Does your character fit the race's conventions?

Iliette was raised by her duskwight parents who were runaways from their overall house, because of that, she knows a little about Duskwight conventions, but simply doesn't care.... Said parents are now dead so even then she knows very little...

 

What are your RP limits?

Iliette is a fighting character, so apart from blatant sexual advances (which she is ICly shy about and will earn you her wrath quicker) I'm down with most things, if you have a plot in mind with her feel free to contact me in game or here

I think Valthoran fits with the lore well enough, although he left his clan and changed up his name because he felt his family didn't understand him and were holding him back. While he still doesn't like large cities very much, he isn't above visiting one if he needs to.

I would rather avoid perma-death as I tend to get very attached to my chars but I know sometimes bad things happen do good people so I'm willing to talk about it ooc if it becomes an issue. Otherwise I'm fine.

Yes, raised in a more or less traditional Wildwood family, grew up in Gridania.  Dad was a Lancer with the Wood Wailers, mom was a Conjurer. The one major deviation she has from lore is the lack of pride, arrogance, and bias.  As a Wildwood, she has a number of friends among the Duskwights.

Please send me a /tell first if you intend to do something harmful to my character.  If you ask to do something to my character and I say No, please respect my decision. No ERP.  RP leading up to this will likely end in a "fade to black" or "let's not and say they did". The idea of character intimacy is fine, but I find it awkward to play out.

Ravusa is born from a family of Ul'dah based elezen, who have seperated from a good portion of old traditions, though certain trends are difficult to break.

I'm not into the idea of permadeath (OOC: Especially considering how single character this game seems to be in terms of content), but I am perfectly willing to RP most scenarios as long as each person talks to the other.

Surprisingly few for what's a really elaborate gag character. Really as long as he's allowed to keep existing and suffer for my amusement I'm okay with it. ERP is fine, but make sure you're sober when you consider the option.

Vaughn is a happily taken man, so don't expect him to react positively to courtship (not that this has been an issue). However, there's not much he wouldn't respond to, so RP however you like with him. Just...no "my character does this to you and there's nothing you can do about it." Not only does it not give me the option to respond, but it's dickish behavior and will make me stop any RP with you.

Somewhat common.  She is from Coerthas originally, but her family left their indentured Ishgardian life when she was much younger to get away from the Holy See.  She was raised in an area of the Shroud near Thanalan, in one of a few refugee settlements of Ala Mhigo; as a result, her patron is Ralgyr, rather than Halone.

Somewhat.  Definitely compliant. He is a duskwight from caverns in the Shroud, still very much part of a duskwight clan, and was definitely surrounded by things on the more shady spectrum when growing up there.  Gridania makes him uncomfortable, he's rather wary (even if just inwardly) around wildwoods, crowded cities are not a place he'd much care to be, and he does what he wants isn't one to stick to strict rules outside of what he deems of merit, or think is logical to listen to.  Though he is out and about for a reason, particularly due to his more... 'compromising' demeanor, and likely doesn't come off as terrible as any typical slander of duskwights might have one think.   He's nervous, cryptic, and excitable, and terrible at physical combat.  So yes, he fits the lore, certainly doesn't break it, but no, he isn't the model stereotype presented of a duskwight.

The basic summary is:  No permadeath (yet), No loss of limbs (yet), No non-consensual sexual stuff (ever), but conflicts/ fights/ injuries / disagreements are perfectly ok (if not welcome!).  Basically, if you have some weird thought for what might happen to my character, and don't know, just send an OOC whisper to ask.  Most of the time, I'm willing to do a lot.

I’m more or less happy to roleplay just about anything. That said, I believe firmly in OOC communication throughout RP. If your character attempts to lop off Maraux’s head entirely at random for the sake of lopping off someone’s head, I’m likely not going to just and role with it.

2. Vincent sticks very faithfully to the typical Elezen lore. Son of a middle-high class family from Ishgard (And then moved in Coerthas, in a village that was wiped by the Calamity). His only "singularity" is that I RP him as a teenager that just entered adulthood. He is pure of heart and always means well, but his young age and lack of experience in the world outside of the safety of the town walls often puts him at risk.

 

3. RP limits... ERP is out of question, both because I am terribly shy OOCly, and also because at his age I think it is very inappropriate. He isn't a fighter, so PVE would be limited for him as well, though he wouldn't back down from helping if his conjury was needed.

Little is known ((and little is decided)) about this proud and somewhat arrogant woman. A singer on her free time, Dylise's past is filled with discrimination due to her Duskwight blood. She has made a living out in the darkness of the Black Shroud, and taken thievery-for-vanity as a hobby. Hardly nothing will strike her interest as much as a beautiful gem.

 

2. Dylise belongs to the typical Elezen lore, although due to her complexion, she is mistaken for a Wildwood by the less expert eyes. She avoids revealing her last name unless forced to, as that typically gives away her clan identity.
