Rena looks around at the sewers they were entering in. She was surprised that it smelled clean even with its condition. "I thought the sewers would smell dirty and gross, but it smells fine!" Niklas was next to Rena when she said her comment. "True, but that is because there has not been any waste here for years. Still the architecture is magnificent for a place like this."

A silver haired man in knightly armor and an energetic Miqo'te are the next to leave the boat, the man after tying the rope at the docks. The Miqo'te looks up at the dark citadel ahead of them. She says "Oh gods, this place looks much bigger up close!" The man replied, "Well we are closer to it than we were before. It has to look bigger up close, Rena." He ruffles Rena's hair with his hand playfully, Rena pouting at the man in response, but then giggles. "Well I can't argue with that, Nik!" Nik smiles as the duo continue moving on ahead.

Niklas is a Free Paladin and a Immortal Flame, but I will only be online from around 3 to 9-10 PM EDT on weekdays.

Because I changed Nik's wiki, I also had to change Rena's wiki as well. I gave her a name for her weapon, and made her more like a Sun Wukong homage, which was what I intended.

Just redid my character as it comes for his weapon, and updated some stuff as well.

I am still developing my characters and I would gladly appreciate any recommendations you consider for them.

The Legend behind Voidknight Citadel Several years before the Battle at Castrum, Voidknight Citadel, after its discovery deep in the area of Outer La Noscea, was a vied strategic location between the Maelstrom and the Garleans as well as Queen's undead army alike as its natural defenses made it near impenetrable. Eventually though, it fell to a small strike force of Maelstrom soldiers, and a mix of military and mercenary personal. After the castle fell though, conjurers warded off the area with natural magic and hoped it would remain buried but Queen's army wasnt completely destroyed and so eventually the ward failed but the area, despite how vacant it looked after it reappeared, became a centerpiece of both adventure and fear as rumors of unclaimed wealth as well as rumors of it being infested with undead and voidsent, it became something of a legend. The area was conveniently buried by the Maelstrom after the defeat of Queen supposedly. They didn't want to risk riots when people heard there was an undead army growing in the land under their noses. The Garleans didn't make much of a move after that either as the ward kept all who wanted to enter away and out. The citadel is called Voidknight because of the soul stone that was gifted (or rather she stole) by a extremely powerful voidsent and it was called the Voidknight stone, an artifact that boosted her necromancy powers and even made her thralls and summoned voidsent handmaidens immune to the effects of banishment magic commonly used by conjurers so the dark magic cant be undone unless the master user of the magic is slain, or that is the theory. The soulstone was never recovered during the fighting, nor was Queen's death confirmed so it's currently assumed she is KIA and without substantial evidence to prove otherwise. Niklas Gran, leader of the Gran Knights, found interest and intrigue in this mysterious citadel with a bloody history as he consults his friend, Inessa Hara of the Unsung Heroes. Passage 'may' have been secured to Voidknight Citadel and Inessa waits for Niklas to return with many fighters to come with, for many varying reasons. ------------------------------------------------------- What was just described above was the place of my Free Company's first story event! Niklas has access to two Limit Breaks for each Level, ala FFVII. His Final Limit Break is so powerful that, despite it also uses all 3 limit bars, it has its own level. Level 1 (Uses 1 Limit Bar) Braver: Niklas readies his blade to hit the opponent with a powerful overhead slash. -Potency: 2000 Shield Slam: Niklas puts forth his power into ramming the opponent with his shield. -Potency: 1500 -Additional Effect: Stun -Duration: 10s Level 2 (Uses 2 Limit Bars) Blade Beam: Niklas channels his aether through his sword to send a powerful wave of aether at the target, also sending shockwaves to all nearby enemies. -Potency: 3000 -Additional Effect: Inflicts damage on other enemies with a potency of 1500 Climhazzard: Using a combination of Aero and his aether, Niklas rushes forth to cleave the opponent in a powerful gale. -Potency: 2500 -Additional Effect: Inflicts wind-aspected damage over time -Potency: 30 -Duration: 1m Level 3 (Uses 3 Limit Bars) Azure Wind: Niklas focuses all of his aether into creating a powerful maelstrom of razor-sharp winds that cut through the opponent like tissue. -Potency: 4000 -Additional Effect: Inflicts wind-aspected damage over time -Potency: 100 -Duration: 1m Bladedance: Niklas rushes at the opponent, charging with multiple successive slashes from his blades at many angles until finishing with a great overhead slash. -Potency: 5000 Level 4 (Final Limit Break, uses 3 Limit Bars) (Can only be used with Tyrfing and Aegis) Gran Strike: Niklas puts forth 100% of his power, magic, and aether into Tyrfing and Aegis, resulting in a ferocious onslaught of sword slashes and shield bashes, combining all of his other techniques, culminating in one final slash from above, finishing the opponent. -Potency: 10000 -Additional Effects: ignores Defense, inflicts wind-aspected damage over time, and inflicts Stun -Aero Potency: 200 -Aero Duration: 1m -Stun Duration: 30s
