about them also tends towards the more... raunchier side so maybe it's a thing. I also recognize a few names but I usually chicken out before I can even think of saying a hello.
-
Hello! I started with Gaia too so no worries. If it's a shame, well we can be a shameful together? I was into Neopets way too young for me to have even considered RPing then... Kage sticks around in Ul'dah for various reasons. His family is from the area, and his work and specialties lie in it. If you ever need a Lalafell (gladiator in-training) or general "good" Lalafell let me know. I'm generally in Quicksand as a gladiator if I'm available or already RPing. A lot of my time is still spent doing end-game things though.
-
In my case, Quicksand and Ul'dah are the perfect places for my RP characters. It doesn't make sense for him to be anywhere near Limsa. You aren't making their life hell when you make it known that someone is harassing you and causing you grief. So long as it's documented by you their harassment you should make it a case with reporting them for harassment. No one I know of who RPs would ever tolerate this. And people I know who don't RP wouldn't either.
