I dunno if this goes here, but I installed SweetFX today. Still not sure if I like the current setting I have since the gamma is way up and the colors are a bit too saturated, but I may find a nicer preset.

 

And for whatever reason, when I hide my UI, the effects go away so...yeaaaah...
