Sorry I missed the last meeting, but I was actually dragged from the house by people who then insisted on feeding me way too much food. It was tragic all around. Sundays are almost always the best for me on the weekend, since I have Coils Friday night/Sat afternoon, and my FC almost always has story arc RP Sat afternoon/evening. During the week, I'm usually on from 3 EST till midnightish. Just poke me if you need me. I know it seems like I'm always in a dungeon, but I will almost always make time for RP.

Just to let you know, check the Calamity Scavenger in any capital city and they should have the event clothes available for purchase. Pretty sure I saw all the Valentione's stuff on there.

By the way Kiht, if you are still looking for dice rolling we could use http://rolz.org/. You can set up a private room for everyone to join and roll dice. It's what the Grindstone uses for their tournaments.

Both Darwyn and I have our static Coil on Friday from 8:00-11:00 EST, though I am available before that. And after that, probably. Really, I have no life. The only other day of the week I am booked is Wednesday. Pathfinder night, yo! My only question about the combat system would be how would you like to handle healing/shielding? I ask because that is really all my character does- party cleric.

Something else I noticed- the letter mentions the gear has to occupy the same number of gear slots. I take that to mean I can't glamour my awful Darklight chestpieces to something that doesn't A) Look like a Trashcan or B) Make me look EEEVVVVVIIIILLLL. (I really hate the Darklight cowl and tanking gear. YMMV) I am a little sad about the class restrictions, there are several outfits I would love to put together that are a mixture of DoW and DoM gear. I would love to use the pirate shirts on my SCH. But I suppose I am not terribly surprised by it. All that's left now is to wait and see how expensive the glamour prisms will be, though I expect the prices to be a bit nuts the first week or so.

I'm really glad to see this pop up! I had been looking forward to the plot, and to was a bit confused as to where things were going. While I'm don't know about the leadership thing, I can certainly help out with logistics or whatever you might need, Kiht. The general foundation of the plot is completely sound, and I think it would require minimal tweaking to get it going again.

I need a Castles and Chimeras game in my life, if only to annoy Haii by shooting magic missiles at the darkness. I just need to find a basement to play in.

I would warn against using the busy marker actually. When you are /busy, the game blocks all tells from reaching you without sending any feedback to the person who is trying to get in touch with you. Nor does it tell you that someone tried to send you a message. I found this out the hard way.

What I am taking from all this- I should be glad the VO in my game is bugged and I have never heard any of the actors. Hell, I didn't even know there was VO until reading about it here on the RPC. Apparently, FF doesn't like my speaker set up and will only play the VO if I have everything switched over to my headphones. Because when I first laid eyes on Thancred's glorious visage I knew he would sound like Crispin Freeman. And in the sound stage of my imagination- he does. Where he whispers sweet nothings, his breath tickling my ears.... /swoon

I'm east coast as well. Play times are completely random, though tend be later in the evening. Insomniac starving artist makes for randomness.
