Yes, I think the Jackals' Sunny Seaside Bar ends around 10pm GMT, which is when the event starts! It'll be going on until late so feel free to drop by whenever. We also plan to run a monthly public event so yes, we'll be running things like this on quite a regular basis. Hope to see Odette there!

Oh, and airship combat. Think of the battles in the air, shooting all the cannons! Yeah, airships are cool.

On the mention of the airship exploration, my FC hasn't used the Exploratory Missions for RP yet. I am sure there are plans to, but I agree, the airships are simply a great plot device. A way to get somewhere or do something that your characters normally couldn't on land or by sea. We have a few things up our sleeves in terms of exploring far away places in Eorzea and I'm super excited for it. Also, cheers for the invite to the linkshell! I also look forward to chatting with you guys and organising an IC meet up of some kind. Coughcough we have a public event that y'all can come to cough. Hey folks! We are drawing ever closer to the 3.1 one patch, bringing us new and exciting things such as exploration missions, the Void Ark, a new Extreme Trial and of course... A SINK! We can finally have a beautiful kitchen. *manly tear* These past few weeks we wrapped up a few ongoing storylines. We finally defeated the Goblin Cyborg... things and got to test our swanky new combat system! Also, a mysterious book arrived on our doorstep and caused havoc with illusions and riddles, embarrassing some of our crew whilst making some other members suspicious. The book is still in their hands... we're just trying to figure out what just to do with it! And our beloved Talan finally got avenged, but not without a few nasty secrets being revealed. In non-RP news, we're still battling our way through Alexander Savage, with one group on the last wave of adds in floor two and the other learning the ways of resin bombs and lasers in floor one. Our airships are being prepared for the exploration missions coming in 3.1 so we're ready to get that sweet, sweet loot. We've also been getting our teeth into PvP! So if you're a member of the Flames, give us a shout and we can kill some Mael and Adder noobs. The event is slooowly wrapping up now, and I just want to say a huge thank you to those who turned up tonight. It was our first public event as the Dread Wyrms, and the first one I personally organised. But we were lucky to have very good friends and helpers assist us to put on quite the successful and busy night! I didn't expect so many of you to arrive, but boy, you sure came in hoards. Considering how packed it was I hope you all managed to shift through the posts and enjoy yourselves, I know we did! There was a lot of dancing, a lot of drinking and lots of merry times. Since K'hatos is being a lazy butt, one of his dutiful Officers will save the day and answer your questions! What is your FC about? Friendly, levelling, storylines? We have a whole range of players from experienced raiders to newbies, all with an interest in roleplay. We're all willing to help with content and levelling. What is their main focus? (RP, PVE, Both? PVP, All?) We're about a 50/50 mix of RP and PvE, with a little bit of random AFKing and talking crap on our discord whilst we craft. Some of us also dabble in the peeveepees, but we're definitely not hardcore. What rank is your FC? We're Rank 8 with a large, beautifully decorated mansion in the Goblet. (Plot 13, Ward 7) We have three airships and a bunch of crafters and gatherers at our disposal. What is your FC theme if you are a RP FC? Skypirates. Like really. Pirates that use airships instead of those boat-things with a fondness for dragons. We're neutral aligned (I guess?), always ready to have adventure and some fun. We do like our dark themes and are quite the humorous bunch, and we like exploring and kicking ass. Now we can do it on an airship, yay! Will you have events? Are you looking to do events?
