Solis is a bit creeped and shocked when he faces John, when his blue crystal drops out of his pouch glowing, as if speaking to him. Niklas (in crystal): "I sense a strange energy." Solis: "What do you think you're doing?! Get back in there!" He tries to put the crystal back in his pouch, still glowing, while Sakura and Max recover from their fall. Max: "There's so much smoke here we can't see an exit!" Sakura notices that they fell next to the injured Miqo'te and the blonde Highlander. Sakura: "Oh no he's hurt! Mister can't you do something??" Max: "Head injury. I can heal him. Let me focus my magic." Max opens his grimore and holds his palm over the Miqo'te's head, chanting a phrase as it glows a healing glow.

Thanks! I still need to put some caligae on her for her feet but otherwise, awesome!

If Solis was the Warrior of Light, he would gladly take up the role alongside his friends (my other characters serving as his party members), also with the members of Solaris Ventus backing them up. Solis would be the hot-blooded leader. Niklas is the second-in-command and big brother mentor to Solis. Rena is the big guy, or little girl lol that is the brawn and bruiser of the team. Max is the smart guy, using his magicks to attack, destroy, and heal. Finally, Sakura is the chick/other damage dealer that does recon and stealth. I wish I could have a party of 5 with my own characters lol.

You don't see blind characters nowadays, and I like how Bri makes her character unique by using a way for her to see without sight!

It is interesting to see a Miqo'te/Hyur halfbreed! Keep it up Ryanti!

Solis and Sakura nod as they quickly go for the nearest exit, accidentally running into a smaller green-haired bespectacled Hyur along the way. Max: "OW!" Sakura: "(In Doman){Shit!} We're terribly sorry, sir!" Solis: "Jeeze it's so hard to see here." They pick the Hyur back up and started to wander aimlessly in the smoke, unable to know where they are going. Max: "I wonder what's causing this uproar." Solis: "Some crazy Elezen just barged in here sayin' something about 'revolution' and caused this smoke!" Sakura: "Right now we should focus on getting out of here." The trio accidentally tripped over a Miqo'te's body and fell next to a blonde Highlander. Solis, Sakura, and Max: "OW!!!"

Heh I'll be there. My team could use a good hangout.

Clio has managed to make the most sexy Hyur I can think of. I'm so jealous of Clio!

Time to point out inspirations for another character of mine! Niklas was originally supposed to act as my avatar, complete with my green eyes, tan complexion, and dark brown hair. But then he turned into a reference of normal Final Fantasy heroes like the Warrior of Light, Bartz, and also Fire Emblem heroes like Marth, Seliph (FE4), Ike, and Chrom. He is like Bartz due to his nature and the fact that he has his own Chocobo named "Choco". He's based on the Fire Emblem heroes I chose due to his blue hair and the fact that they are all knight-like swordsman, much like Nik. Also my main Solis is based off classic Shonen heroes and FF heroes like Bartz, Tidus, Zidane, and Vaan, personality-wise. He is also unintentionally like Cloud due to wielding a huge sword like him. Sakura is a reference to the kunoichi from feudal Japan as a whole, but I guess an inspiration for her are Rena Ryuugu from Higurashi (due to her dual personality of sorts, except the insanity of course), and Nagisa from Clannad(pure heart). Maximilian, aka Max...My first and most obvious inspiration/reference is Shinpachi Shimura from Gintama. They both act as the straight man, both wear glasses, and both have older sisters. Another inspiration would have to be Harry Potter: they both wield magic, also use glasses, and they just look kinda similar to me. As for Rena, another inspiration is Kagura from Gintama, due to her exceptional (not supernatural) strength for their age and build, and personality-wise too.

I betcha I'm not the only one whose character was inspired by a popular character in a certain film, anime, movie, etc... For example, my character Rena is inspired from the Monkey King, Sun Wukong. She is so wild and chaotic and loves to cause an uproar, she wields an stick-type weapon (albeit a polearm instead of a staff), and shares Wukong's golden eyes. Here's Rena's current look: And her personality and stuff is on her wiki. Now if I wanted Rena to be an inspiration or reference to the Monkey King, am I doing a good job? How can I improve? Are there things I'm missing? And I'm asking this kind of question to you guys as well: If your character is an inspiration or reference to someone, who is the one being referenced? Do you think you're doing good? How similar are they? And how different are they?

Solis and Sakura quickly hide under the table after what the Roe said, with Solis bringing Evan's book with him. Sakura: "That Elezen said something about revolution...what revolution." Solis: "Whatever it is it can't be good!"

Solis and Sakura were covered in the smoke and coughing when Sakura yelped as the Roegadyn hid under their table. Solis: "What in the seven hells!?" Solis looked under their table to see the cowering Roe, hearing her mumble in fear. Solis: "Hey calm down! What's going on here?!"

The Volume IV happens to skitter towards Solis and Sakura, with Solis reading the inside cover. Solis: "Evangeline...she must be that crazy Elezen. HEY I HAVE YOUR BOOK!"

My characters need some ships lol. Ahoy!
