If you touch them, they feel like the finest slate rock from the majestic slopes of Gyr Abania. Dogberry can vouch for this, after that one night at the Bacchus Shots competition.

How about ANY BODY HAIR AT ALL?! I want to look like I'm wearing a sweater when I unequip my chest slot! Y-yes pls... Why don't dudes get beard options at the Aesthetician!? I just want my in game toon to represent Berrod's body hair so I don't have to describe it every time he takes his shirt off. /sob Same with Tattoos. I very much picture Dogberry much hairier and covered in old timey naval tattoos.

I don't know what exactly their mindset was when they added them, but the fact was that there was an obvious hole there and there was no existing metric to suggest that they would be unpopular so they added them as they are now. This history was that people asked for them a lot. And male miqo'te.

Cave in to demands by the player base for more effeminate, cute, conventionally attractive girly-girls? I thought that was obvious? As opposed to when they "caved in" and gave us the female roegadyns we love so much?

I actually wish I could have put some chub on Iskierka, because with her no longer living in the desert, she's making money and living where there is no shortage of food, she has been eating ALL THE THINGS. Plus, she reads books all day. There is no way she's your average rock solid Highlander living like that.

It does take some effort, but it is possible. Dudes want to play as tiny, cute girls. Come at me, dudes. Already did. Doesn't count. I wasn't ready! Yeah, you have to mentally prepare yourself sometimes or it happens too soon.

If anyone ever makes you feel unattractive, all you need to do is remind yourself that true beauty comes from within, and then help the person who made you feel ugly by ripping out their inner beauty organ by organ and sharing it with them before the life fades from their eyes.

I came in late because I was out of town all day, but I did show up in time for Dogberry to get double teamed by two musclular women. You can imagine his reaction. Thanks for hosting this!

Dogberry deals pretty heavily in magitek "salvage". I happen to have one LS slot open. Hmmmmmmm!

Merri has a prosthetic arm, and he put a lot of thought into the actual cost of having one. He can elaborate on the details. My character has prosthetic legs, which he got after Leviathan decided to play with him instead of chomping him down whole. Here's what the magitek legs give Dogberry: - The ability to walk (and run, skip, dance, etc.). - Super strong legs (Once tried to crush a man Xenia Onatopp style - almost succeeded). - Pneumatic pistons that allow him to jump high (1st round draft pick for the New York Nicks!). - The ability to freak people out by taking them off when he's drunk (and also sitting in a cauldron full of water and balloons.) - Basically free leg armor. Now, in addition to the trauma he faced while losing his legs (and let's not understate that), there are several drawbacks to having them including: - An inability to use aether. Chakras he had open at the time closed. He will never be able to use magic. He's lucky to pull off the occasional return or teleport. (Shadowrun rules: Reducing essence reduces magic) - Legs that can malfunction in adverse conditions. (too much mud/sand/ice/etc. in the works? Hope you brought a sled.) - Phantom limb syndrome. - The inability to swim (sucks to be a sea captain with heavy machinery stuck to your legs). And this was AFTER about a real-time month of playing a character with no legs. He had to be carried anywhere he went. He spent time reaching out to people who could help him walk again. The people who designed his legs and performed the procedure spent time RPing their research, culminating in a fun, Frankenstein-esque RP session where they performed the operation. Also. the ones who did this for him didn't merely do it out of the good of their hearts. Dogberry is still working off the debt by aiding them in their research on Primals (yes, this whole thing ties in to the primal events we organize). There may be some failsafes put in to his legs to make sure he doesn't go back on the deal. Maybe Dogberry doesn't own his own legs. I hope this gives you some ideas for your RP! Have fun!

Iskierka is back for this one! I'm free that day, plus Iski's a bookworm so she's all about The Scholar! -
Had an extremely realistic dream that I was shot three times, and underwent intense physical therapy.

Life kinda got crazy there over the holidays. I'll confer with Stormwind and we'll see what we can come up with. Also, Roes have pretty big cracks.

This thread also reminded me... in addition to Rita's Italian Ice... the Snowball stand down the street from me is probably going to open soon. A snowball is a local thing here, apparently, where it's basically just a snow-cone... except remove that little dinky paper cone and put it in a cup. Now just pack as much of that crushed-to-snow ice as you can into that cup. OK, now pack some more. MORE. Then add artificial flavoring of your choice. Usually stands will have the usual flavorings like cherry, grape, etc. They will also have their own blends, with names that appeal to kids like "Spongebob", "Barney" or my favorite growing up, "G.I. Joe." I can't even for the life of me figure out what G.I. Joe tasted like. And then, you put marshmallow cream on it. Eat it until it melts and becomes essentially kool-aid, which will be handy because there's a 95% chance your plastic spoon will have broken once it reaches the center core of concentrated ice that has formed from the snowball stand attendant's attempt at manual nuclear fusion when packing the ice into the cup.
