My best suggestion in order for you to essay interest is to make a doodle with the doodle wizard tool (you can see the current open doodles at the bottom of the opening pages in the "pending date" links), offering the dates you can set up classes for (with a fair advance), and see how many people sign up in the next days. When you get a general idea of what day people would like, you can announce the official date (like Osric just did) for your class.

 

Note that not everyone does sign up in the doodles, many will just look at the thread for announced dates and just show up, so don't be discouraged if you don't see many signatures on the doodle (And it works the other way around too, people sign up in the doodle and then end up not coming :lol:). If you feel you can no longer set up a class for real life emergencies, that is fine, just make a disclaimer announcement here so that people know ahead and don't feel lost when the day comes and nothing happens.

I'll probably do that today once I get some brain function back for today, been up most of the night.. toddler has a cold and i think she gave it to the 4 week old x.x plus hubby was complaining about being sick.

Apologies about the Botany class for today... I've gone my whole life without plant allergies and gone from one side of the country to the other, but apparently there's something that blooms in eastern New Mexico/western Texas after it rains and that something is trying to kill me. I've taken an allergy medicine, and it seems that until I'm out of this part of the country and my system clears this out, my choices are "sneezing/coughing constantly with bleary eyes and running nose" or "nodding off every five minutes".

 

I'll look at the schedule in a day or two and try to pick a new date off of that. Sorry again.

Doodle - Marauder Training

 

Ok there, those are the best times for me as far as skipping or working around the wee one's and the husband's work. I can always edit them later if someone or a few people speak up on a better time instead of the ones listed. >-<;

Kiht seriously thinks her students are insane. She is fed up, and is going to train them the way -she- was trained since they are not getting the idea!

 

In other words, shite is going to get real. For everyone who wants to be a part of this, sign your freaking life away here. New students are still welcome.

We meet at the Lancer's Guild, but we will not likely stay there this time. That place is not dangerous enough. Unless you want to just watch, bring a pole-arm and some armor. :bomb:

x'D poor Kat! I'm so sad I've missed the classes at this rate haha. Maybe I can make at least one sometime! Im sure you can whip your students into shape though ~nods~

 

I signed up with a tentative time, but you know how my hectic life is so no promises >w<

 

Marauder Training

on the note of things I think I will be hosting the mrd class on Sunday at 8pm EST, that seems to be when most are free. Like suggested we'll meet at the coral tower and move on from there (give it's small space training there isn't the best idea).

 

~warning note: if I am late please forgive me as I have a 2 year old and a newborn. The toddler will be in bed if i have a say in it before this event and the toddler will be the only reason I have to take a quick pause to scoop him up.

 

other details: you don't HAVE to bring proper gear and such to the first class but odds are you will be questioned if you are taking this seriously or if you have a death wish. :P

Apologies, due to some stuff outside of the game, I'm having a hell of a time figuring out when I can reliably schedule for a large class.

 

It WILL happen, just for now it's on hold.

 

With that said, if anyone wants to rp (be it a small private lesson, or just general shoot the breeze rp,) I'm almost always up for that. Just look for Iivari Almerich on Balmung!

 

Or on here, even. Here works too!

Kellach - I remembered there were grounds under the guild today actually (well yesterday while speaking to a FC mate who will probably show up). But after checking them out today it has a awful lot of npcs and still felt a little cramped given the size of the weapons and that the Coal Tower is home to the MRD guild and the musketeer (whenever they release it but still) so there is npc's from both groups in that one little space. 

 

I was going off of the fact that there were three that signed up and then myself and another going to be in the same area, if it was just 2-3 people total the under area might work easy enough. But for 5 or more people I figured a skip through Limsa and out Zephry Gate was in order ^^; (though i could be over thinking this but yeah..)

 

edit: if i am a few moments late i'm sorry in advanced. Dinner took longer then expected to prepare and my youngest little one is a little sick still so he's been a handful today.
