Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night! Our menu won't be done in time so I have taken this out of the ad. We will still be serving a meal, but there won't be as many choices as a full menu; we will have a 'special' for the night instead. [align=center][/align] Ello! I'm going to try to make this very down to earth so there isn't an overkill on information. Our main page is a WIP due to the lack of info on what we provide. It promises a lot of things that we don't do yet, 'yet' being the key word. What does WoE offer? One thing that is unchanged is our purpose and our attitude. We want to be a positive influence on the server and the community. We are open to all and we will help whom we can. Right now, we offer a friendly environment, slice of life RP, tavern life, a laid back atmosphere, and foundation on which things will grow. Currently, we are throwing tavern events and are looking for those interested in this sort of RP. You would be taking orders, pouring drinks, serving customers, and chatting with anyone who walks through our doors. We will provide the uniform for you, even if you are a temp waitress. The only requirements is that you are friendly, respectful of others, and that you enjoy this sort of RP. If you are interested but you are unsure or nervous that you won't be able to perform, don't be! We would love to help you and walk you through everything you would need to do. Even if your character is clumsy they could always be a greeter or work the front desk. Wayfarers are family and that will never change. We hope to evolve and branch out to becoming a sort of adventurers guild for our members. We would typically post RP jobs on our forums, website still in the works, and members would take them at their own liberty, form a team with other members interested, and go out and do the job. It is not a point a to point b RP. It would vary based on the person leading it and the reactions of the people involved. RP isn't a story that is read and followed, but an interactive drama that changes with each choice a person makes. We hope to include this in the future, but for now we can only promise you good wholesome tavern RP. If you are looking for this type of atmosphere I encourage you to come visit us or feel free to PM me with any questions you might have. I will post below a few links to other threads as examples of events we plan to do or have done; as they say, the proof is in the pudding. It's still only an idea and there are things to work out if I decided to pursue it, but for now I would be content with having a steady schedule on Fridays. : )
