There are some people who think that this type of talk borders on sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior, especially when a male is the one expressing it to females. It's not just because it might be considered gay because Haurchefant is male and your player character is male (though I believe it did play a part, I don't think homophobia is the only reason). One of the biggest things I've seen is that GRR Martin uses "Ser" in A Song of Ice and Fire, and we've seen several references to the series in the game (localization at the very least). As was pointed out to me, they have specific titles/last names given to bastards of houses (even though they may be recognized they won't inherit of the house. Haurchefant Greystone for biggest example)

I'm not sure why you would refer to Ser Alberic as a Ser still and Heustienne as not one now @_@. The only difference is that Ser Alberic is a former Azure Dragoon and Heustienne is just a dragoon (and yourself Azure Dragoon). Edit: THERE IS STILL A 3.0 SER HEUSTIENNE.

In my journal logs: Unfading Skies level 40 DRG Job quest: "After meeting with Ser Heustienne of Ishgard...." Sky's the Limit level 50 DRG Job quest "...Shortly thereafter, Ser Alberic arrives in the company of another dragoon, who introduces herself as Heustienne, one of your instructors during your trials..."

The Dragoon you meet in 50+ job quests is referred to as Ser in pre 50 DRG quests.

Haurchefant in the Japanese version can come off as extremely perverted and creepy-harasser to the player. Edit: Depends on how much of a fucking dumbass 'trigger' you have.

To be honest, I have to check at what the old differences was/are. I remember seeing something about it with the Heavensturn event when he was touting the wonders of horse masks but I don't remember what it really was. Just not as flamboyant? This MSQ requirement was not in the game before, but they'd put it in trying to fight RMT. You're far far ahead of the MSQ level requirements, it won't take you long. They'd put the new requirements in the patch notes when they added it but I don't know if it's placed somewhere else in the logs. ((There are similar things to this. The primal hard mode trials are required to complete the MSQ after the 2.0 MSQ, I think it's required for 2.5? I believe it's in the quest log though that the hardmodes are required for that next quest.))

I highly support the use of Daesh (for those horrible with pronunciations like I, it sounds something like "dice-SH') because calling it ISIS or ISIL or Islamic State just gives them way more legitimacy than they ever deserve (more than 0). It also serves as a big FUCK YOU to them in Daesh who consider it an insult. Also, I'm tired of Islamic being blamed for everything just as much as I'm tired of X religion being all against the QUILTBAG or -other-. I'm waiting to see how this plays out. What will Russia do. I have been really busy but my initial reports were that Turkey hailed Russia's plane a few times in the 5 minutes it was going in and out of its territory to no response so that's when they blew it out of the sky. I don't know enough on the Syrian war (it's got Daesh, Syrian Gov't-Assad, Syrian Opposition, Al-Qaeda's Sunni Front and Kurdish forces going on). Apparently the Kurdish forces are confirming that one of the pilots was killed by the Syrian opposition. I've read before that in terms of Syria, Turkey has been allowing Daesh much more free reign as they'll get rid of the Assad regime which sorta makes Turkey seem like accomplices. While Russia is OK with Assad (being the current 'government') Turkey is not, so I'm sure that had quite a bit to do with what happened here. Answers WoL includes Hyur WAR, Roe PLD, Miqo BRD, Lala WHM, and Elezen BLM. WoD includes this same very team but their armor has been augmented and dyed. Don't know if Answers WoL = WoD but we know that WoD experienced the same thing as the Answers WoL. We even see the WoD fighting Ascian! It looks like people have gotten the /sundrop dance! I AM LIKE 3-4 DAYS BEHIND AND I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS You can see it in action here! Even if they weren't exaggerating, a fortnight is still 16 suns (2 weeks). That's still quite a long time by sea. @_@ Edit: In current real world comparison, depending on ship length, weather conditions etc, some sailing trips from Newport Beach CA to Hawaii took about 16 days. A rough distance estimate between Hawaii and Newport Beach about 2491 miles, and 2163.73 nautical miles. (2491 malms) So I was doing (flimsy) math and at 10 knots (depending on conditions whatnot), sailing for 16 suns, that's about 4.4k miles. @_@
