I'm curious whether it will or not; this video is made for use in Japanese storefronts. It's possible, but I'm also pretty certain that none of the narration is actually anything we don't already know.

It was also released on the JP blow however and so far we've got a translated version of everything posted on their side so far as I can remember. It explains a LOT of stuff about FFXIV that would be very valuable for new players (which is their target audience) so I could definitely see them releasing a version for the other language communities, even if only subtitled.
