Tiergan Posted December 12, 2013 Share #1 Posted December 12, 2013 I'm a huge fan of intense, dramatic, in-depth RP with a decent-sized group of people. I've tried out different FCs and LSes, all of which were filled with really fantastic, kind, creative people - but I still haven't had much luck. (This wasn't a failing on their part mind you - they were/are all great groups and in a lot of cases were just very specialised towards a certain type of RP.) I made my own linkshell to try and foster the sort of stories and RP I enjoy most. However, I realised that it's probably better to just make a post here on the forums, see if there's anyone else out there who's hankering for some deep, intense, (sometimes) serious RP, and collaborate with them right from the get go. If you're interested - hit me up! We can later gather up, see if we're of the same mind on things, and then brainstorm a rich, sprawling, crazy plot that we can all participate together in for a long. If it works out - awesome! If it doesn't - no harm, no foul. At least we gave it a go and it might at least lead to some nice RP connections for other kinds of RP in the future. [EDIT: If you're interseted, and you have Skype, please PM me your Skype information! If you're interested, but you don't have Skype... maybe get Skype? Skype is free! And awesome!] Link to comment
Tla Posted December 12, 2013 Share #2 Posted December 12, 2013 *hits* I'm European so I don't know if we're on at the same times, but count me in!! Link to comment

Therese Villefort Posted December 12, 2013 Share #6 Posted December 12, 2013 I've never done large in-depth plots before, but im quite free at this time with no involvement, so i would be up to join and try it if you set something up. I'm European as well. Link to comment
Naunet Posted December 12, 2013 Share #7 Posted December 12, 2013 I am a plot monster. I eat plots for breakfast, second breakfast, elevensies, luncheon, afternoon tea (goes great with a biscuit), dinner, and supper. I am the all consuming maw in the darkness between the stars, and I hunger for plot. I am the eternal will. I... ... would love to discuss plot! My character is an investigative accountant who works for a financial regulatory agency that is secretly . She also has a strange habit of befriending hobos (so far, she has four in her collection!), which may or may not be a wise thing to do. Link to comment

Evie Posted December 12, 2013 Share #9 Posted December 12, 2013 I'm interested in brainstorming with you about large over arching plots. I would be interested in the RP not only for my character, but also for my FC. Many of us are RPers so would be very interested in creating some plot ideas with you or whoever. Link to comment
Erik Mynhier Posted December 12, 2013 Share #10 Posted December 12, 2013 I love dramatic overblown plots, add me, add me. Link to comment
Tiergan Posted December 12, 2013 Author Share #11 Posted December 12, 2013 oh god your forum avatar is judging me with its angry feline glare D: It also gets terribly along with my forum title =| Grumpy Cat begrudgingly approves of other cats who are also Grumpy. Also, I am a huge derp and should clarify that I made a linkshell, but then later decided "Making a linkshell with a pre-set story made by me might not be working out. I should just gather up people and brainstorm with them from the start." So there is no actual idea or linkshell for people to join (well, unless you have space for an extra LS and like the sound of Runebound /coughcoughshamelessplug). The plan was to round up a bunch of interested parties, see if we all like the same kind of epic plots, and then brainstorm some crazy awesomeness together from scratch. Europeans! Fear not - depending on what time you play, we might be able to have awesome times together. Or we could just collect all the Europeans who are interested in epic plots and help get you all together making RP magic. I'm glad for all the interest so far. I'll let the thread hang around for a few days longer to see if anyone else wants to join in and then I'll either hunt you all down in game or just send out a bunch of PMs through this website. Magellan Posted December 12, 2013 Share #12 Posted December 12, 2013 Tier, this is very much in vein with some of the things I am trying to do, and you know I'm always up for whatever you've got cooking up ^_~ so count me in! , Link to comment

I dunno if I can respond in a grander way then that... BUT I AM EQUALLY AS PLOT HUNGRY!!! (And I'll be honest, if I hadn't previewed before I sent this, it would've said "Pot Hungry")) Link to comment

Sophia_Grave Posted December 13, 2013 Share #17 Posted December 13, 2013 I just got back from a bit of a hiatus and would love to get in on this. Send me a LS/Friend request; I'm mostly playing on Sophia Grave, but I also hop on Krysswys Stahlwyn and L'Teelah Malchoh form time to time. Link to comment
LandStander Posted December 13, 2013 Share #18 Posted December 13, 2013 I think the cells in my body are powered by plots. If you ever need help with coming up with some fun stuff let me know Link to comment
Tiergan Posted December 13, 2013 Author Share #19 Posted December 13, 2013 H'okay - I think I might make a temporary "Brainstorm Times" LS just to make it easier to gather people up and eventually chat. This LS will probably be deleted after once we all figure out stuff. Does this sound like a good idea? Do you guys even have space for another LS? I know I'm nearly hitting my max cap, so I'd understand if folks don't exactly take a shine to this. Link to comment

Tiergan Posted December 13, 2013 Author Share #21 Posted December 13, 2013 Yeah - I feel your pain. My kneejerk urge is usually 'COLLECT ALL THE RP LS!" And then when I need space I scramble to figure out which one is inactive and isn't actually necessary. Link to comment
Magellan Posted December 13, 2013 Share #22 Posted December 13, 2013 I'm up for and have room for an LS, though I think a skype room might be moreconducive to brainstorming sessions. Link to comment
