Steel Wolf Posted May 8, 2015 Share #58 Posted May 8, 2015 I really wanna learn to make ramen. Like, classic legit ramens. I'm not sure where the noodles and stuffs though. :c I loves cooking though, as was pointed out in a similar thread about foods. I can make bunches of stuff, like homemade pastas... ...or just simple stuffs like sausage gravy biscuit bowls... ...or some deep dish pizza and chicken tenders. How bout some strawberry rhubarb pie? But one of my favorite dishes to make is pancit. I adore this Filipino recipe because it tastes unique but is simple and hearty and makes enough to feed a small army. It's shredded cabbage, carrots and scallions with pork tenderloin, boneless skinless chicken and shrimp, all tossed together with soy sauce, ginger, salt, pepper, garlic powder and rice noodles. If you wanna make this, I've posted the recipe for it here. Link to comment
Blue Posted May 8, 2015 Share #59 Posted May 8, 2015 The pros of being Italian in a mainly-american community is that I can brag about the high quality healthy food that I get to eat...! Right? Oh, who am I kidding... Link to comment

Jancis Posted May 8, 2015 Share #64 Posted May 8, 2015 What a sweet surprise... Jancis- I don't- what is-!? Lovely isn't it? It's ice cream in a thin chocolate sphere. A little hot (not spicy) sweet sauce over the top and the chocolate just melts away to add to it. Many fancy places have it, much like the Don Huevo in New York! anwaGJu9yJ4 Link to comment

The idea of food where you trap some delicious food inside an equally delicious shell is really fascinating to my stomach. I remember my favorite dish in the old anime Chuuka Ichiban, a beloved, cheesy show known elsewhere as Cooking Master Boy. The protagonist managed to make a perfectly spherical ball of golden fried rice using a specialized spherical cooker. The outside was crispy and the inside maintained the juices so that when cracked open, it poured out like this. I want to eat fried rice like that... 1 Link to comment
