However it wasn't really affirmed by the courts till now. EULAs exist, but many have unenforceable parts. Gamestop will manage to strongarm their way into being the sole used-game reseller somehow. They still sell a LOT of new titles too. -

Hardware is a physical good, thus subject to first sale doctrine. DRM. EA's already pushing "Project Ten-Dollar", and THQ[?] upped theirs from $5 to $10 as well. -

This is certainly a rattling result. Yes, books can potentially be held by this standard of the current Copyright laws. Seeing as how the US Congress is in bed with the RIAA and MPAA, I certainly doubt they'll be willing to really change anything. Hell, they're dragging their heels with net neutrality. -

You have to manually apply the keybindings. I don't think there's a default setup yet. I like the vibration feedback on my wired 360 controller, and I may just have to switch between combat and out of combat between my keyboard and controller.

In the end, I just can't deal with the responses by a lot of players, and there are far too many "noob games" that are well-versed players just hiding in there to stomp new players. I want to get into it, but my doctor keeps advising me not to. Hell, APB gets me really frustrated as is.

I keep seeing all this talent for visual and audio works. Makes me absolutely green in envy. Either way, I liked the Boss Battle music. I really can't say much more, because outside of my enjoyment of hearing it, I wouldn't know what I'm talking about.

I tried to get into it, but in all the matches I played I kept getting yelled at by people that kept making new accounts. How am I supposed to know what build goes to what without at least some very basic practice on the concept of DOTA to begin with?

The problem with XIII's method is that it didn't integrate well. It was far too removed from a natural flow from the animation. I really don't think the team doing XIV would be able to do that properly.

Thank you! You're such a lifesaver! I was going nuts trying to find a site that didn't have spy ware to download from. Much appreciated No problem. Part of the frustration stemmed from my very limited upload at work, making P2P methods very undesirable.
