Views on RP combat and injuries: That's a bit of a touchy subject. In my experience, RP fights tend to be summed up as "Who's the bigger godmod". But I think with the whole "/random" system in the game, it can really negate that problem and probably even lead to hilarious results. Views on IC romance: Cecily is not much of a romanticist. She prefers remaining single so as to not be forced to stay with one person. Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): I love to RP, and non-romantic RPs are even better! Because they'll usually lead to smut which gets boring. Views on lore: It's cool to be immersed in the lore, but I don't like those that are too strict about it. You gotta have a bit more of an open mind to be fun with lore. That's why I enjoy lore-breaking mods in Skyrim and the Yo-Kai Watch event in FFXIV. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): I mean, they're pretty much essential, right? /say and /yell are definitely more for RPs, /party and /alliance are for when in a duty where RPing isn't really... priority, and /shout and /linkshell is definitely more for OOC things. I absolutely do! For one, I've given certain minions sentience and the ability to speak (ie Tataru and Garuda) so as to add more personality to bounce off of Cecily's and give a comic foil. I also will use the Yo-Kai Watch minions in RP because how can I not? They're so interesting!

Alright, I think I can come up with a few for Cecily... Cecily is a booty person. Show her a boob-man and she'll show you a no-brain, no-class, knuckle-dragger that knows nothing of the fairer sex. Cecily loves collecting minions. Especially ones with the ability to speak so she always has someone to bounce her personality off of like a comedic foil. One of her favorite things in the world are Lalafells. They are always so adorable and she just wants to snuggle them. Unless their names are Lolorito Nanarito or Teledji Adeledji (for obvious reasons). Cecily is terrible with money but never asks for help as to not embarrass herself about how broke she usually is.

I definitely say this would be an interesting discussion. With the Yo-Kai Watch in Eorzea event still going strong, it's open to debate whether or not they would be considered canon to the lore. Personally, I feel that since they are within the game and comes with a little bit of backstory, I say that the Youkai are now canon within the game's lore. Sure you won't find them in a developer's blog along with the history of the Dragonsong War, but I enjoy the idea of Jibanyan, Whisper, Komasan, and other little spirits have made themselves visible to us in Eorzea. So I ask you; do you consider Yo-Kai Watch now canon to FFXIV and accept their involvement in an RP (mostly in-game RP)?

I was wondering when it would come to North America. This is actually rather exciting and hope FFXIV will do more crossover events like this in the future.
