I'm not actually worried about the OOC stuff but my character IC has been have occasional problems suppressing her aether energy too, and because it caused her to break the rules of the GS, she feels she can't compete in it anymore until it's fixed. tbh, I'm not the type of person that takes their mistakes lightly anyway.

Chiyo's chakra alignment happens to be light an she is already on her 6th as a result of having overactive chakra, but I'm for the most part, not picky on personality types. Depending on the character, Chiyo's trust may need to be gained though.

I think I'm going to sit this out for the remainder of the year though. I still cannot forgive my major fuck-up that round. :dodgy:

Chiyo is having problems with her charkas again and she doesn't know why. Basically, I could use an IC monk (a real one at that) to train with or even be rivals with in hopes to help her control and suppress this power. It mainly has to do with the fact that her chakra is 'overactive' for unknown reasons, resulting in an occasional but unforeseeable outburst of energy (usually well fighting), but because Chiyo doesn't have a soulstone, nor did she grew up in Ala Mhigo, she didn't learn how to gain proper control.

I'm sorry I broke the rules of the grindstone (icly). Truth is, I was not thinking when I made that last post about involving aether. I was going to ask to rewrite it but in all honesty, I really should of known better, and I know you can't always let things slide in life, so I took the forfeit. >_>

It's like what some people here has said already. It depends on how you portray the character, or at least it should. Personality, I treat lalafell players just like I treat any other players. In the actual game, most of the lalafell npcs and especially the WoL if they happen to be one are taking seriously, and, as long as they aren't joke characters, the same should go for lalafell rpers. Unfortunately, theirs a lot of people that firmly believe that non-mage lalafell are considerably weaker than the other races, which is another reason. If that's the case, than why would they recruit lalafell soldiers? Contrary to popular believe, there are some lalafells that can kick ass out there (I can recall the one in the rouge quest scenario for one). Not everything in real life has to apply to rp. Unlike most other 'chibi' races in mmos, I actually like lalafells. If I had time to invest in a third character, I'd use one.

If that's the MNK gear on the right, it looks really good! They really need to make dungeon gear dyable.

I just got over mine recently but it put me under a state of depression for a couple of months. I'd rather not talk too much about it, but at the very least, it's wasn't like me and my partner had any real issues with each other or nothing.

I'm pretty sure those are needed for those who do use soul stones anyway.

So I'm trying to brush up on general grand company lore. Specifically the Immoral Flames. Should we assume they are anything like the real-life military at all? If we were to join one, are we mostly confined to the city-state if we were to join one? And how does one go about joining one and archive the ranks? (I assume it's not as easy as how it is in-game, lol) Reason being is that I'm thinking of having one of my characters join one ICly.

If you want, we can work something out with one of my characters. Whichever you're most interested in.

Chiyo let go of the woman. She regained her composure to an extent, but was still conflicted. She didn't know what to say or think or a moment. All she can do is think about her friend. What does Leih'a and the others think of this? Did she really commit those so so called "crimes?" ...Or was she in trouble again. No... it was most likely the latter. It has to be. Chiyo could feel it. "Arala wouldn' do such things. Who the hells are you?" She asked sternly, as if demanding an answer. Her glaring eyes returned to the elezen. It was barely heared, but the way she muttered her own name was all too suspicious.

The fiery miqo'te, Chiyo would gasp loudly, almost coughing even. It was clear that she was in utter shock, so much that it would almost seem like her eyes would fall off right then and there upon looking at the contents of the flyer. Those same amber eyes would twitch uncontrollably. Her expression practically frozen, a mixer of anger, sadness, and disbelief. "A-Arala?!" she blurted. It would seem like she was a friend of hers judging by her reaction alone. Before the woman could make her leave, Chiyo would pull the woman's collar toward her, glaring at the elezen. The miqo'te's expression was now pure anger as she grinded her teeth. Faint, orange aura of aether would briefly appear around her from of her emotions. It was almost as if she was about to burst. "Who do ya think she is? Wha' has she done?"

If Miqo'te or Auri didn't exist, I would probably had been a Roegadyn.

I think I'm going to take a break from grindstone (runestone as well) for at least a week. Reason why I forfeited back there was simply because not only did I felt like I was gonna lose, I had a feeling it was going to be like the last runestone event I went that I would lose all the rolls. However, I feel like it was a poor reason to do this and I apologizes. That was no excuse for it. I just need a break from the RNG being against me at this point. Good luck to everyone!

"Cast from HP" is a trope. Hell, what's that Vita game that's entirely about sacrificing body parts and things for power and spells? It's not unheard of, so someone doing it here isn't too far of a stretch. Soul Sacrifice.

Sometimes, though its mostly due to dumb decisions I make with my character rather than immortal actions. I'd rather not talk about it.
