If anything here catches your eye please don't hesitate to comment or send a PM. We are looking for Traders and Trade Companies! We are looking for both players and FCs alike that might possibly be willing to do business with us. We are looking for RP goods only! No physical items or gil are to be traded. I would very much prefer an actual company or person selling and delivering our food goods, alcohols, etc. to us than to say we simply get our supply from Ul'dah. But this can be almost any trade good so don't shy away if you are interested. Also, prior to our first open event, you will be invited to an Opening Night event we will hold for those who were associated with, or had a hand in the creation of, our venue as a thank you for contributing. We are hiring Waitresses, Bartenders, and Chefs! We are ever looking for more employees to help staff our tavern. All positions are open and are even available to dual-jobs; you can be a bartender when needed or a waitress when you aren't, etc. While we will hire non-FC members on a night to night basis, but we prefer our workers in our own company. Benefits include a level 8 FC, a beautifully furnished home, access to purchase your character a room, a friendly ooc atmosphere, company events, and plenty of roleplay. PM if you have any questions! Here are a slew of random facts, preferences, and general information. We will provide a uniform for Waitresses Must have a courteous attitude towards others while working. (IC and OOC)) Most of our events will happen in the evenings of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 pm-12 pm EST. Must be familiar with our menu (Our menu is still a WIP. The final draft will come later with more choices.) Enjoy the RP! No really, we encourage those who really wish and enjoy this type of thing to apply; don't make yourself bored if you don't enjoy it. Have 1 Linkshell Slot available All waitresses are paid a flat 10,050 gil per night, Chefs and Bartenders are paid 15,000 per night. While we are waiting to schedule our own public events, we are open to be used if you would like to schedule your own! Would you like a place for your FC to meet but can't afford your own FC house yet? Getting Married? Looking for the perfect place to host your reception or bachelor party? Stay in our Inn for your honeymoon and enjoy the hospitality. We are open to many situations in which we will rent out our building and staff for your event. Prices will vary per event, but are all IC costs. We've already scheduled two receptions and we have hosted a FC. This can include IC dungeons with plot, investigation, silliness, escorting a NPC, etc etc. The FC created jobs usually consist of a DnD style Roleplay where it's up to your character to act and react to their surroundings and events. Also, aside from the company board jobs, we have an ongoing plot throughout the FC as a whole. If you would like a teaser on what this consists of Stroud has posted a little something here. Aside from adventuring, we run an IC tavern that is in the works before being opened to the public. Most of our casual RP happens in the tavern where the members talk, argue,drink, and have their slice of life RP. There is no standard for who can join so there are many people from different walks of life involved; even a family with children. We aren't military, we are a family bound by the struggles of life that we share together. If any of this interests you feel free to send me a PM. Whether you want to be an adventurer, a bartender, or even just a refugee looking for a home, we would love to meet you even if you decide to join a different FC. Our doors are open to all. Ilwe'ran, I can honestly say that, from reading your thoughts and words, I am with a heavy heart at the thought that you feel, in a way, unappreciated for the time and work that you put into hosting this event. But I didn't start writing to pity you, but to encourage you. It is true that some people will grip, moan, and complain about every little detail, but they aren't everyone. I personally really enjoyed the event and I've met someone that I will most likely continue to roleplay with for a very long time. I think that even us, the ones that did show up, owe you a great deal of thanks and we should voice that more often. It is far too common for people to enjoy an event and then say nothing about it and while I don't believe we are wrong for not saying something I still believe that we should give credit where it is due; it's the least we can do. I've been there and I know how discouraging it is, but if only one good thing comes out of it you have still affected two people's lives with positivity. I created Wayfarers based on this thought. I don't expect it to be anything large or important, but if I can help a handful of people then it's more than doing nothing. We need people like you to do these things, to bear the weight of others depending on you and you handled it very well and professionally. All in all, after all my ramblings, I just want to say thank you for a wonderful event. I'll be looking forward to your next one once you take a well deserved break. Ello! While the Wayfarers do not exactly support the killing of another for money, he could potentially use them as a front. We specialize in the bonds between members, adventuring in terms of taking jobs and world RP events, and of course the building and staffing of our tavern. Rini is currently looking for a cook that can make a variety of what she has in mind for her restaurant. As long as he wasn't very open or brazen with his shadier work, he would find a very supportive home and possibly other work as well. Ello! The Wayfarers of Eorzea are always looking and open to new roleplayers or roleplayers trying to find their place in the RP scene. We are primarily centered around providing a home to those who find themselves without one, the outcasts, the judged, or those with a questionable past that are looking for a new start. A 'family' type atmosphere for characters that is mixed with tavern life and adventuring. We currently have our first big plot, spear headed by one of our new members that has been very enjoyable so far and holds a bit of a darker theme. Which, speaking of themes, we are open to almost any type of character that isn't purely evil. Questionable morals make good fun, but if your character tends to kill or maim just for the pleasure of it then it might cause issues, but IC drama is good drama. Even if you don't choose us as a FC, we still welcome anyone to stop by and make a few new connections and we would be happy to meet you. Good luck in your search and take care. Rini hummed happily as she hung the latest advertisement on the board for her Free Company. She took a moment to glance through the papers before reading the headline. Her cheerful expression quickly faded as she suddenly grew nervous over the small bill. She glanced around throughout the quicksand, her ears already laying back as she tipped toed outside. With her arms rung around her chest, she crept back towards her home. "Am I harboring a fugitive?" She murmured under her breath.

Wayfarers would also love to have you. :3 We focus on the Adventuring life and the Tavern scene, but with the perspective that anyone who walks through the door that needs a home is welcome; A family of wanderers you could say, or, well, wayfarers. : P We support new players to the game and those trying to get into RP, or back into RP in some cases, and really try to give characters a chance to make connections with other people; this applies to people in the FC and out. Both seasons are pretty short tbh, but over the course of time their technology is growing. This season will be focused on the tournament they rumored about since season one. The small, short scene from RTX was amazing. Monty's brother is actually joining Roosterteeth to give Rin's new voice. They said it would never be the same, but it is close and there is semblance to it. RWBY has become really emotional for its fans. And then there's this thing [video=youtube]

I'm not sure if anyone else here follows it, but I'm a huge RWBY fan. I'm not as impressed with this season's opening as the last two, but I'm still excited. Hello Jaylee! Wayfarer's of Eorzea is a FC starting to build it's connections and bolster our roster. We aren't very big, but we are active and growing. We are centered around two aspects, Adventuring together and getting our IC Tavern/Inn off the ground. It is possible to do both, but we leave that up to you. Our FC is still getting off the ground so we wouldn't have an abundance of members to participate, possibly 4-6, but the style of roleplay you are offering is exactly what we do when our Adventurers go "Adventuring". Wayfarer's of Eorzea are starting to recruit more members for their adventures and taking jobs as a group. We also have group RP, that has almost been nightly at this point, that involves everyone in a casual bar setting. Oh actually my character wouldn't be assassinating anyone, but rather the victim of such. There's still a lot to flesh out, but I am looking to start a plot to have him restore his house so to speak. I love redemption stories, and it is between friends, but I wanted to make sure from a lore POV that the chance would be plausible. I might open it up later when more details are set, but we are still looking into the vast amount of information that is present.
