@Yui- Read Yune's bio, was an interesting one. Surprisingly enough, they do have some things in common in their backgrounds, who knows, perhaps we can work something out after all. I'll prob see if I can catch you online later. @Faye- HoD sounds familiar for some reason, might have run into you guys on another game. I'll look you guys up when I get a chance. @Siha- All 3 are interesting in their own way, L'Tao probably sounds like the best fit. I'll try to keep an eye out for you as well so we can have a chat. I'm aware I don't have much up atm, so getting a good feel of what would and would not work can be hard for you guys. To be honest, I've only got the basic of his past down myself, so I greatly appreciate you guys having an interest even with my limited character bio. That is quite a bit of text indeed I'll give it a read once I'm back from bringing the wife to work in a few. At first glance, Meeting Davoren sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, Yune or Maemaere might be workable. I'll have to sit down and fully read the bios. Hello there! I've finally fully returned to the game this week after a long break and I am looking to make some connections RP wise to spice up the game a little. Sadly I have one major problem, time-zones. You see, I tend to work quite a bit at unusual hours making finding people to play with kind of a challenge. I tend to only have time to mess around online somewhere between 1amish to 7am or so EST. I do have Fridays and Saturdays off, but my time online during those days tend to be random if any due to RL duties/wife etc. So, if any of you are online around those hours or know a FC active during that time frame, I'd love to hear from you! Even if things don't work out RP wise, just having others to chat with when online would be great. PS: My character's WIKI is still a work in progress, but feel free to take a look to have an idea what type of character he is.

Thank you both for your insight on whats been going on since I've been gone. Its good to see the community is indeed still going strong and there is plenty of diversity to be found if you look for it. Theodric, I'll probably take your advice and make a more specific thread later on once I have a more clear goal myself as to what I'd like to do this time around. For now, I'll probably lurk around and observe for a while to get a feel for the current community. That said, any suggestion for good spots to watch crowds and get a better grasp of the RP styles around? The Quicksand/Limsa Lominsa still the two main "hotspots"?

As the title says. How are thing going on Balmung these days? I stopped playing after 5 months or so due to none of the available classes at the time really interesting me (Always preferred Theif-like classes), but with the announcement of Thief/Ninja on its way, I'm strongly considering picking the game back up. So before diving back in, I'd like to make sure there is opportunity out there to keep the game interesting when you simply don't feel like grinding and would simply like to relax and possibly have some RP to spice things up a little. How is the community these days? Did it grow, shrink, same old? How is the RP itself, various flavors around? Or did in turn into another one of those "date me or else" type of scene? (Not that Romance RP doesn't have its place, but when its the only goal/option, there is an issue.)

Moving to a new place with no one you know in the area can always be a bit rough, I'm sure you'll do fine though. I'm nowhere near that state but feel free to toss me a msg if you need someone to chat with to kill time as you figure things out.

Sounds like an interesting character to interact with. If I ever show signs of life during daytime, I'll keep an eye out for you.

Really like the look of the Miqo'te, but for the purpose you want the character I'll have to side with the Hyur on this one. Its the most fitting character out of the choices for it imo.

After seeing all those, I'm really curious on what your art is like when not being rusty. I know plenty of people who would kill just to be able to draw what you consider rusty.

Hmm....I'm not sure how I somehow missed this but late is better then never I suppose. I tend to not be on till a bit later then you (1-2AMish EST) but if you happen to be up late and are looking for someone to play with, do send a tell, your characters sound interesting!
