Here is the organizational chart. They are essentially the bulk of Ul'dah's military strength. Depending on your standing, you may be able to leave and travel to other places to conduct investigations etc. We've seen Flames presence in the other city states on investigations and whatnot. I assume it is easy to enlist but staying and doing the job is a different story depending on what brigade you may join.

One Punch Man is a great action series. Plays with a bit of tropes and whatnot. The series originally started as a webcomic (ongoing) by ONE who cranks out snippets in his free time. To the left is the original by ONE and to the right is the redraw by Yusuke Murata. Yusuke Murata collaborated with him for a bit before starting to adapt and illustrate it for manga publication. Murata is known for illustrating Eyeshield 21. From what I can tell, barring small publication specials, Murata is completely following the flow, story and pace of the original. I've said before in other places that I take things and myself too seriously... but the humor in One Punch Man is great. I would like to liken it to Gintama's sense of humor if I had to. House Durendaire was put to the task because House Haillenarte fucked up.

For House Fortemps and House Haillenarte specifically... House Fortemps has of late gotten flack for advocating the use of outside foreigners, adventurers specifically. While Count Edmont treats his illegitimate son, Haurchefant, as if he was a trueborn there are many in Ishgard (such as the Heavensward) who call him a bastard. House Haillenarte failed to hold and lost the Stone and Steel Vigils. That essentially put them at the mercy of the other Houses (Dzemael and Durendaire specifically). House Haillenarte doesn't quite have much funds, spreading themselves thin trying to bolster their Sea of Clouds outpost. Their youngest son, Francel, was friends with Haurchefant (Their story is in the Tales from the Dragonsong War). One of the sons died in the loss of Steel Vigil. House Haillenarte are in a weak position, especially so before hitting level 36ish as they lost two Vigils before ARR. Losing them put them in the bottom rung it seems. For the other two houses, interestingly, House Dzemael controls the Lightfeather Proving Grounds (the chocobo arena, but also for knights such as even the Temple Knights). House Dzemael is attempting to rebuild Falcon's Nest. House Durendaire has a knight in charge of Whitebrim.

See.... when I make beef stew I typically get this brisket roast... cut that up. Sear and season, Worcestershire and like 1lb of pico de gallo. Then I add a bunch of red potatoes, celery and some carrots. Add like 2 canisters of beef broth and 1 can of El Pato Jalapeno Salsa (7 3/4 oz). Cook that forever and then add a box or two of lima beans probably a pound or more. It lasts for a long while but the space we have now for 4 people means I can't... quite make that much. Ever. I have no idea how to portion control for 1 person! :< Except... hi Kage buy one chicken/beef steak. That's part of a portion! But I can't eat steak all the time. ... even if I wish to.

Call me sensitive, but it feels like your opinion is that people who want to play a specific race because of aesthetics or visual appearances is only because of the "weeb". Am I hanging on too much to your word usage or am I onto something?

Does anyone have a small crockpot beef stew recipe? I'm not sure how to make my recipes "small" We don't have much fridge space to share for 4 people so I can't make a recipe that I have that's for essentially 20 servings or more. So... halp? or just in general small crockpot recipes. I essentially need to make food for one person that won't be in a fridge for more than 1 day and night.
