  1. ...never. It's all in jest though. I think. Aeylis is going to punch Franz, just for Edda! I gotchu, gurl.
  2. Aeylis has no PC enemies. plenty of NPC enemies, mostly inherited from her dad. -____-
  3. *moves chest slider up to 100* because, female highlanders.
  4. Eh honestly, you should treat most people from MMO's like one-stands because they tend to be quite similar. It's way easier for them to use and abuse, then throw away since its the internet. I'd honestly suggest, for your sake, to just take people with a grain of salt upon meeting them. Hell, maybe not even adding them immediately. Wait for a few encounters, then make a decision if you should befriend them. Honestly, if you don't bump into them without them being on your friendslist, it might be a bit of trouble to try to ever coordinate RP times, or even social times. As soon as someone stops talking to me by about 80%, I normally get wary and throw them on the //I-guess-you're-just-a-random-now/// list and eventually erase them. i know its hard to sometimes shake the feels, but you just gotta think that most are just lame people on the internet, not worthy of your time.
  5. ...I politely decline FC recruiters, yet they still add me and RP with me later, sans pressure!
  6. My character is in no way a part of authority, but I'm more than happy to RP more in Limsa! She's safer there anyway >.>; Also, HAIII DOGBERRY <3
  7. My character's company works in lumber and carpentry provision (and soon an expansion to ore provisions), but not necessarily the creative aspects. If you do go the architect route, feel free to poke at me if you want to RP her business helping you build whatever you need!
  8. I would be interested for my character to be a part of something like that, although if it means getting friction from the "superior" associations themselves, she would back out immediately because she doesn't have time to deal with that type of situation - she just wants to peacefully make business deals.
  9. oAXrRWLKzko After a few hours of thought, this is my serious response to this thread.
  10. I think a few can vouche for me in saying that, Aeylis Bloodbinder likes to drink. a lot. And she loves good company over drinks! If you ever see her, just wave her down, or if you are bored and want to just RP at a tavern or bar, always feel free to look me up and send a /tell.
  11. Well hello! If you ever see Aeylis Bloodbinder anywhere (especially near a bar) feel free to bump into her. She is pretty darn friendly. Offer to buy her a drink and (although she will refuse for you to pay) she will MOST EAGERLY take your company. She doesn't really deal with shady business but she'd be entertained if someone were to approach with that type of business proposal! That mistaken identity thing...funny story...someone once tried that on me (NOW I SEE IT'S A TACTIC) and I played along as if I were the person they called out as. It really confused and flustered them...but it was fun! fun to watch the world burn....
  12. As I am with most musical genres, I'm picky about rap/hip hop. I generally don't like the genre as a whole; I'm just not a fan of the way they produce music or the arrangements. I'm not saying it's bad - It's just not pleasing to MY ears. Most new artists are annoying to me so I stay away from anything on the radio. Although 90's R&B/HipHop will always have a special place in my heart. "This is How We Do It" is -and always will be- my jam.

  14. St. Vincent? Lana Del Ray? The Bird and the Bee? Marina and the Diamonds? CocoRosie? (ok unless you are really into stuff thats out there I probably wouldn't suggest this...) Azure Ray? Bats for Lashes? Joan as Police Woman? Cat Power? Dresden Dolls? That's what I could think of off the top of my head. Maybe I got one right. maybe...

  16. Eeee  what are the hot colors for this fall? Make-up always starts the color trend for all of retail! oh! sorry i didn't reply sooner! colors for the fall? let's see... you always have the start of metallics when fall comes around, but more earthy tones instead of the cool silvers that you see during the winter season. Think...Copper and browns. Although on the runaways, there was a big burst of metallic eye-make up from shimmery coppers to downright sparkly black lids. I think the biggest trend I saw that stuck out from normal fall colors was the early start of berry lips. Normally that is somewhat reserved for the winter but I saw a lot of big, shiny eyelids with bold plum lips. Also, color wise, the way to go is blue/purple. Pastel or bright, those hues have been the color mark this time around. Oh! and nudes! Fresh face, slight blush on the cheek. I saw that a lot. Non-color wise: Dark, defined brows, eyeliner extravaganza, and lengthy, seperated Doll-face Lashes. This fall was really a spotlight for eyes, I must say. Fashion wise, I'm not 100% sure. I'm a make up artist so my attention is always on faces, not bodies...but from what I remember, There was a big buzz about a 60's retro vibe from a lot of top designers. Big, colorful patterns and what not. Also, BIG SWEATERS. With big collars! and lots of prints. I'd have to go back and do some research to remember everything...although I'm eagerly awaiting the winter fashion previews >.> OH YEAH! And hi to everyone that replied. you guys are good people!
  17. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lVY3IFrCx4k/UknpJm8usPI/AAAAAAAABSU/GgnPX1-nkhA/s1600/093013_approved-stamp.gif[/img] I have a feeling that's the only thing I needed to post. ha! But But...the silk feels so smooth against my skin...
  18. I suppose I should officially introduce myself, I just made a post looking for some RP but you know...how rude of me! *insert deep female Hyur Highlander bow for formalities* Hello everyone! You all can call me by my character's name, Aeylis, because that's what internet anonymity is for! Right? Right? I'm in my late 20's (Try to guess my age and get it wrong, you're getting a healthy kick to the shin) and I've been playing video games since...well, since i learned how to read (that was at the age of 3, by the way. Dear brother with ADD who always skipped through the text: Thank you for teaching me how to speed-read)! This is my first time to actually RP in an MMO, But I'd like to think I'm alright at the act. I've RP'ed a lot in other situations but we will leave those in the past... By day I'm a retail/beauty expert, by night a fumbling 12 year old boy who like to crack skulls in games and live vicariously through my screen while watching cartoons and/or other amusing content on a second device. That being said! I've already met a handful of you in game and it's been fun to observe how people interact in this type of setting. I'm still largely fleshing out my character due to the fact that I just decided to jump into the excitement of RP before truly unraveling her persona. I'll get to it, I swear. One day, i'll be a real boy. RP wise, I'm pretty easy going. I take cues from others and will RP at their pace since I can be highly adaptable. OOC I'm not always very confident or even outgoing with my RP (even though IC Aeylis is suppose to be quite the social butterfly) so I normally stay in the background and observe until I feel it's the right time to stroll by and join. I simply want to avoid bursting through the wall uninvited, nobody appreciates the Kool-Aid man tearing up their house. I'll stop myself before I ramble on any farther than I have. Good to meet those that I have met already, and cheers to future people I hope to meet!
  19. When I first moved into an apartment with one of my good friends, the first thing we purchased was a couch. We played a lot of video games...the lack of back support from sitting on the floor was getting to be a bit of an issue. Then we bought a TV remote. I lost the remote somehow and we had moved the couch right in front of the TV so we wouldn't have to keep getting up to change channels. We almost considered buying a 5-disc DVD player so we wouldn't have to keep getting up to change discs........ Lazy. College. Life.
