Higanbana is a lovely place for both foreigners and locals to enjoy. A relaxing space in steaming pools and a comfortable lounge with a fully stocked bar and kitchen for guests to order from. When one enters this establishment they are greeted with courteous staff and a tradition setting of Hingan style. All people from far and wide are welcomed, and encouraged to come and have a dip in our baths or simply converse with some other guests. Though… while we run our splendid and relaxing Bath House, under the scenes of our establishment is a ring of criminal activity. From smuggling drugs and blackmail to espionage and assassinations. We run a Yakuza style side hidden behind our innocent persona of the Bath House. People who deal in the Black Market and other shady work may find themselves working with, or for, the Higanbana Yakuza clan. Come and satisfy that itch you have, get your revenge on an enemy or be issued work and jobs for pay. We offer opportunities for those not minding the shadier or darker side of things in this world. OOC: We take on characters from all walks of life, as long as they are aware of the dark/mature themes followed within this company (and have backgrounds within the lore). Also offering an array of guides and forums to help better immerse oneself into the eastern/ yakuza lore. you’re not required to be an expert in the eastern lore of ffxiv, we have members willing to give ic and ooc lessons for such things. Our storylines are based off of popular yakuza history, pop culture, etc. Besides roleplay, we offer leveling/ crafting buffs, and to assist in dallies and other endgame content. Right now, we keep things pretty free form and ad hoc - we know that's a LOT different from how most organized groups operate, but it's what fits into our lives right now and we're hoping there are Others Like Us out there. Hearth and Home is a good-aligned manor-themed FC that seeks to create a sense of family amongst its members. The manor is headed by Miune Steadhal, who employs people from all walks of life. The lord of the manor commands Knights, mercenaries, and even adventurers that gather to his banner.And should the job require a stealthier touch, the shadows come alive with assassins and the like. Miune also hires maids, butlers, and other domestic servants to maintain the manor and the wellbeing of its staff.
