Expansion Livestream Reaction thread (Spoilers) Expan. Release June 23rd!

I've already got my stream window sorted, really excited for it! 

 

What are you hoping they'll show us on the stream? 

 

Personally I am hoping we'll get to know a bit more Au Ra lore, and then I really want to see what the airships are like.

 

Details so far (trying to filter out what we already know)

 

- The scale of the content is comparable to an entirely new mmorpg 

- The floating continent will be in Heavensward's areas 

- Taking to the sky is a major theme in both the expansion and the following patches 

- New raid: Alexander. Has 2 different difficulties, normal and hardcore. Also has a new loot system.

- The Au ra will be very custumizable. Example given was the female, which can be cutesy and petitie of beastly and succubus-like. 

- Next month there will be a benchmark type software for the expansion where you can try out customization.

- Deeper explanation of how they select and develop new jobs. 

- Showoff of new AF armor: DoM+DoW | DoH+DoL (Thanks for the links, Kismet!)

- Expansion date! June 23rd, early access is June 19th

My reaction is pretty simple.

 

AHHHHH I WANT EVERYTHING HNNNGH.

 

Also, yay for pre-orders starting in the month that I'll have a lot of overtime and spare cash. So CE it is for me! Because June 23rd is my one year anniversary date at my job, so I'll need early access because I can't conveniently be sick of xpac release day.

 

Seriously excited, though. Everything looks so good! I can't wait!
