I tend to have my characters specialist in only one specific area at a time, with a few others fields they can be semi-decent at, and bad at everything else. In which case, Chiyo is technically a monk now with six charkas in her name. She is also fairly good at swinging an axe, and to a lesser degree, daggers and lances, but in terms of combat, that's pretty much it. Even as a monk though, she's barely a match for any real monks from Ala Mhagio if at all, especially if they have unlocked more charka than her, Berrod for example. She's also inexperienced in fighting primals. The only reason she 'defeated' Ifirt aside from having the echo is because her group mostly carried her, and that Ifirt is at his weaker state I guess (we fought him on easy mode).

Woah, I really didn't intend to make this into a debt. I just ask how one might implement a dual-sex female (I don't know what other term I should use other than futanari) into a serious rp, though in retrospect, it also seems gimmicky tbh. I also thought it might make other players awkward and uncomfortable regardless, should they IC/OOC find out. Plus, if I am doing it for ERP, I'd just find people for it (even though it won't be canon). We're all adults here (at least I hope). I appropriate it if you take the arguments into PMs if you have too. ^^;

Despite the mostly positive feed-back, I really am having second thoughts for personal reasons. Thanks for all the feed-back though.

Great points so far. I do see my character as more than a hermaphrodite but at this point, I'm debating if it's really practical. After all, I don't want to make it too snow-flaky either like Calliope mentioned.

My alt does practice black magic but she's not one to make it known to most people due to the negative reception it tends to get. Plus, you may need to convince her that you can handle it and that you won't abuse it. Other than that, I'm really all for it. Edit: For a moment, I thought you were looking for a teacher or something. Well either way, let's talk!

I'm in the process about writing my alts wiki page and I'm seriously thinking about making her born a hermaphrodite. HEAR ME OUT. I'm not doing this for the sole purpose of erp, but just something my character has to go through. Xanadu would be fairly shy about it and may even go through some sort of gender crisis. If she were to 'mate' with anyone, it would be with whom she likes/trust. And even then, it would take a little bit of convincing. I know some would be a little turned off by the idea, and that there are some who are naturally futas or temporary become one themselves (via potions, etc). I'm just curious as to what some of you might think.

I'll most likely be free Saturday. I'll throw Xanadu in here since she could use some connections.

At this point, a LS for mages would be decent too.

I have an alt name Xanadu Noire as well. Your character seems like the type she would get along with! Xana's straight-up a black mage though so I dunno how you feel about that, though she usually isn't real opened about it.

She is a shy individual with a seemingly gloomy and modest demeanor who often keeps to herself, especially to non-auri, and is somewhat prejudice towards miqo'te. She enjoys hunting, sight seeing, and improving her techniques. She currently seeks a propose in her life. Due to Xana's personality, it's a little hard for her to make friends, especially as a black mage (though she isn't the type to openly reveal such a thing). She'll open up to follow auri, thaumaturges and black mages easily, as long as (or doesn't know) they are Dotharl, for obvious reasons. She'll befriend other races as well. Generally, Xanadu is looking for experience and companionship. I'm still fleshing out her backstory so if you want to set relations (family related, contracts, etc), we can do that. I'll set up her wiki on my spare time.

I think she'd be a good fit for Xanadu Noire since she's also a black mage and is fairly anti-social, though it is much easier for her to open up to other Auri, espically other Xaelas, as long as they aren't Dotherl that is. You're free to also interact with my main, Chiyo as well, but she isn't too keen on black magics... If you're free tomorrow, we can definitely set something up!

Chiyo would participate of course. It is actually relatively easier for her to unlock the first of the sixth light charka than most, because her charka is naturally overactive mostly due to her personality. Despite not yet unlocking a shadow charka, she "knows" the mediation ability (assuming one would normally need to be on the shadow side of the charka to use it properly ^^). Because of all of this, her charka would open randomly getting her an uncontrollable burst of power, albeit, momentarily, usually when fighting or under stress or excitement. She already asked Berrod for help on this. "Ugh, I need to update my wiki..."

I'm quite happy with the Monk boost. Before, they were slightly behind when it comes to endgame but now, the gap should be much closer, if not on par with dragoon. It's much easier to charge the Forbidden Chakra as well (a level 54 five button press skill from Meditation, 320 attack potency). You can fit at least two charges during down time or when you're out of range for whatever reason without losing too much dps. Now Ninja may need a slight buff though. tbh, I was hoping for an extra 2 seconds for GL myself. It's much easier to maintain it now with Form Shift!

Chiyo doesn't actually like mercenaries because "most o' them are arseholes," among another specific reason... that doesn't mean she may not get along with Siren. My Xanadu could use a friend too. She's a serect (on-going) black mage.
