A very good question! The divisions are structured based on personality type. If you a rough and tumble ass kicking, name taking, sumabitch, we'd make you a Crusader. If you're nicer than a box of kittens sitting on a pile of freshly laundered towels, you'd be a warden.

I've only played MMO's on consoles briefly, but going from keyboard to controller is kind of a pain.

It could be like the phoenix mount from WoW, so incredibly rare that you'd almost never see it. But the fact that it exists would drive you to madness trying to get one.

I'm not big on voice chat RP either. I think people get ideas of what certain characters sound like, and then hearing the person who plays that character detracts from immersion.

I don't know what the angle is here. If there's a way to make money, someone will make a program to do it automatically.

Unlocking a job requires a bit of work. I can't imagine why someone would do it on a character that they know will be wipped very shortly. Just my 2 gil.

I can't seem to get screenshots to work during cinematics or in the character creation screen. They work just fine while I'm playing. Is there some option I have to toggle?

You could just start in Limsa as a murader and high tail it to Gridania when you're ready, then start your story. No one will call you out in a year and say "I saw you in Limsa on day one!"

I'm not cold Aldeus thought as he listened in on the Iselin's remarks from a window to the courtyard. He heard a crash and a yell coming from the kitchen and ran toward it. His arms wrapped around his body to hold on to all the towels. When he arrived at the kitchen and saw the transformation, his first thought was What axeman travels with fresh produce and kitchen supplies? He pushed that thought away though. "What happened Eadmund?"
