I. Basic Info Characters:Yui Moks Primary character:Yui Moks Linkshells: <> Primary RP linkshell: <> II. RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): I guess I would be a medium Roleplayer? I tend to have my views fixated on PvP, Dungeons, Raids, trials.. Over actually doing RP on here.. Despite loving it and writing.. I'm going to go with Medium, with a Post-To-Match/Para/Mirror.. I guess, style. Views on RP combat and injuries: My views are very simple. People are able to wound my character as long as it DOES NOT affect their everyday life. Meaning, you can give a small cut along their arm, punch them, kick them. Really anything that doesn't leave them disabled. HOWEVER, If actions that are worse than small clips or cuts are preformed. I want to be notified OOCly first so that I can be prepared and format a correct Reply and then figure out how it's going to affect my character in the coming days along with how long the recovery process will be. Views on IC romance: I love Romance. However, I do not care for ERP. I love writing out the lead-up to ERP, but the session itself is something I'd rather just Fade-To-Black. Mainly because, from pass experience. ERP can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 5 hours and I'd rather it be over in 10 minutes with 5 replies max from both parties than it going on for ages. On top of the subject of ERP, I prefer to only ERP if it is advancing plot development between the characters. Things such as.. A giant wound across ones bodies, that can only be seen when their guard is down and clothes are off. Just an example! Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): It would have to be discussed but normally I am all for ties like this. HOWEVER, Depending on my character, I will most likely not be able to include ties like these. It all comes down to how the discussion of said topic goes. Views on lore: I love it. I know FFXIV lore like the back of my hand but even then, I am still learning the lore of the game. I've been here since The first beta of 1.0 and I'm still learning. I love to nerd out and talk shop over lore and learn more with others than go out and dig it up myself. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): /say, /em, /party, /tell I normally use for RP Purposes. Depending on the environment. Say and em are my go-to. Party and Tell is if the RP is intense and there's a lot of RPers around or if the person I am RPing with choose to not RP something that is available for anyone to read. /fc and /ls are very dependent on what type of company/ls it is. Hi! I'm Yui Moks and I play a Xaela Engineer! I have been RPing for about 6 years now but recently I've had issues with RP and Writing as a whole that made my attention span and focus drift elsewhere. I've been struggling to settle into RPing again but I just haven't found my setting, though I feel I'm finally going to be settled here shortly! I have been on Balmung various amounts of times, under different names.. Though I never did much else besides run content and lurk around in the QS for cheap entertainment. Heh;; My goal for being here, is to promote and spread positive and happiness, one tell at a time. I love to compliment people, that's my biggest thing. I've been sending quite a few tells this past day just to people about how their characters look. First and Foremost, I love content. I love PvP, Dungeons, Raiding, etc. I love it all. Though when I'm not doing that, I'm lurking around Ul'dah and checking out peoples characters and writing down bullet-points for my own character! I'm very opinionated, Curious and I love to talk. I really enjoy talking. Whether it's a debate, simple chit-chat.. Whatever. I love talking and I could talk for hours. And when it comes to RPing, I could go on even longer. My RP style is Para/Post-To-Match.. I feel like I can only be as good as the person I'm RPing with. So with that mindset, I strive to always bring my A-Game so that we can both grow and learn as writers. Speaking of Writing. I am hoping to use RP to get back into my writing and settle with it completely, so that way I can continue with my dream of using writing as a profession in the future. Whether It's editorial, Journalism, Novelist, Short-Stories.. What have you. Anything to do with writing, I want that as my profession.. and I feel I've grown and will continue to grow even more with RP and I hope that continues. Okay, That's enough of me. Hi, RPC! ♥
