((Sorry, I missed that you were there Quqi >.< Sorry!!)) Ana sat listening to Melody with intense eyes. She was a bit shocked at the turn of events but now wasn't the time to act shocked, it was time to bring back her friend. As Melody crossed to the counter Ana sat and mulled everything over in her head analyzing everything she had heard. Her old home was in the Black Shroud, she went to Coerthas to escape, Jig and Mel fought with Mortine, Martsia has been lala-napped. Where could she be? as she thought she heard Melody ask a question. Ana turned to look at what Melody was speaking of. "I just brought it in, it was in the box when I arrived home." She paused for a split second. "Do you think it's another note about Martsia?" Ana flew across the room, snatched the envelope, and tore it open. With a puzzled look she said "There are white berries on a small branch with green leaves, that's it." Ana turned the small fruited branch in her hand examining it closely just to be sure."I know this plant! This is tinolqa mistletoe, there's no doubt about it," she said confidently. "It's only found in Central Black Shroud. Hunters use it in traps to catch anole in that area. What do you think?" she crossed the room and handed off the envelope and the small branch to Melody. She hoped that it was a clue to where Martsia is being held, but who is sending letters and why? It smelled like a trap but she hoped that they could stay one step ahead of the Troy's since Ana learned to hunt in that area and knew it very well.

Ana didn't like the way the male Hyur looked at Melody and stepped between them. "Can I help you, sir?" she said curtly looking him in the eye. "I hope you don't mean to bother my friend," she eyed him carefully then suddenly changed into a smile and picked up a sunny yellow fruit from the cart. "If I may make a suggestion though, an apple is great but the honey lemon here is what you should want right now," she motioned to the fruit in her hand. "They are at the peak of perfection right at this very moment. Oh!" she crooned "and these look to have been freshly picked this morning!" She turned with an excited and expectant expression to see the vender give her an odd look and a nod before she continued "Most don't know but this type of lemon isn't native to Eorzea. However, the only place they grow here is in Bloodshore basking in the warm sun of Costa Del Sol. They say this specific species is so sweet you can eat them raw!" She spoke with such excitement over seeing the honey lemon she forgot she was holding a large woven basket and almost hit everyone near her with it as she went on and on. She also forgot that the Hyur wanted an apple or that he meant to take the one in Melody's hand. Not barely moving from her spot Ana tossed a few coins on the counter for the lemon and took a nice big bite. The juice dribbled on her chin as she moaned with utter delight. She chewed slowly with her eyes closed, savoring every moment of Costa's heaven brought to her and sighed happily.

((Excuse our dust. Ana in undergoing personality reconstruction. Thank you for your patience. -She's going from happy bubbly do-nothing, one dimensional Ana to, dun dun dun! Ana the huntress, cool girl that doesn't need no man and more info to come =D. We will be retconning some stuff but for now just use the fact that no one really knows her much as she was still calling everyone miss or mr and was very curt.)) Ana had told Brio almost a week ago that she was leaving and needed some time off for an errand she had to run. She promised she would be back as soon as she was finished and would try to hurry along knowing the Moogle would need its head waitress. She had been riding all night and was tired, dirty and covered in a foul smelling paste that she had smeared over her clothes and skin. At least they paid well for this one she thought to herself as they approached the Mist. Terra, her trusty blue-feathered friend, was clad in iron and was also covered in the same foul ooze. The bird went straight to the ocean. "Come on, Terra. I'm tired. Let's just go home," Ana whined as the bird shook its head and went straight into the crashing waves. They had gotten most of the disgusting smell off of them before heading up the steps to their home at the Midnight Moogle. It was mid-day by the time they reached the archway to the yard. Ana stabled Terra, removed the armor, gave her friend a treat, and lovingly patted the chocobo before she nestled in to fall asleep. Ana fiddled with the hard leather armor on her chest and legs as she walked up to the door. Ah, I wish she'd let me just take a bath when we got home, I hate when the sand gets under my armor she thought with a sigh. I didn't even get all of it out of my fur. Hmm, what's this? I wonder who got mail. Ana spied a bulging letter in the mailbox and grabbed it to bring inside. She set the letter on Melody's welcoming counter since it wasn't addressed to her and started across the quiet bar hoping not to disturb anyone who might still be sleeping. She didn't notice the lalafells on the couch until she almost reached the door to the private quarters, even then she just only caught sight of them out of the corner of her eye. She turned her head with a smile, knowing whose white and sandy heads she briefly saw but when she looked upon the scene of the wounded and weary lala's Ana couldn't believe her eyes and was instantly struck with worry. In a just a few steps Ana was right at their side. "Melody, Melody!" she said with quiet urgency. "What the hell happened? Melody, please wake up, please be ok." she looked at Jig with worried eyes as she gently shook Mel's shoulders to wake her. Jig seemed like he was just barely hanging on. By the Twelve, please be ok.

Ana was still dreaming when she heard several familiar voices and they all seemed to be directing questions towards her. Ana blinked several times and shook her head a little to snap herself back to reality. She looked down to see the three lalafells all looking up at her and smiled not noticing the drool on her chin. "Oh! Most everyone is here it seems!" she beamed with delight to see her new friends looking excited to see her and bowed in greeting. She looked to Jig and then to Melody and inwardly smirked. It was cute how Jig and Melody never seem to be too far apart but still they had yet to announce they were officially dating. She was glad they all seemed so happy. "It's nice to see you again Mr. Jigumundo. Hello miss Martsia." she greeted with a happy chime. "I'm just here picking up a few things to fix up that old garden out front. It's been quite an eye sore and it breaks my heart to see it being unused." she answered with a smile on her lips and in her eyes. Ana looked to Martsia and the shimmering steel she held in her hand, "Another to add to your collection? What will you name this one, miss Martsia?"

I'm a teacher and today was our Valentine's day party. I have frosting and strawberries smooshed into my carpet, 12 three year old children bouncing off the walls (I feel like I'm herding cats today), and to top it all off I forgot my lunch. The only redeeming thing so far today was that my mommy brought me lunch when she found out that I didn't have any and she even packed a cookie. I haven't lived with my parents for 7 years but she still loves taking care of me =) A little rant and a little positive :love:

Just as soon as Ana started walking with the crowd after the efts scurried off she realized that Terra, her fine-feathered friend, had not followed as she expected. She turned and saw that the blue bird had gotten distracted by some small plant and was scratching at it. Ana sighed and started back towards the bird, "Come on, Terra." she urged as she tugged on the reins. The bird remained focused on the spot even after several minutes of Ana trying everything to convince it that they needed to follow the others before the efts came back to gobble the both of them up. "...and I don't know about you but I don't want to be that slimy thing's next snack. Pleeease come on." With one final tug the chocobo finally finished digging in the muck and followed. By this time most of the group were almost to the ruins already. Ana tried not to attract the attention of the rain-bathing creatures as she hurried to catch up with the others.

Ana quickly looked at the list Miss Adagio briefly showed her. As the sun kissed lalafell hid the piece of parchment Ana frowned saying "I'm familiar with the treant sap and the chinchilla liver but-" she paused as she thought of eating morborl tentacles or eft tongue. As she pictured these things Ana's nose scrunched up in disgust and her face turned a bit green. "-the other two do not sound appetizing at all. What does he plan on making with those items, some horrid concoction to make us all ill?" As she waited for Miss Adagio to gather her things Ana placed her newly purchased hat upon her head and gently swayed while daydreaming. As the ribbons of her new hat danced in the wind with her garnet hair she thought of her mother's Trap Soup next to warm walnut bread. "Mmmm" she thought, unintentionally, out loud as her mouth started to water while thinking of the delicious meal.

I worked at Discovery Cove for a summer. People there were bad too (If I never see a speedo again I will die happy :dazed: ) but not anywhere near as bad as the tour groups that go though the different theme parks >.< 90% of tour groups are rude, loud, obnoxious, and think they can do whatever they please *sigh* "happiest place on earth!"

I could have misunderstood I just assumed, maybe I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions >.<

I'm a pre-kindergarten teacher/director and in my class yesterday I had a 3 year old girl tell me that her mom put a rag in her butt. Sure enough, there was a wet rag in her underwear. Thankfully we figured out what happened and it wasn't malicious. There's always something with these kiddos Florida people unite! With our powers combined we are orange flavored! 8D

Ana was so shocked and amazed at the turn of events that she stood there for a moment with wide eyes and a gaping mouth. "Wow, spectacular!" she said still awed as the efts were chased off. She only was snapped out of her daze when she heard the Elezen woman speak. Ana shook her head to clear it and collected her thoughts again. Then she gathered her things and trotted off after the rest of the group. As she joined the group Ana scrunched her face and wrinkled her nose to the horrid scent of the foul beast still lingering on them. "Is, um, everyone alright?" Ana asked as she approached those in the front of the group. She turned and looked at the conjurer woman with the salamander slime covering her from head to toe and said "Wow, that was quite a show, Miss." and gave her a sorry smile as if to say, I'm sorry you're covered in gross slime.

Aww, I have people coming over that evening for a birthday party. :cry: If things die down or get boring I'll try to make it but I'll probably have to attend next time, promise me a next time!! *looks at Flynn with big, puppy dog eyes*

Ana was a few yalms off from the whole eft commotion petting her chocobo's neck waiting and watching as things played out. "I hope they don't make so much noise that the other efts decide to join in on the fun" Ana concernedly muttered to herself as she scanned the area making sure none of the other efts were getting too close to the others. Just as she finished she saw the large, slimy hunk of an eft perk up and start moving it's huge mass towards the group. It looked as if it was sniffing the air searching for something. "Oh no." She gasped with wide eyes. If that one smells food the others will smell it soon too she thought quickly and swept her eyes over the area again. Her gaze stopped on a smaller eft a short 10 yalms from the commotion or herself for that matter. It moved it's head around a bit and looked as if it had caught a slight scent of whatever had gotten the larger eft's attention. "Great" she said sarcastically. Well, at least it looks like it doesn't know where the scent is coming from, yet. Ana raised her voice only loud enough for someone in the group to hear and said "Umm guys, something is getting their attention. Look." and she pointed to the second eft sniffing the air and licking it's lips hoping to catch the scent again.
