T_T D: My hearty agreement! Aw. *cuddles her old, forgotten Lead-By-Example pally of the Morninglord*

I could have a lot to say on this topic, but it isn't very organized and most of it boils down to me thinking that alignment systems don't jive well with the human condition in general. Morality across cultures, the fact that 'evil' folk often believe their actions are righteous and 'good' people can have unpleasant personalities or reasons for being good, they're all reasons why I don't use any sort of organised alignment system for making characters.

I'm left handed to the point of being a near complete klutz with my right hand, save for mouse use. I'm too damned lazy to learn how to mouse left-handed. I helped my sweetie revive the old chat RP we met on 10 or so years after it died. The population isn't as huge as it was before, but it's hearty! I love raw bell peppers, but for whatever reason canNOT stand them cooked. Color doesn't matter, amount of cooked doesn't matter, just no.

Eh, I can't get into a Gundam series that's all about playing with the toys and playing in virtual reality with your cobbled together gunpla, which only works right if you put extra love into its creation. If you put yours together solely for the stats, I'm afraid you can't stand up to those that love their gunpla. Yeeeah.... I'm with you on the rest though. You mean it's Angelic Layer; the Gundam Series?

I'm a big fan of Chi's Sweet Home, adorable AND accurate kitten-raising stories in bite sized episodes! Gurren Lagann, Space Dandy, Cowboy Bebop, and Kill la Kill are also super enjoyable! And on the terribly deceptive magical girl story end I also liked Princess Tutu and Madoka.

Wow I've been in for a little while now and didn't even say 'eyy here? Let me change that. Eyyyy! I've been focusing on leveling for a good grip of time now, but just hit 30 so I can start dipping my toe into the big kid stuff! I'll start settling in to actually start RPing at some point soon.

Back in high school I was a black belt in karate. I'd have pursued it further, but the sensei started using me as security at events instead of letting me participate, which killed it for me.

With most characters the most I do is catch a wee case of 'the feels', feeling happy or bad for them in particularly emotional situations. I've laughed a lot and cried or felt a little crabby more than few times over my roleplaying career, and have edged into territory where I was over-identifying and needed to remind myself to back off a bit. I don't consider a little emotional investment in a good story to be a bad thing as long as you're feeling that FOR your character and not as something super personal. But when it stresses you out or makes it to the point where you aren't having fun things need to change. It's something I actively watch for and try to nip in the bud as early as possible. Taking it the other way and venting certain OOC moods IC is also something that I try to avoid. I'd rather not RP at all if I'm crabby and having difficulty reacting otherwise IC, than bring down someone else's day and possibly veer my character OOC for what and who they're supposed to be. ...cripes that was a ramble. Sorry if the flow of thought is hard to follow. Bleed-through is something I struggled pretty hard with in the past, though a big part of it might have been being young and over-invested. No, my main hangup comes when handed OOC authority/responsibility that goes along with my IC fun times. :< My stress management needs work, so I just sidestep that pothole in the road as often as I can unless the work comes in small manageable doses.

sp7PS_UN8Lo This never fails to invoke a wee case of 'the feels' over a lady I play in another setting. Villains have tender feelings too!

Aw, hello! It's a friendly bunch here, we won't hate you. :3 I hope you have a good time on the forums!

zjhbLDJzXAs One of these days I'mma park Heavenly in the Aftcastle to dance and sing this with some very light lore-friendly edits. She ain't above singing for supper.

:'D I will count this as something wonderful.

Something wonderful or terrible. >:}

What were some of the major influences in her life? What was her family like? And how did she get where she is today? Answering some of those might help out a little! It could be anything from 'lived there all her life and just had the talent' to 'traveled from afar looking to make a name for herself' or something wildly different! Just think of what might catch at your interest that gives you something to build off. :3 For example, my pink lady Roe here is a conjurer because she wanted to try something as different from her early life as a pirate under her mum's command as possible. ...and then she went and joined up with the Maelstrom because good old Guilt reared its ugly head and she wanted to make a show of good faith that she was sticking to her new and improved course in life.

I interject with a C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER S'amina pony. That is all. I lied. Heavenly Calyx pony too.

I know you've seen knightlady before, Dogberry! I had to have shown it around, wot with learning a new trick (that I have since been to lazy to use) for coloring hair. I don't post up my art much anymore since 99% of it is in a perpetual state of 'not done yet, maybe someday', but it's good to know Kat's still drawing! Sweetie hasn't been putting pencil to paper much as of late, but maybe an artjam would help him! You can laugh at our unintentional marker fume high.

Welcome, welcome! I too know the joys of dress-up forever. The Sims and Soul Calibur V are both games I spend way more time in character creation than actually playing! ...plus I'm gonna level Paladin with no real intent to do anything with it just for the princely clothes. Yga sounds adorkable and will make many friends, I'm sure of it!

I don't know you, but I'm sorry you had to go through such a tough time and am glad you're doing well now! May your recovery continue with haste!

Heavenly would sing (and does, when she needs the coin)! With some training gurl would have a mezzo-soprano fit for opera, but as it is now she's got all the carry and none of the nuance. S'amina would probably go for something easy to fidget with and difficult to permanently break, like a thumb piano/kalimba!

Who would be your character's voice actor?

I wish I could find a better clip but I keep hearing Heavenly Calyx as a bit deep in tone, but not smokey or with gravel, maybe like Jennifer Hale as Avatar Kyoshi (starts at 2:10) VlTcS8usPvw -

When someone is exceptionally kind, helpful, or shows a habit of being able to pull the party out of or head off accidental pinches I toss my commendation their way! It's not any particular bias toward a party role on my end.
