A friend of mine made a very good point that it is probably because it is the summer months and that activity will improve as people come back from holidays. Hello there! The Quicksand or the Drowning wench generally have RP going on, but it seems like most people on Gilgy aren't that fond of Tavern RP so they are not as frequented anymore. There is an IC linkshell I can invite you to, just send me a tell in game (Zachree Rowlaux) and I'll invite you. There is also an OOC linkshell I can invite you to for the specific purpose of finding RP. Some events are located on the calendar here, with one coming up relatively soon but there is likely going to be a couple of impromptu get togethers before then. Unfortunately my knowledge of PS4 is limited. I think you can get a keyboard hookup but I am unsure. D: I'm a PC gamer myself. Well. This took some thought, I really had to mull it around in my mind several times. I'm doing my terrible unhinged Elezen, Zachree Rowlaux. Wolverine from the X-men - Zach has been known to just let himself go in the heat of battle, while he tries to (sometimes) keep this bloodlust in check he occasionally loses himself in it. While not possessing regenerative powers like Wolverine, he doesn't shy from taking a hit, which is probably a terrible habit that is going to get him killed one of these days. Also he sometimes lacks the ability to give any bleeps when it comes to dramatic social situations. And yes I used Hugh, I suppose any wolverine would do, but why not Hugh? He does his best, he attempts to keep everyone happy and has a sense of humor to boot. Unfortunately for him none of the other Autobots like to have any fun. Smokescreen is very much the hero at heart and I would say that Smokescreen represents the heroic and more social aspect of Zachree. As I go through with the list you can definitely see where my influences have come from... Spider Man from Marvel Comics/Amazing Spider Man - I suppose any spider man incarnation would do for this; the requirements would be the gift of gab and quick wit. (not emo or brooding spider man. I'm talking the one that mocks his enemies and embarrasses his friends.) There have been many times when roleplaying Zach that my fingers will move without consulting my brain, it just spills out into the chat. Sometimes I say to myself "Maybe for the sake of harmony I should change what he is about to say here..." and then I press enter anyways. I think he's only been slapped a few times, but he deserves more. He's not rude per say... just... likes a good jab or two. Making this post made me realize how much I missed CoH. D:

It's not terribly and one liner, and Zach wasn't drunk at the time but I believe it fits as he seems to be making a fool of himself. As per usual. D: Zachree Rowlaux comes stumbling into the quicksand, bumping it railings and having trouble with stairs. His hair is more disheveled than usual. Smacking his lips together he goes towards the table with the people he can recognize, bumping into a potted plant along the way. Dubah Aodh laughs. Zachree Rowlaux: "Excuse me... plant." Dubah Aodh: "I should join you more often then." Z'annos Nuhn: "By the twelve... Zach. You are half naked." Zachree Rowlaux crawls up into the chair and grabs the fork and knife at the place setting, one in each hand and thumps them against the table, barely able to keep his eyes open. Zachree Rowlaux: "The shirt was too complicated." Z'annos Nuhn sighs. "You're a lost cause."

Well hello! Welcome back! And to be honest I hardly have time for one character, let alone all the alts I have planned. @.@ But it is a pleasure to meet you.

Gilgamesh had some pretty rough moments for harassment, but I view whatever is happening in a number of ways. Bottom line, someone is trying to have fun. Sometimes their fun is trying to ruin your fun but there are plenty of ways in game to combat this. Turning off power animations, temporary blisting ( I say temporary because they could be a very cool person, but they may be getting carried away with emote spam at the moment ), and when someone is standing on my face I generally just focus my attention on the chat and less at the Miqo'te shaped tumour jutting out of my side. Generally when you don't react they get bored and move away. Tolerance is my best friend with this issue. When Arc moved into their house we were right beside a raiding guild. They were naturally curious about their neighbors and lo, they came by and did some crazy things. Many people at the time asked me if they were trolling, turns out they weren't, and now some of them are good friends of mine. If they think one of their members is bothering us I get a tell of apology even before anyone has time to complain. ( Not that we would anyways ) Several of them are even curious about RP, one that wanted to stop by from time to time for it said something along the lines of "I want to try it, but roleplay has more mechanics than T5." This was back before the second coil came out, so T5 was arguably the most difficult thing in game. Cool people be everywhere.
