I don't see a reason for Clio to be doing this ic, but this is a fun idea. hopefully i'm nearby when someone gets one of these so i can be nosy and watch.

Quietly she let Erik lead her to the kitchen and let him clean and treat her cut. "I don't think so. It's better than how I was before." Once healed, she held it up to look at before turning to him with a soft smile. "Thank you." Her words were simple, but the emotion behind them were strong. Tucking a unruly lock of hair behind her ear, she looked up at Erik a moment; her green eyes tracing the contours of his face. "Don't make me sleep alone please!" Almost on their own accord, the hushed words were out of her mouth as her newly healed hand quickly flew to her mouth. "I-I'm sorry...I don't mean...I'm just..." Stammering, Cliodhna stared at the floor, blushing deeply. "After these last few days, I'm just scared to sleep in the room by myself....But I'm sure that sounds silly...."

She gave no resistance when he slowly but firmly pushed her into the chair. Covering her face with her hands; Cliodhna wiped her tears away, catching his sparse glances at her between slightly parted fingers. After the few attempts over their time together; she had started to think his resolve was obstinate but though normally an attack like that would have left any other person on the floor; it worked in Cliodhna's favor. She could see the ever so small cracks in his attempts to keep a distance from her, the thought of his attention caused another infuriating blush to threaten. Biting the inside of her lip hard she closed her eyes and attempted to refocus. She had to gain more of his trust and get out after taking care of this loose end. Sliding from the chair she moved to the mess he was cleaning and started to help; carefully gathering the shards of broken ceramic in her skirt as he sorted papers from food. "...I was afraid..." She started softly, not meeting his gaze and hiding her face behind her blonde hair. "...But I think...I think it was just an outburst from leftover fear after what happened with your commander..." She winced at the memory as if it were still painful in her mind. "I don't think you would hurt me...and besides," Giving a ghost of a laugh. "It's not the first time I've been handled roughly, at least you didn't mean it." Tilting her head, Cliodhna leveled her gaze on him with slightly parted lips. Once she was sure he was looking, she discreetly cut her finger on the glass giving out a soft cry as blood welled.

i'm still srurpised how well she sat for that when i colored her hair honestly. :T i would have kept up for it (she had that color/cut for almost a year) but had to stop because her school was against it >.> still first anime con we drag her to; i already know she wants to cosplay as ksunagi and where as i'm not encouraging her normal outfit (she's little .__. ) i have no problems with her going in this one.

It was all Cliodhna could do to keep from lashing out at Erik when he grabbed her. Every sense in her body screamed to snap up with her leg to connect with a hard kick to the head as her left arm, not hindered by his, had enough room to knock the blade from her throat before twisting his own wrist hard enough to hopefully drop it. Instead she didn't. Forcing her body not to react caused shakes that could be assumed were caused by fear from his prospective; Cliodhna let out a choking gasp that hinted at a small sob from the sudden attack. Squeezing her eyes shut to hide tears that weren't really there as Erik gingerly set her back on her feet. Taking the perfect moment; she rushed into his arms, her own small ones clinging to his waist tightly. "I-I'm sor-rry..you were just so w-worn out and you hadn't eaten..I-I was wo-worried..." Cliodhna mumbled between more sobs as she willed enough false tears to dampen his shirt sightly.

*insert rant about everything that's been happening to me the last little while* ugh....it's just been stressful...i'm gonna hide over here and draw till i feel better. also putting worcester sauce on rice when you think the bottle is soy sauce is horrible. flipping that and grabbing the soy sauce when trying to make a marinade for meat is also bad. .___.

Unfortunately I'm currently unsubbed, so I wouldn't be able to accept Gil. BUT if I am able to get my sub back next month, I'd be willing to consider Gil commissions too. =3 i see, i'll keep an eye on this in case you do start taking gil c:

Youkio tilted back in his chair, hands gripping the back of it till he looked upside down up at Kiht. "Ya like me huh? Well, that's a step in the right direction!" He grinned with a quick wink at her. "I'll show ya...." Snapping back upright, he hopped up from his chair and wondered back outside. Curving around the shack till they neared the river. "Typically I like my drinks cold." He replied over his shoulder before reaching down and tugging on a rope that was tied to a stump and leading into the river. After a few more quick pulls; Youkio reached into the river and grabbed a sealed bottle. Popping the cork he took a quick sniff. "Nope....that ain't it." He casually dropped it back into the water and pulled out another one that had been tied as well. Again, removing the cork. "Ah-ha...thought I had some left!" Giving Kiht a lopsided grin, he quickly freed the bottle from the rope and handed it over. Cliodhna turned her attention to Siha at her suggestion. "That's fine. Once the meeting gets started, I'd like a few to move closer in and around the building if available. Most likely Seig and Youkio will be at the back to cover any attempted fleeing through the kitchen and if we can have a few more posted in the front outside along with the numbers inside; that should be sufficient. We're not out to kill them. They were just doing their job for one and two; I don't waste unnecessary time on vermin." Standing, Cliodhna quickly grabbed the saddlebags for Pepper. "Gather your things, I want to be there as soon as possible." Calling over her shoulder as she strode out the door and to her bird. This needed to be done with quickly, the sooner the information was obtained; the quicker she could give it to Erik then a much needed regrouping could be placed into motion before a retaliation could be attempted.

Lots of awesome stuff...sure the msq stuff would make more sense if I was further along (really need to catch up on that quick for rp reasons >n<;; ) but for now I'm excited about the casino (dapper cactuar!!!) and the chocobo racing/breeding O^O Also can't wait to start getting more into that HM stuff....I've slowly started to run a few things HM already out and it's been pretty fun already (

Well, yeeaaaah! I was doing fine in that last round, holding steady, and then the candles started multiplying on the table, so fast that it was all I could do to stagger away, give a warning, and run to the stairs. Not sure how I made it up, but I must have. lol i remember now, i told you there were the same number of candles from when we started; six. added
