Pretty Sure I already mentioned that Raeje's was books. She loves books, old books that smell like they've been gathering dust in the library for a century. Also poetry, and anything steampunk ish. (I know steampunk isn't really a thing in Eorzea, but anything antique,with cogs, keys, goggles, weird clothing all that kind of steampunk style) Wyta is a 100% punk. A 100% punk drag queen Roe, so of course, he likes girly punk clothes (again, I know punk wasn't a thing, but anything that looks punk ish). He also secretly is obsessed with musicals. Shhhh, don't tell anyone, it will take away some of his edge.

I must hang out with highwaycats a lot, or people who know highway cats, because I know these ones. Raeje gets called Skink a lot by her bard rock friends. And of course my whole FC, which is primarily Mi'qote and Au Ra, usually call each other cattes all the time, and it's more of a term of endearment, rather than us being racist. Raeje gets called "green bean" a lot, because she's green. Wyta mostly gets called huge, because (s)he's so stinking tall. Being one of a minority group of Roe in the FC may seem hard for him, but it's actually not.He loves being different. If anyone is racist to him, they don't say it openly, because, well, he's a ROE. A Sea Wolf to be precise.

Oh my! Raeje is awkwardly single. I'll be at work when it is on. If it's on for over an hour and a half, I'll go. Not sure how long you're show is running though.

Alright, this bard will bite the bait. Sorry I couldn't perform today. I didn't make it home from work in time. I actually planned on using my newer creepy poems that I wrote for All Saints Wake.

After growing up as a member of the Kha tribe, Raeje was open to open to embracing many cultures. She was born into a family who owned a tavern on the outskirts of Othard, so had many chances to learn several cultures. When the Garlean empire became a problem, Raeje's mother and father embarked on a journey with her older sister, in order to attempt to negotiate with some of their forces. They never returned. Raeje was raised by her uncle, who taught her how to write, and sing. As much as loved this, Raeje knew at some point in her life, she would end up dealing with the Garleans. And so she began training with the bow when she was 16. And she was right. Eventually the Garleans did come. And she fought. Unfortunately she lost her home and her uncle in the fight, but managed to steal a horse, and escape to Gridania, where she temporarily set up her new home, and began her life as an adventurer.

Character customization. Lets throw in lots more of that. LOTS. Races are nice, but ultimately they're all slightly different versions of humans. Slightly. None of them are ever crazy different, like playable moogle races, or anything like that, and to be honest, I don't really expect that from SE. I do, however want to be able to make a raging alcoholic town crier who wasted his life, and is now searching for his of being in the maelstrom at the bottom of an empty bottle, scratching his balding head, while hoping someday he may be able to afford clothes that fit his gargantuan gut.

Gilded Pony also doesn't recruit in game (that I know of). They do have a website Here where you can submit an application form, and our officers will perform IC interviews with you in game.

I'd totally be down for IC dungeons too when I get back in game. My main class is only 53 right now though, so I can't do anything on hard yet, but I used to do IC dungeons in GW2, and absolutely loved them.

I don't know who uses discord around here, but I always have mine available, because I have the mobile app on my phone. I don't know if you guys do stuff on there or not, but if you do, send out a line.

Thanks. I know I certainly won't be back at all until at least Friday. They cancelled my sub because I'm broke, but I get paid on Friday, so I'll pay, but like I said, my gaming schedule may not be great until maybe the 6th of October, when everything goes back to normal again.

Hello. I have seen a lot of your stuff on Tumblr, and I know you have liked some of mine. I was wanting to get an invite to the LS if possible, because I've hit level 53 on bard, and it's going super slowly to 60 now. I am also trying to level gldt and thrm for the purposes of RP, mostly because I'm a performer, and I love using skills as effects in my performances. I only want to level one mele, one magic, and on DPS though, and am not aiming to level absolutely every class just yet, considering I haven't even leveled my main class. I love what you're aiming to do, and have been waiting for you to open up again. However, I have a small issue. I'm not going to be in game much at all until October, because my mum is visiting me from England, and I'm trying to spend as much time as possible with her before she goes home. I know you're probably going to fill up pretty fast again, and I don't expect you to leave a spot open specifically for me, but I just wanted to let you know that I am interested.

Gilded Pony are a cabaret and burlesque/ entertainment FC, but we also have a linkshell that is open to people who do not want to be a part of our FC. We have members of Keepers Kiss, Cresent, and several other FC's in our linkshell. We do cabaret performances once a month, where you can perform basically anything family friendly, and then we have our more risque performance the week after. That's our burlesque performance, which involves scantily clad performers and heated performances. My character, Raeje Draeka is a bard who performs poetry at cabaret, and sings at burlesque.

Oh I probably will, I only have plans because my mum is visiting me from England. She's going back on October 3rd, so after that I will be back in game more.

That's amazing. I wish my friends would actually hang out with me so we could table top this and I could roll Raeje out for a campaign. Unfortunately my friends all have kids, or are workaholics, so they have no time to play with me anymore

Hello and welcome. Upon reading your post, I immediately thought of two things: 1) Never call yourself an "aspiring writer." It's something that took me years to come to terms with, but if you eat, sleep and breathe writing, you're not aspiring, you ARE a writer. Now, you may or may not have anything published, but being a writer isn't about how famous you are, it's about being passionate. If you love it more than life itself, who is to tell you that you're not a writer? So I'm not going to call you an aspiring writer. Instead I will call you a "fellow writer." 2) I legitimately believe that you are my former self, travelling through time, if only to achieve the end result of ultimate chaos across the entire human race. Seriously, I already said that I struggled with coming to terms with being a writer. Aside from that, I finished my BA degree in theatre, oh...Several years ago. So if you ever want to talk about Sam Shepherd, Samuel Beckett, Shakespeare, or your favorite play (mine's 'Six Characters in Search of an Author'. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it) , then I am always lurking. Just find me in the dark corners. It's just concept art. The same way we have a bunch of different Au Ra designs, some of which eventually made it into the game. Yoshi-P was allegedly pissed when someone leaked the Viera concepts, because it's fed hope into players since then. It's not likely. All of the playable races in FFXIV are seemingly separate from the other titles in full, save for Hyur=human and that they mostly resemble FFXI races. Getting Viera seems about as likely as say, getting Ronso from FFX or Qu from FFIX, just, people -really- want Viera added. *Secretly wants to be a big fat frog eating Qu* Screw the Viera, now you've truly shattered my illusions.

RP isn't dead. Sorry. Last night I performed at a show. The night before I was supposed to perform at a show (but was in hospital), Saturday night I did cabaret. Most nights during the week my FC is doing something that people can get in on. If I don't want to get in on that, I can RP with my other friends from different LS. But if you're not in an FC, or any linkshells, and you don't want to go to the quicksand, look at the RP events section of this forum. It's clear there is something going on every day. I think the problem here is not that balmung is dead, but that you're failing to find anything to your liking. I'm sorry that you feel like Balmung RP has died, but there are still lots of opportunities to RP.
