A'kos

If I'm on at the time and you want DPS let me know, I try to run stuff every day myself I love those fights loot or no. Though I've only cleared O1s if you're that far. I don't mind the making stuff up at all as a matter of fact! I doubt we'll get anything official on such things and it's fun to just let to creative mojo flow. If you don't mind the making things up part yourself.

A'kos met Chachan at the Friendship Festival and had questions. I'd like to follow up on that with some projects sometime. When would be a good time?

If we're talking currently played (on again off again in my case) I'd have to say my SWTOR main Aidyn Akash. I brought him over from a table top game where my friends and I continued our storyline so I guess that's around ten years. Of all my characters, I'd have to say A'kos' mentor Xzenivar. Who originated on a persistent server for Neverwinter Nights, was played in various forms throughout the years including being my main through FF14 1.0 and is a major player in A'kos' backstory and who is actually still alive. That's uhm, 15 years?

I don't have any crafting/gathering classes, so if she's looking for craftsmen that can create actual in game gear or items, I can't help. But A'kos Is proficient with magitek and can repair many things and create some minor ones. He's more mechanic and handy man than an engineer. He works fairly cheap too, and for the right reasons for free. As a client I can't say, it's completely possible, but he probably wouldn't think about it if she was hiring him for something right off. I leave things like that to how things go through the rp, but if it did paying actual gil isn't an issue. Hit me up anytime. In game or on discord, I'm Kinsaeda (discord might be easier). I'm hoping to get involved with all kinds of angles and levels of rp, makes the game feel alive that way.

The devs certainly didn't. They managed to get all the MCH heated though.

Represents my thoughts and experiences pretty well. I enjoy it, and even if I don't have a character actively looking to get into a relationship I usually hope it happens and keep them open to it. It can be a great way for a person to develop and a story to get an extra aspect that entertains and provides hooks for all. These days, I don't mind some pre-arrangement. Not to say "yes, they're together now." but to set up the possibility where both parties are keeping it in mind that something could happen. It's communication, it keeps things from devolving into a hot ooc mess, as with any other form of RP. I've honestly had much better experiences this way than the whole foods approach.

Hey also a returner with an easy going character who works more or less for the Maelstrom A'kos could use some buds, but he could also be convinced to teach his fighting style. He doesn't call it Samurai, but that's the job. He's finding it to be an interesting parallel to the Hingashi discipline. Would love to meet and hang with both you guys A'kos isn't an academic researcher, more of a professional student. Although he undervalues what he does know, his main area of expertise being magitek, more the mechanic who's read some books on engineering than an engineer himself. Great love of archeology all the same, and of learning in general.

Why, a'loo there. 8-) I'm a returning, returning player, both to the RPC and the game. I never wanted to leave in the first place but work and life kind of kept me from it. So here I am trying to get started over for the third time. The Character: A'kos Saiyal A'kos is a fairly cool customer. Laid back, seemingly lazy sometimes and basically good natured. Often seen with an easy crooked smile like he knows a secret you want to know, and that he's keeping it to himself for the same reason. At least when he's not working. He's more serious then, and depending on the job can be more intense and focused. It's his work face, not a separate personality or anything. He makes a living doing courier work generally, his only big client is the Maelstrom, so he can be seen around command fairly often, it's also an easy excuse to be anywhere I need to be. He's also a student, "of the world" as he puts it, and is always seeking to learn things. He's also very much a warrior, but he downplays this so much it's often not noticed by others. So what I'm looking for: RP! I really like adventure themed rp. Mystery, investigations and the like. He's not a detective, but he could be taught to be. He has the basis. Friends. He needs some. Academic stuff. He likes to learn in an academic fashion as well. Storylines. My favorite type, ongoing plots that develop over time. Romance(?) It's more that I'm open to it, rather than I'm looking for it. I like it as a story theme and for character development. Horror. I like to run stories for groups sometimes, and oh the players I have given nightmares too over the years.:evil: An honorable mention goes to tavern rp. He can certainly be enticed/abducted into it, but isn't so likely to go looking for it. As a player I'm fine with it, but more so in between other types of rp. I have nothing against it (and miss it sometimes), but I have trouble scanning text as it comes in if there's multiple sources of disconnected text happening. It's really just an eye sight thing. Everything is up for discussion in pm's in game or wherever Things I shy away from: Grimdark, harsh gritty themes. (But is negotiable, just not as the main focus of my play. I do enjoy horror, especially the supernatural kind.) Graphic torture is right out. If it happens it happens, I just don't like the details. Rape stuff of any kind. So hit me up, it can be random and casual, or we can pre-arrange things. Ah, hi! Thanks for the reply and welcome. I'm glad to find a fellow FF8-lover. I've found a lot of people who consider it their fave. I think it's underrated. <3 Very much so I still like it a lot more than I did 7.

A'kos would be open to all that I can't say about the relationship part right off the bat, but it's possible. I'd be interested in storyline ideas you have and would welcome hearing about it. o/

You can hit me up sometime. Light and casual is cool with me, A'kos is a friendly but not outgoing type. He's a professional wanderer/adventurer, so can show up anywhere without needing much reason. Doing some adventure rp while doing pve stuff is fine too.

Hello I'm another returning player, I can't say my character is looking for a romantic relationship, but he's not against it either. If it happened it happens But he is interested in learning, he doesn't have much ability with aether, but could train her on the sword aspect of red mage. Also, I really want her to be a captain at some point >_>

Heya I saw the art thread and really liked it, then saw this. But really had to share some FF8 love, it's a fav of mine too
