  1. Taillow courageously stands its ground against foes, however strong they may be. This gutsy Pokémon will remain defiant even after a loss. On the other hand, it cries loudly if it becomes hungry.

  4. Full grown man with daddy issues, still behaving like teenager.
  5. …you level PGL and buy Emperor's New Fist, because you might need a fist fight combat stance one day.
  6. I can't commit to that Friday night, but if I'm available I would love to attend! Alderique is an aspiring chef IC, and I've been wanting to see and participate in more events like this.
  7. When… …you have to create a schedule to explain how and why your character manages to show up to RP locations around the globe within their timeline. …you wait a long period of time between hairstyle changes for your hair to "grow". …you look up recipe videos on Youtube to sound like you know what you're doing when you cook IC.
  8. Oh, I put Shoshopu up but forgot to say anything!
  9. Well, Zithen, Alderique is known for being quick, fabulous, and sketchy. I love it, though! I'm kinda missing shaggy haired elf version hardcore, ugh. That hairstyle became part of him.

  16. Alderique Valeriant and Warren Castille go to a bar. Warren Castille gets too drunk and Alderique Valeriant has to take them home. SCRAPE. The elezen dragged the man through the Thanalan dust. "Who the hell wears armor to a bar, anyway, hells." SCRAAAAAPE. The armored man in question muttered incoherently all the while, something about free paladins they were giving away somewhere, or something. "Shhhrhh, shut up man, guards comin'." A couple of brass blades approached. "Another one of your 'dates', elezen?" Alderique retorted. "No, I've already seen your mother tonight, Thezaraka." The other blade chuckled. "This one got himself drunk. Just.." SCRAAAAAAPE. "..trying to get him home." He panted. "Either of you guys know which way that big ass rock is?"
  17. I'm going to admit my stupidity and say I only really just started breeding for egg moves around the time of Black/White. I didn't really use a lot of online resources other than to read bios and remember when/how certain Pokemon evolved and just tried to get Pokemon I liked to raise up. Then I got a couple of Pokemon with moves I was unfamiliar with them having through GTS trades and I wondered how that happened and I finally discovered the joys of egg move breeding. I do try to keep a decent Ditto on-hand for some things, but these days it is mostly only used to breed male-only or genderless Pokemon. The rest of the time it sits in the box, plotting against me. It's something I've gotten into recently as well, and the rules seem to change each game, so there's always something to learn. I don't usually go after specific must-have moves. I just give them moves from fathers that I have in my collection. That's pretty much what I do with dittos. I prefer to just inbreed my pokemon with their parents over and over.
  18. Do you want anything to start with? I was fortunate enough to get a 6iv feebas through breeding, and I kinda started using him as stock for others. Branched out into his two egg groups, then from those kids into others. I'd love to get a 6iv in each egg group, but it comes down to gambling. But if you have a 6 iv Ditto, aren't all your worries gone? Ahh, but getting a 6IV ditto is the challenge! I have a few with 2-3 IVs in my collection, but I tend only to use them when I have to, since I try to breed in egg moves along the way. I usually only use them at the start of the breeding process if at all.

  20. I enjoyed breeding 5IV things, naming them, and wonder trading them off. I'm one of those tools that believes heavily in nicknames, and I tend to collect nicknamed pokemon that come to me in trade, or I'll seek them out on the GTS. I wish I found enough with good stats that I would raise and use. I wish the trading factor were a bit stronger in this game. As it is, I feel like you kinda trade to get something, then you go and breed from it and make it your own. What I've done sometimes is breed from a nicknamed pokemon I got in a trade, but pass on the same nickname to all of its kids, and hang onto the parent's original nature. I have a few kids from doing that.
  21. I don't get into competitive games anymore, usually because of meta. When I have to pick certain good characters over certain bad characters, I lose interest. Hence, I just kinda breed pokemon just to pop out things with good stats, but then they go sit in the box.
