  1. Yes. It's happening to me right now. Some may have noticed, but I haven't RPed in months and went on to other things like my obsession with fishing. The release of Heavensward hasn't helped, either. But I figure each person has a specific threshold where it gets to be a little too much and needs to back off for a while, in order to prevent becoming completely disinterested in RP. Some may have noticed my utter devotion to pvp as of late. I'm just glad that shit is giving me esoterics.
  2. W'seckhi, in a shitty attempt to sound philosophical, would say the glass is twice as large as it needs to be. Then she'd go back to maintaining her gear.
  3. There's apparently a continent to the West where the popoto came from. I wanna go there and see what's up.
  4. I log in and out repeatedly. Shit's hot. The queue in the evening is such a tease.
  5. If you find Seckhi with a knife, she takes on an Apache knife-fighter style.
  6. Cocktails and Martinis. Otherwise, hard liquor shots.
  7. I'm remarkably cool with this. I may not be excited for the new race, dps class, or healing class, but I'm down with this.
  8. Feeling obligated to put up with family that can't stand me for a couple weeks out of the year.
  9. I wonder if it'd include melee fighters who mesh magic into their styles a la Dark Knight, Red Mage, etcetera? Food for thought. Regardless, I'm interested.
  10. Working. My schedule this week worked out nicely, actually. Kick ass during downtime, log in and kick ass when I'm off.
  11. Fio does this from time to time, as well. He's still got his doll from the tribe. And he also wets the bed when he's crazy stressed.
  12. Pssh. No mention of Fio pursuing Garlean interests in this whole debacle? I am offended, miss! Offended! Just kidding, still love you! Wait, warehouse is getting raided? Huh.
  13. Hehe, thanks! We really should do something sometime. Yeah, straight up good just doesn't do it for me in terms of playing them. I love squaring off against them, but yeah. Having a struggle against other evils can be fun, too.
  14. Fio's a fun one to play. On the outside he's kind, polite, frivolous, and flirtatious. All that's just a front for something much more sinister. Fio's willing to do damned near anything to advance the cause of the Garlean Empire. He's been stealing and killing in Eorzea for some time to protect his cover. Garlean defector going missing in Limsa Lominsa or Ul'dah? There's a good chance he's behind it. Classified documents go missing? Fio probably did it. Poison in the water supply? Nah, that was probably somebody else. Wipe out a village for rebelling against the Empire, down to every last man, woman, and child? That's Fio's style. He's also a manipulative git, using tools such as intimidation, blackmail, sex, and more to twist a situation to his advantage. After all, if he can keep his cover and avoid a little bloodshed, he's game. Brute force is a last resort option for Fio. Where daggers and wit have failed, military might needs to be brought out. Fio, however, is not without a personal code of conduct. He doesn't kill or torture for fun. In fact, he finds the two distasteful. If he makes a promise to you, he'll do everything in his power to keep it. And he will always follow orders. He's beholden to the laws of the Empire, but fails to respect Eorzean word of law due to perceived lack of legitimacy. Some call him a tyrant, others a patriot. But mostly just a pretty face. Traitors to the empire aren't deserving of mercy.
  15. Hrm, well, there's a few ways Fio could go. With his current path, it's highly unlikely he'll live to see old age. Honestly, I see him either dying while holding the line against, uh, you people. *Waggles fingers.* Be it Garlemald comes under siege, or Fio is trying to stop the Eorzeans from razing liberating Ala Mhigo. He squares off against familiar faces, maybe takes a few out, and eventually bites the dust after having faced overwhelming odds. Or triggers a massive ceruleum detonation with the last vestiges of his strength. Because the Empire runs on ceruleum. Or he could get knifed in the back. Or hung for being a traitor to Eorzea and her city states.
  16. Here's a giant album for the thinger. You know, slideshow thing.
  17. For Fio, well, this'll be fun. Level One - Unholy Sever: charging his greatsword with dark magic, he swings the blade at his opponent in an attempt to sever a limb or vital artery, doing respectable damage. Level Two - Unholy Slaughter: even more energy is channelled into the blade as he tries to cleave his opponent in two. Any nearby enemies that aren't the target are horrified for a short duration. Level Three - Unholy Reign: Fio does even more damage to the target. Instead of horrifying nearby enemies, he instead palms several daggers out of his armour and flings them towards the vitals of said enemies, doing damage and stunning them.
  18. I agree with this fifty thousand times. WTB dresses for Fio. I'm stuck trying to make an alt for Fio's more feminine days. Also, on topic of the posts, give me a greatsword. Not a buster sword, cause I don't like those. But a reasonable sword that can be wielded with two and is carried on the back. I'd also kill for some Garlean Centurion armour with an armoured tail.
  19. Well, I did say "Don't get eaten" when I was hanging out with a friend recently. That being one of Fio's farewell sayings. That got me a strange look and a confused response. "By what?!" He replied. Me, being the smooth person that I am, instantly came up with this eloquent answer: "bears."
  20. Virtue: Fortitude For Fio, he'll stop at nothing to see his ideal Eorzea come to bear. Even with the defeat of the XIV Legion, he still diligently holds his post for what he views as the inevitable return and triumph of the Garlean Empire. Vice: Pride/Lust Here, I couldn't decide which to go with. Fio is a relentless flirt in pursuit of sex, but at the same time, he's wont to show off his abilities. When it comes down to a real fight, he doesn't hold back and even views himself as an unstoppable force on the battlefield. In his mind, he's invincible. That if a whole army came at him, he'd be the one getting out unscathed. He's wrong, of course.
