Oh yey fitness stuff! I do Zombies, Run! at least 3 times a week (I can NOT recommend it enough) and I do strength the rest I get my workouts from http://darebee.com/workouts.html. Pretty sure all of them can be done at home and I love how most of them are nerdy themed (Right now I'm doing the Commander Shepard one) I've done p90x which is great but does require an at home pull up bar and some free weights, and I also have the Nike workout app but I haven't used it yet. Don't get discouraged! You can GREAT workouts without going to a gym.

Last Story is very fun and VERY pretty. It's basically every Final Fantasy trope wrapped into ball with an interesting fight mech added. It's still on my "need to finish" list but I'm close enough to the end to say it has a great story (and the towns are very cool and feel lived in).

There is. We've got people in South Florida, and some in the Panhandle. Some of us are still discussing a meeting arrangement. *jumps in real quick* I'd love to be part of this meeting. Most of the Midnight Moogle peeps are in the Space Coast area, and I'm sure they'd love to do a meet-up. :3 *goes back to lurking* >.> aww for reals? OuO erik and i are wayy up in the panhandle I'm not from Florida buuuuut somewhere around the east coast and actually due for a trip to Orlando within the next year *whistles* *gasp* Disney meet-up + dapper day?!

Winni leaves most of her things in her room, but she always carries a notepad and pencil to jot down things she might forget. She also keeps a small coin in her shoe that her favorite brother gave her when she left their clan. Her pockets are usually full of random things she finds interesting so there's little room for more practical things.

i've actually found a handful of people living in florida on here, myself n erik included. we're over near panama city beach o3o Yeah I'm in Sarasota, about an hour south of Tampa. There seems to be a lot of Florida people on here, actually. .... and we are trying to find some way to have a get-together and represent. Tee hee. I'm pretty sure she's so used to that kind of situation she just assumes she's met everyone until they tell her she hasn't. [*blush* You're all being so nice! Thank you]

I. Basic Info Characters:Q'Winnette Frye and Fillia Ismeret Primary character:Q'Winnette Frye Linkshells:Friends of Umbra Primary RP linkshell:N/A II. RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): Medium. I'm new-ish so I still like to talk OOC a lot. Views on RP combat and injuries: Winni doesn't really fight. Views on IC romance: Winni is open to romantic relationships, but I do not ERP unless it's someone I've known for a bit and it fits with the story. Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): Best part of Miqo'te lore is you never know how many siblings you have. Very open to it. Views on lore: I don't know enough to be a stickler about it, but I find it fun when things can be worked in through actual lore. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): Open to walkup RP if I get a tell letting me know that's what's going on. I'm pretty open to however the other people want to do it, but I like when a party can be made so its easier to keep track and read. III. Other Info Country: U.S Timezone: EST Contact info: Skype: Nwelmaer [glow=blue]~Special announcements can be found in the posts below~[/glow] Q'Winnette's Wiki

Hi there. I'm not sure what to say but here I go. I was talked into joining FFXIV last October by my entire family (who have been playing for well over a year.) I've been playing without doing any RP, but recently I've followed more fellow players on Tumblr and I've really enjoyed everything they were doing with their characters. I made my first real RP character and now find myself here. I'm an avid gamer, but I'm relatively new to the role playing thing so any advice would be more than welcome. I have a blog that is not at all ffxiv specific and I've filled out a Wiki page for Winni. I think that's everything so... I'm excited to play with you all!

I am genuinely shocked I have not posted any BG... they've been one of my favorites since I was in high school SO here's the title song from the album Yvelont is talking about up there.

So... I need tips My eyes are currently on fire because of red onions and their evil stupid ways. Anyone have ideas on how to cut an onion without having that? Edit: I HAVE MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE! DO NOT SCRATCH YOUR EYE OR EAR AFTER CUTTING UP A JALAPENO PEPPER! This is turning into the most painful dinner I've ever made...

I'm a supertaster too! It's awful how quickly flavors can become overwhelming. BUT I have found making simple healthy foods and just cutting back the number of sauces and spices works really well. Also I steam a lot of chicken in my rice cooker which is very good. Veggies are important too! Like greens, and really anything with fiber. You can do little things too like using lettuce instead of bread for sandwiches, or switching to whole grain pasta and 2% cheeses. Umm... I don't have too much advice on diets because my biggest problem is I eat too little so I never go on them. :\ But in regards to weightloss I've had great success with weight training/exercising 5-6 days a week, cutting out (or rather lessening) sugar intake, and drinking a SH*T ton of tea and water. ... wish I had a pool cause that sounds amazing. :moogle:

I did use a water bath...but I dunno if I used enough of a water bath, or if the foil lining the pan had some effect on the water bath. :< You really only need about an inch of water in the bath... might've been the foil? I had hit or miss myself whenever I tried to be honest. If it was creamy, it would be cracked. If it was perfect in appearance, the flavor and texture suffered. I think my problems though were more related to my oven -- I lived in that apartment for four years, and I argued with the landlord for three of them over problems with the oven/stove that he had installed. I just got to the point where I'd shoot for the creamy and cracked, and just top it with fruit or something to hide the cracks. I found the recipe maker that I linked originally in a magazine at my work (cooking magazines at a hardware store..?), but I never got a chance to try it for myself before going out on the road. All my stuff is stored at my mum's house, and I gave her full permission to rummage through my books and magazines bin whenever she felt like it. She found that magazine... to be totally honest, my mum isn't much of a baker but she turns out flawless cheesecakes with that recipe maker. These are my cheesecake secret! They are amaze-balls
