Kage Posted October 9, 2014 Share #53 Posted October 9, 2014 David Boreananz is a perfect Oscare. Yes, I like Bones. Yes, I liked Buffy the Vampire Slave. I liked I'm With Lucy okay Is there a Tempy to this Booth? So many Burn Notice reference... I wonder if there is a Michael Westen out there somewhere... It's Xydane. He got burned by Ishgard recently. A little birdie told me that Yvelont secretly is Michael, telling Rivienne to calm down before she lights places up with arrows. Link to comment
Avalt Laguz Posted October 9, 2014 Share #54 Posted October 9, 2014 Avalt, ever his overly-literal and confused self I would compare him to Dr Brennan from Bones (but the early seasons where she doesn't understand simple pop culture references) Her expression here is classic Avalt after he unwittingly insults somebody. Lady Rivienne Posted October 9, 2014 Share #57 Posted October 9, 2014 A little birdie told me that Yvelont secretly is Michael, telling Rivienne to calm down before she lights places up with arrows. 75 percent calming her down. 25 percent trying to stop her from getting killed. If she had access to explosives. Oh man. Poor Yves.. Link to comment

Dogberry Posted October 9, 2014 Share #60 Posted October 9, 2014 I've yet to actually watch The Wire to confirm whether this is true, but from what others have told me... Osric is Jimmy McNulty. Osric really does strike me as Jimmy McNulty. A fantastic detective, totally dedicated to his job, and constantly in over his head. I can't recommend The Wire enough. It's a fantastic show, and that's not just bias because I live in Baltimore. Link to comment
QueenFrejyalen Posted October 9, 2014 Share #61 Posted October 9, 2014 I really want to respond to this for Miounne and Queen.. but I'm at a complete loss. D= Link to comment

You can't take back the truth, and there's no upstaging adaptations that stay true to the source material. Link to comment
Dogberry Posted October 10, 2014 Share #70 Posted October 10, 2014 Now that Osric got me thinking about The Wire, I realized that Dogberry is a similar character to Dennis "Cutty" Wise. A man trying to get over his past, ends up backsliding for a while because he feels its his only option, then takes on an enterprise to lift himself and others up. With Dogberry it's his ship, with Cutty it's his boxing school. Link to comment
cuideag Posted October 10, 2014 Share #71 Posted October 10, 2014 I'm still somewhat torn for who Jajara's TV counterpart would be, but Delial just hit me. The lovely Black Arachnia, from Transformers: Beast Wars. Link to comment
