The FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward (Windows version) pre-order codes that grant early access and bonus in-game items will become redeemable via the Mog Station starting tomorrow.

 

If you have pre-ordered FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward (Windows) via participating retailers and received an 18-digit pre-order code (AAAAAA-123-AAAAAA-123 format) you must first visit the Square Enix North America pre-order website to receive your 20-digit Mog Station code. Users who have received a 20-digit (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format) Mog Station code directly from their retailer can skip this step.

Log in with your Square Enix account

Redeem your 18-digit code and select the PC platform - this will grant you a 20-digit Mog Station

pre-order code (This code will also be emailed to you and can be viewed at any time by logging into this website again)

Proceed to the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station and follow the steps listed here to redeem your 20-digit code that will grant early access and the bonus pre-order items

We are currently working with Sony Computer Entertainment America to finalize the set up process and will make a follow-up announcement when pre-order codes can be redeemed on the PlayStation Network and when the digital versions will be available via PSN.

 

In the meantime, if you have pre-ordered a physical version of the game and received an 18-digit (AAAAAA-123-AAAAAA-123 format) pre-order code from your retailer, you can redeem it on the Square Enix North America Pre-order website starting tomorrow.

Redeem your 18-digit code and select the platform of your choice (PS3 or PS4)

Your code status will be set to “Pending” and as soon as codes are available they will be emailed to your Square Enix account email address and also visible on the pre-order site

 

New users who have pre-ordered the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online all-in-one bundle (Windows/Mac versions)

You will be able to redeem your pre-order codes at the official launch of the game after you have created your Square Enix account and registered your full game code.

The registration method of the pre-order bonus code differs depending on the platform. Please follow the instructions below on how to register your pre-order bonus code.

 

Windows®/Mac (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format, 20-digit code):

 

Log into the Mog Station with the Square Enix account you wish to register the pre-order bonus code to.

 

Select the "Your Account" tab on the top-left corner of the screen.

 

If you have multiple service accounts (represented as tabs), please select the service account you wish to register your code on.

 

Select "Enter Pre-order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)," then follow the on-screen instructions.

 

PlayStation®3/ PlayStation®4 (12-digit code):

 

Sign into the PlaySation™Network on your console.

 

Select the "PlayStation®Store"

 

*Please sign into the PlayStation®Store using the Sony Entertainment Network account you use to play FINAL FANTASY XIV.

Oh I already redeemed the 20 digit code awhile ago and have since been derping around but..nothing popped up. Guess it's not yet time to be gettin some of those items.

As soon as we have information to share, we'll be sure to pass it along. We're very well aware that users are looking forward to pre-ordering on PSN, but we're still working with Sony on making that happen.

We've not forgotten you all, but it does take more time than the physical pre-orders. (There are a lot of moving parts to consider!)

 

You will be able to pre-order it, and receive the pre-order bonuses, ahead of launch, so don't worry.

 

Yes, as I mentioned, they will include the pre-order bonuses (early access is a pre-order bonus).

Also, I know you're all very anxious that it's not available yet, but keep in mind that we still have plenty of time until the launch (or start of early access) for pre-orders on PSN to begin. We're very much aware you're all waiting (very patiently!) and are working on it.

I thought I remember seeing EU members get only the one code which isn't the same as NA members way back when pre-orders started.

Redeemed mine with no issues and have yet to have them take anything from my bank account. They will most likely deduct it when the game itself releases.

 

My friend ,however, has not been so lucky. He put his code into mog station and and it asked him to log in again, he did, and then promptly told him this code has been redeemed already. He called SE support and they told him the code is valid and that is most likely "congestion lag". Hopefully this isn't an ongoing issue, or some people are not going to be so happy.

I thought I remember seeing EU members get only the one code which isn't the same as NA members way back when pre-orders started.

 

The thing is that I seem to be running off an NA account from back when I tried to play 1.0 during the free period (but ultimately couldn't), so while I am from the EU, I purchased from the NA store and am attempting to validate it on the NA preorder site.

 

Also, I accidentally attempted it through the EU site when it redirected me to my region automatically as well, so that doesn't work either.
