Eltharian

Eltharian would look somewhat like Jim Carey, but younger. The happy/goofy personality is somewhat alike as well, and Elt wears glasses too.

I, and a few others wrote a little RP guideline over at the Knightlife site and described it as so, It's not so in-depth as to what god mode is, but more so about the drawbacks of it, which I think is also important.

Yeah, that is a very good point Castiel. I guess what I' am getting at is that if we are to choose a deity to follow, I hope the will be an option to select none as a choice. If elemental alignment factors into this, then I don't know how it would work this way, but it is something that I would personally prefer. Even if it was a known fact that gods and goddesses exist in the world of FFXIV, I think it should be a players choice to whether they choose to worship any of them or not. I'm sure there will be some that would not look at these 'beings' as gods and goddesses that are to be worshiped. I'm not sure if Eltharian will be religious or not yet, I'd have to wait for more information to see if there is a deity out there that I could see him following, but it would be nice to have the option to not follow any religion as well. And I agree, the term 'agnostic' would be more correct than 'atheist', especially when these gods/goddesses are actually known to exist in Eorzea.

I only hope that we would be able to choose to not be affiliated with any deity if we desire so. I wouldn't like the idea of having to choose a god of goddess when the character I am playing is, say, atheist and end up being pigeon holed into any religion that would not fit my characters personality in any way.

As far as hosting, I don't know. Like I said before, I'm not really experienced to do it, BUT I'd love to be a guest on it and also help out in any other way that I could.

I am an avid FFXIV podcast follower on a couple of sites, and I really like this idea. I wish I could say that I am experienced in podcasting but sadly I am not. I do, however, support this idea and can try to help out in any way I can.

Thanks Klare, and you're right about the chin. I noticed that too after it was done, but I'm thinking of redoing it. I had to do it in Gimp of all places because Photoshop wasn't working at the time so I'm gonna try and fix that when I work on it in PS.

Yeah, i'm glad we all can come to an agreement in the end on issues, go us. Although a lot of the members have still yet to join in on the discussions and votes.
