Dang... That's disappointing and I freaking love Berserk.

Deryck: Ishgardian that ended up with a cliche edgy shonen anime persona and is clawing around for a purpose only to make unnecessary enemies with the wrong people which in turn creates a load of unwanted drama for all parties involved, killing his reputation as a war hero of the Dragonsong War which he used to try and elevate his status because he has complex issues from his past. U'kayah: Not-so-smart Miqo'te working with a smart Lalafell that hunts criminals but ends up looking like a criminal instead by complete accident. Sol: A smart Lalafell working with a not-so-smart Miqo'te to hunt criminals but ends up like a crime boss for some reason. Raiden: Overpowered villain from a super hero comic. Ayleth: The sibling that goes from evil sibling we want more of, to a sibling that ends up completely changed and we want nothing to do with.

When I experimented with Sol Agrias a couple months back there was a definite decline in RP due to the already mentioned Player Bias. Lalafells IC and OOC are viewed as either pets or pests which is not far off from how we see rodents. Yeah there are those who get really weird with them but that's not much different from how weird people get with other races. It's just really silly to me people consider Lalafells the worst in any form. I love Lalafellin characters and think they can add an interesting spin to RP. "Don't hate, don't discriminate." should probably be that good ol' counter quip. lol

I'd like to do this ICly on my main. Go ahead and hunt me down ingame or I can go to you when you're available.

My character sometimes comes off as a Gary Stu every time I look back at his wiki. All of his abilities are over-the-top most of the time and I feel he won't mix well with other groups for long. Thus it kills my motivation to make new stories for him because it'll turn out like a typical shonen anime. He'll keep getting stronger and more unrealistic until eventually he becomes a God. Perhaps my kid side is still around... I don't know... Perhaps it's paranoia.

I hit the button I never joined Gilgamesh first, I never made my previous bad character Raiden, I never had to experience high levels of drama, I would've never had to deal with RP trolls of any kind, OOC politics stop, OOC/IC meshing stops, people ask ahead of time about certain actions, /random isn't the norm for fighting, and everyone on Balmung RPs their hearts out with no limits; not just the FCs or the guys in the Quicksand or at Events. I then call the button the "Reboot Button".

Good character chemistry, perfect scenery to fit the mood, and some sweet moments with some cute words here and there. Icing on the cake is the thought put into it to make it special for the partner. That's just how I roll. :thumbsup:
