How new are we talking here? There's a lot of information and helpful sources here, be it for gameplay, progression or just world-building and lore munching. If you've got questions or just want some feedback, don't be afraid of making threads in appropriate sections, sending PMs asking people for help or hitting people up in game!

Sastra, from the Kindred, compiled a list of all the existing EU-based/friendly Free Companies and Linkshells, should you feel it's time to start seeking a home for your character(s?)

 

You'll see we're in there, and recruiting, too!  We're Lala-friendly!  We have an active Lalaplayer, a story NPC Lala, and an Lalalt of mine makes a third!  Just saying.  If you were looking.  N-not that we'd want you or anything.  B-baka!

You are correct, yes! I'm British too, so, yeah. EU-based fits the bill. 

 

Thank you for the link, I'll be sure to give it a look over. I've actually got an FC already which seems to be fitting for the most part, but, something more appropriate for my timezone might become necessary so I'll keep it in mind.

No need to rush! A basic idea is usually enough to start with, and you can flesh it out and make adjustments as you go along. And, of course, you're always free to ask questions if you want to be extra-sure you're lore compliant or something.

 

And there's nothing keeping you from posting the concept in your intro thread if you want to do that, several folks have done that. I'm... pretty sure I did in mine? I'll have to go back and check, it's been a while. :blush:

Yeah, I mean I've got an understanding of her personality and stuff, like what she does and all that goodness. I'm just going to develop her character as I play her!

 

But, yeah, I might ask a few questions because it'd be safe to say my grasp of the lore is um, slippery at best.
