I usually use whatever outfit I feel like, however none of Titor's outfits are 'magical' or in any way power enhancing. He is really rich, and ADORES Allagan technology, so he wears the Allagan Coat of Healing IC sometimes, priding himself on attaining an 'authentic Allagan clothing article'. However, he only had access to this from his funds. It is authentic (with some slight modifications to fit a hyur) but in no way increases his power or does anything special other than looking like. I am fine with anyone wearing replicas, or even authentic versions or something, as long as they are not an item where 'this is the only one in existence' (and not a replica) or if the outfit boosts their powers in a radical way.

Nah, the time is fine, I am not all too hyped about Ninja. It is more like I am not sure if I will have time to level him proper before the time since I am trying to get enough gil for a large house on Balmung, and vending has been eating all my time TnT I am going to try to make it though! Is it going to be in the mist, or goblet, or beds? Or all of them? If it is just going to be in one, I can just join a FC that has a house there and port there for minimal leveling )

Titor usually ends up getting hurt a lot since he is kind of sickly and scrawny. His entire value comes out of his knowledge of geometries and the aether, but if you prevent him from using his book and drawing geometries he has like no other way to defend himself short of flailing the best he can. I would probably volunteer him to get hurt again if you/someone else wants to develop their character more into the evil/bad-guy/villain type. Just PM me first and we can probably work something out.

I made the alt I will try to level him a bit and unlock all the housing wards if I can by then so I can participate. Not sure though since I am super-buckling down right now in my preparation for 2.4. If I do level him though, he will be the exact same Titor as I rp on Balmung (with the same experiences and everything). So... like I am not sure how people would feel about me cross-server RPing where both servers converge on the same lore for him. Well, I guess we will find out. On that note, would anyone be willing to trade like, 25k on Gilg for 25k on Balmung. I would want to buy some RP clothing and stuff so that I do not look like a hyur starter

As a really, really minor point I had made Titor have the echo, only, and ONLY for the reason that he would be able to understand multiple languages and speak them. Being a doctor, I thought this would be helpful for him, and would make sense for Hydaelyn to gifted Titor with the echo for this use since his is definitely a good-aligned doctor and would only use the echo gift for great good. However, in the lore panel they were saying that the echo was SUPER MUCH MORE RARE than the in-game story had made it out to be. So... I am not sure. I really liked the idea of Titor being able to at least understand all languages for the intents of purposes of being a doctor and wanting to aid people in need, but he would not have gone out of his way to study every language for such a purpose, just due to lack of time in his life. Like, I am kind of maybe thinking of retconning it? I brought it up like-- once ICly maybe in passing with someone I had not really rped with a bunch.. Not sure. How would others feel about him having the Echo for the purpose of being able to communicate with anyone who may be his patient, because I really liked the concept, and if there is no major opposition I would like to keep it.

I am not familiar with actors really at all, so I found a match only through some serious Googling and whatnot. I found this guy, who is really, really close. The actor is Dennis Oh, and I have never seen any of his movies or whatnot, but the images I see are pretty close. Titor is supposed to be sort of Khazakh in the real-world ethnicity, but if anything he looks more like a mixed Asian race. Dennis Oh is half Korean half Caucasian, so he seems to fit the part in appearance. (edit: a link broke, so going to just add some more fluff) This art is the way that I envision his facial structure mostly. So, here is Dennis Oh.

I have a small house in the goblet right now but I have much grander plans for it and am hoping to move into a mansion after some deflation. I think I might be able to do it. If I do end up doing it, I am going to open my current house up for someone in the RP community to buy, so if you do happen to miss a small keep an eye out here because I will post here and will probably abandon it really soon after posting.

I do, because I have not really seen anything to counter the statement. Every CNJ/WHM I have met ICly has been the motherly, healer, tree-hugger type. Every MRD/WAR has been hulky brawny type. Every THM/BLM has been the distant seemingly good but still something is off type Every LNC/DRG has been..... ..... ..... typical drg. Every GLD/PLD has been the protective knight type I only met one ARC/BRD so, not much to go off there. PUG/MNK seems to be the punchy punchy I punch your face because PUNCH type. I have not met many other ACN's, but like my character they seem to be the smart/nerdy/bookworm type. If your character breaks any of these patterns I have noticed, great! But I probably have not rped with you O-o

Gonna have to second this, especially considering as far as I'm aware, most parties involved are all in the same linkshell, so why not address the issue there? People OOCly blaming the "killer" for killing off someone's character with the other role-player's consent is ridiculous. That being said, having come across many ridiculous things myself, I don't doubt some people are doing it. However, I'd think this would be a very small minority, not just in the specific case but in any similar situation, so I don't think opening up a public discussion on the matter is really useful or enlightening for anyone. It seems attention seeking at best, passive aggressive at worst. +1

It is so weird that they filter out obscure things that come up in RP, but one round of frontlines will assure me that homophobic and racist terms are not filtered..

This happens to me (and others) so much in RP. Text posts (and even emotes) will get filtered out during RP. The posts that get filtered out are the most random, and contain no vulgarities and no profanities (and no, are not a part of ERP) I have no idea why some posts get filtered that contain seemingly nothing harmful in them, when much more vulgar and explicit language is able to get through. And it is the message itself being filtered (not just temporary server issue) because reposing will also result in it getting filtered. Does anyone know the causes of these filtering? It usually leads in a lot of awkward silence while RPing for all parties involved, and I would like to avoid it if possible.

Titor is hella loaded and hella generous with his money, enough to be able to afford allagan technology, hire two guards/servents for his house, amongst other things. His adoptive family are very, very, very successful merchants, and him being a doctor is pretty good pay as well, so double the gil. I can also back his wealth oocly, so woot (vending is the main reason I am playing the game outside of RP)
