You heard it hear first! You might be asking yourself, 'What is the purpose of this event?' Well my friend I am here to tell you! We think that no matter what, not matter the differences Companies should come together every once in a while. So what better way to do that by having someone from each company beat the tar out of each other. So come on down! Pick you companies champion, collect your entry fee, and sign up! But wait! Don't have a free company! No problem! An allotted six spots will be available for those who have not a company to call home! OOC: That is right folks. After debating and debating upon this we decided to just do it and see how it goes. So here is the nitty gritty. As many free companies are allowed to sign up that show up, and like the above post, we are letting people who aren't in a FC to show up as well. For those Free Companies wishing to have their champion show their might you must...well have a champion! Pick your best fighter and collect your fee. Because this is a FC Champ tournament the entry fee is 25k. This is because we figured those in FC's would be able to draw from everyone to put some in your pot to enter. Those not in FC's, the entry fee is 25k as well. Don't want to participate? Donations are MORE then welcome to help make the pot larger. In the end the decided victor will amass a nice 30% of the winnings. Not a fighter? Come and watch! Support your friends/Free Company/Lover you name it! So gather your company. Pick your champion and prepare them! (Sign ups now open to Linkshell Groups as well!) Details: When?: December 11th 2015 Time?: 8:00PM Eastern Time. Where?:Eastern Thanalan (14,24) Just outside of Camp Drybone Fights will be a bracketed series depending on how many sign up. Like the grindstone this will be a first to 3 hits. Our company is willing to help, I just need to make sure those that can help will be available. I have two bartenders, a few people who can provide security and more who can do other things. Get with me in game (Vahn Kasch) or a pm here, either one works.

@K'heyo, I like that location, would make it more interesting then going to the more popular places. @Oli! we were thinking of letting people without FC's join but with maybe limitations on how many, and with a lower entry fee of course. All for having more help. I like the idea of a Hype Man too I think each champion should bring a Chaucer as our little joke goes. Haha

Hello everyone! I am trying to see if there is some interest in an idea I had. That idea being a bi-monthly Free Company Champion Tournament, hosted by us lovely people at The Gilded Rose. The thing I want to do in a sense is bring a lot of Free Companies together for a friendly, but prize winning, fight tournament. Any Free Company participating would choose their champion, or in our case we had our own in company tournament to decide, and enter him/her into the tournament as their representative. The catch behind this is there would be an entry fee. That is the other part of this post. If companies are interested what suggestions for a entry fee do you have? The idea behind this as well is to help get fund for our own house once plots open up.(And we are getting close to having enough) The entry fee for the fight would net the winning player/company 10-20% of the fee, possibly more depending on how much is gained/donated. I wanted to gather interest and suggestions before posting it up as an event and not getting anything. So please, Leave your suggestions for an entry fee, fight location, anything. Thank you! Love the art style, must have Vahn arts.. I'm typically always IC when I am in game walking around. You can find Vahn roaming around Ul'dah majority of the time. I welcome random walk up RP all the time if you happen to spot him.
