How long did it take you to reach this point? I'm new to the whole drawing scene myself and I'm having a lot of trouble. I can picture perfectly what I want to draw in my head, but head to paper does not translate well for me!

Yeah the only times I got in was for maintenance.

I believe it was stated that children among inter-racial was possible, though it was looked down upon.

Explain this "Shipment Protection" thing to me.....

A'mon actually has a child......he thinks, almost positive, 90% positive. But due to some happenings in his past, he neither has met, nor knows for sure if he does. He would welcome them, and would hope for a boy. I think he'd do well with parenting, with a "doing is learning" policy with how they are raised. At a young age, teach him how to defend himself, how to fight, how to start fires, which snames are venomous etc.

My character would be happy to mentor you..... We just need some weapons, some explosives maybe, and a few "morally loose" female Miqo'te, and I can teach you all the important lessons about life.....

I can see why you don't mind them, considering they don't really affect you as you've filled up all eight of your slots, but would you feel the same if you were trying to bring friends that're new to the game onto the server? I get what you are saying, but I'd be even more pissed with laggy unplayable servers. Now sure, they could deff. ease up a bit on the restrictions, but by no way remove them. And don't be fooled, I've waited my fair share of late nights / early mornings to get in:)

Although I have all 8 slots on Balmung, I can't fully say I'd recommend the $18.00 it takes to server transfer. (I used to) Now, I say get in when the server permits you, don't spend the money.

*equips shield of fire resist* As much as they suck, I'm all for the server restrictions. That being said.....I have all 8 slots occupied on Balmung Eat your hearts out......lol

Pre-paid credit card so they couldn't wracked up charges. Unless you're worried about just losing the account itself, not much safeguard against that.

I always wished it wasn't against the ToS, I do very well for myself (and I don't mean I'm rich) but real $$$ isn't an issue for me. In-game $$ is always hard to come by for me. So I usually fund my in game money with real money, when it's possible of course...

The tavern doors swung open as A'mon walked into the Quicksand. Stopping only long enough to let his eyes adjust to the dim light inside the building. "Damn sun" he muttered under his breath. A life of 27yrs living with a nomadic tribe in the searing hot sun of the desert had pretty much ruined his eyes for low light visibility. With his eyes finally adjusted to the lighting, he made his way to an empty table in the far corner of the room, an, upon arriving took of a dusty backpack which landed with a puff of sand and a *thunk* against the floor. "Great, something else for the tavern folk to get upset about, how dare they have to sweep a floor now and then" he thought. With an exhausted sigh, he slipped into his chair and surveyed the people in the tavern. He didn't know what he was looking for, only having been in town for a week, he didn't know anyone, or expect to be known by anyone. He leaned forward in his chair, withdrew a small knife and began to whittle a small toy of some sort, being careful to gather up the fallen shavings after each cut into the soft wood. "Where's the tavern girl" he thought to himself as he looked for a waitress of some sort to arrive at his table.

Well, Judge should be good in that regard, then! And awesome story about the Gnome! :lol: It got mentioned on and off in here, but this seems to be the case with "official" authority figures as well - like the Blades and the 'Sworn, yes? That common courtesy means that you should send one of the people involved a /tell and see if they want an authority figure stepping in before doing so, right? Rather than just stepping in and trying to show your authority as the Law. So how does one handle the situation when they turn you away, or it's less "IC conflict" and more like the aforementioned guy who godmoded killing some Blades and then bragging about it? Is it simply a matter of shrugging and moving on, since it's not your RP anymore by that point (in the case of the former) or you can't feasibly actually affect anything (in the case of the latter)? That answer almost seems too... simple if true, if that makes sense. You'd figure that, as a lawman, it should be in your duty to step in and resolve an issue that would - ICly - require your attentions. On the other, imposing on other peoples' RP. I don't mind if a lawful person steps into my RP, but if, and like anyone, try to dictate with how my RP is going without consulting me about it privately, or refuses to play along, usually leads to them being on the blacklist. Don't have to worry about them if you can't seem them....

I was stopping in between Valentione's Telegram deliveries to do a little RP with some lady friends of mine, and shared a little chocolate with the table, yes. There was also a bawdy discussion about candy canes. The chat spam was thick enough, though, that half the RPC could have been trying to steal my hat and my linkpearl and I might not have seen them. that and the one guy who thought he had to right a book everytime he emotes lol

........while BEEFING with other BEEF. We are getting Wrestlemania tier. It's just occurred to me I think I saw you in the Quicksand last night, handing out chocolate or something?
