Wasn't sure where to throw this but I noticed lately a lot of wiki pages have started crediting other players for my wiki layout on Bancroft (too many for me to contact personally). I don't mind if you don't credit but I ask that if you do to please credit the right person. Thank you. TnT I've also uploaded my template to the template section of the wiki for new users since there has been a request for it. If you guys would like for me to code something for you or have any questions/issues, please let me know and I'll do my best to make it happen!

Greetings from a returning 1.0 player! I've been playing since ARR but due to unfortunate circumstances (*coughserverscoughlag*) ended up with a main on another server, however I am looking to get back into roleplaying - yay! Here is a brief run down of my two characters, if you're interested in working something out I'd love to hear from you! I can be a bit hard to catch sometimes, but I don't mind handing out my skype to make it easier (just ask!). I look forward to hearing/roleplaying with everyone!

This. Generally, I've found myself pretty tolerant of most names people come up with for RP since there is, more often than not, a reason for them picking that particular name. I do, however, draw a line with goofy names (for example, if someone was named Buttface McHurty). Much like Merri, I had a name picked out for my miqo'te long before they were in-game or any sort of info was given about their naming tradition. Naturally, by the time we had any thing to work with I was already attached to the name and loathed to get rid of it, so I did what any person would do. Research! Tweak! Twerk! It was a long, grueling process to sort out the name issue since I needed to find something that not only matched Bancroft but would be used in his biological mother's name as well. The end result was the name Banli'a. There's a story behind it that I won't get into but out of respect for his mother, he still goes by that name however, like the rest of his personality, it's a name that is closely guarded and reserved for only those who are close and dear to his heart.

Dang, there goes my RP idea of having a 3'2" Roegadyn! I have a question in regards to the height and RP. Should characters adhere to these height measurements and not waiver above or below it's max range? If not, would people get funny stares if their character falls a couple of inches outside the range of the slider?

This is amazing! Thank you very much for putting forth the time and effort to make this post as it has proven itself to be an extremely informative and interesting read for me. As someone who plays a male Keeper I found a lot of the ideas you've put forth as keeping very in line with my own during character creation, such as the nomadic lifestyle and promiscuity. While I may not agree 100% with everything presented here (as I do possess some bias, hah) it was none-the-less nothing short of amazing and offered a lot of food for thought for future development.

Ban identifies best with demiromantic/pansexual. Lately, I've imagined that unfortunately being a miqo'te male (Keeper of the Moon, there's an added pressure of being much rarer) for him often evokes (invokes?) a feeling of shame in regards to his sexuality and he feels he should be obligated to seek out sexual relationships with women more often. In that regard, would he present himself as hypersexual but has trouble in the bedroom, or as an indifferent asexual?

I voted no for very much the same reason as Rhio and Dotoro stated. Personally, I'm not really interested in reading about the history and complex involvements between a character and an NPC in their past (present, maybe, but I feel that info comes out as we interact in RP). No offense to anyone, it's just not something I'm interested in. May I suggest an alternative? If people are very concerned about the clutter on their pages, offer a template? A guideline of sorts? Do you really need to list every single RPer you've met in passing and never spoke to again on your wiki? How about creating a web page hosted on sites like Google Web or Yahoo and just link to that from the wiki page? I hope that makes sense.

I'm sure other people have made this assumption but if Seekers of the Sun are lions then Keepers of the Moon are tigers. At least that's my theory.
