This is a disturbingly large snowpile in someone's yard. Most all of the yards here look like this. I would like to note I am 5'9", and that is barely the house you can see poking over top of it. They definitely cannot see out their windows. Someone ship me to Florida it is almost Spring it is still snowing now what is this

I think something like this would be a really awesome idea. It certainly sounds like a pretty fun, awesome way to get people engaged. There are a few things I would like to shoot out, though. If it is going to be a gender event with actual real life prizes and incentives for participation, I would do a few things with it. Without promise of a male version with like prizes especially, and to both make the event more fair and challenging, I would encourage very heavy challenges of a broad nature. This would hopefully eliminate level or content locks for newly made female characters, and would push a person in and out of game to work hard and put their own personal, creative spin on what the bring to the table. It would also cut out a chunk of that fear for favouritism by making hard work and dedication evident. I would like to see how this shapes up. That said, if you need a mind to work with or a hand with execution, I would be happy to contribute.

Not sure if I know many people over there, but many are willing to find other mediums for RP in the interim. If you are still interested in coming to RP servers, Gilga has grown more pve oriented over time, so keep that in mind. As for Balmung, you can usually create or transfer in a grace period before or after maintenances, if you can work that into you schedule. Hopefully this helps you a tidbit!

I am more or less just guessing it's acting more as a personal opinion census than, say, a means of debate. An observation now giving way for others to state their preferences. I figure that is more than likely the case. Identifying with a character archetype tends to help people write more convincingly, and I think more or less some people don't like to deviate from that. For example, just like in real life, I play a negligible, androgynous thing with a penchant for fashion and a queer balance of gender traits. Or, as one might put, "masculine enough for a man, feminine enough for a woman."

So I take a lot of Hindu/Buddist lore into consideration on my character's names and stories and I like SMT, so I thought it would be funny to name my Chocobo Mara, because it is basically a dick chariot and I am 12. That, and it is from that lore. My racing one is Lord Lavende for obvious reasons, however. (Hint: I'm LAVENDER)

I suffer a lot from insomnia. However I am quite aware the issue stems a lot through depression related stress and inactivity, paired with anxiety around a phobia. I have crippling emetophobia to the point I hang onto negative related experience in the strangest ways. Once I took a nap after work many years ago, and woke up to suffer the effects of norovirus. I have had a lot of trouble falling asleep since then. Sometimes I find leaving on an ambient sound or song helps, to quell the brain chatter with a positive focal point. Sometimes I lie still and pay mind to every body part, reminding myself they all feel fine. Little things. Hopefully with a bit of work and technique, we may all find a resolution for sleeplessness.

The names I've had have been a bit fluid over iterations. The name I've had for my main has been Thaarus Vithala. The reason I kept the name the same though the games he's been used in is because Thaarus was always meant to be a strange pseudonym that would intentionally be out of place. His true name has varied depending on the lore he has been tailored to fit. Essentially, Thaarus Vithala means Heaven and Hell, as they are particular levels of Svarga and Naraka (the Hindu equivalents of Heaven and Hell that beings experience before reincarnation.) He's a character rather torn through extreme rifts in his life, but fights for a balance and stability through extremes, which would also be fitting, as the goal of karma is to reach neutrality through moderation. The name he has now, Devereau Beauregard, more refers to his lofty nature, flowing and transient (Devereau refers to a river bank, the water relation) and Beauregard to his fixation upon beauty.

Hey! Just posting while I actually remember, you wouldn't mind putting my current character name, Devereau Beauregard, on the card, would you? I know I am a big dum-dum and I never updated it on the site and whatnot. Basically I am lazy and I suck. (Really hype, by the way.)

I would very much like someone to run really annoying zodiac dungeons with me. If not that, maybe someone to sit around with me and chat or throw crafty materials at me. I have a lot of things I want, most of which I clawed for. I've had a few very amazing gracious people suffer through getting my t9 coat with me, and I am eternally grateful. I've just been having a bad habit of keeping to myself, and it's rather awful.
