  1. I agree with Graeham on most of his points, this is as normal an occurrence as in any other kind of RP, style and approach of the person on the other side of this relationship matters. Know thy enemy if you wish to face them in a fight that you hope has a more realistic edge, perhaps have a general few questions asked of the other RPer to generate their opinion on the kinds of things you do or do not like to see? When something you deem as unrealistic or not in good standing with how you RP happen, this is not an act of all RPers in battle, as usual, it is of that single person who may or may not be a decent RPer and/or care one way or the other what your style of RP is. That kind of a person is someone I would be better to simply walk away from, than negotiate with or take verbal issue with. Case by case basis is how I normally RP, and when entering into a situation as delicate as battle can be, that is a case in which I would prefer to know all the angles beforehand lest I lose my favorite character to mortal wounds, or need to regress back to the point before the battle, thus having wasted time I could have spent doing better suited things.
  2. Best bet in my opinion? A combination of looking through the Linkshell/Free Company listing to see which houses are Inns/Bars and the like, and also checking the events page on RPC. If you see an FC/LS which adverts an OOC shell, feel free to ask for a join and that can give you some access to events going on there when possible. I also suggest looking around for general RP OOC linkshells, as these have a diverse group of RPers who may be able to give notices on when an event is going on that is open to any RPers (which often take place in the housing districts). If you would like any help in game (assuming you are on Balmung), you are free to contact me: Momoto Chibito, and I can find some RP shells for you to connect with. Good luck out there!
  3. Haurchefant, now there is a personality to get behind! I am not much for Fem Roes personally, but Merlwyb has such a personality too, she is forceful and positive, and doesn't allow for much room to be antisocial. That is a great trait to be attracted to, and I can see why some are! As to Lady Iceheart, I really loved their use of color to convey her character, I wouldn't necessarily say she was traditionally beautiful, but she has an interesting quality to her, and that combined with her ability to transform into my favorite Primal...I am biased okay! She also is a fighter for justice, and she doesn't give in to traditions as seen by her people, so I think that denotes a bravery that is also attractive...oh god I am in love with her...sahp meh!
  4. Yes, but as you read at the end, that is simply because you allow anyone who rolls well to win, nothing to do with actual strength or armor and weapons, so basically you are equating a Lalafell's chance of winning hand to hand combat to a woman in a bikini top, skirt, with a garden shovel. If it were actual RP, with no roll to support actions, you could never work out with a Lalafell RPer, that your big strong manly character couldn't be overpowered or beaten by a Lalafell barehanded, because there is "no lore to support that, except the strength of "one-off" characters in the story who are apparently extraordinary compared to a normal Lalafell"...still don't get it. That right there tells me I shouldn't ever try, nor should I ever support others to try this tournament, because I simply have been allowed to win as the leader has "looked the other way" because of RPG rules. Reminds me of when people ask me to donate blood, slightly opposite, but only less upsetting because it is irl and not ig, when they ask me to help them, but then when they ask if I have slept with men before, and I need to say no, or otherwise they can't accept my blood. (Not that you have ever asked me personally to come, nor would I assume you to do that, particularly after this bit of discourse)
  5. Einstein has never made a whole lot of sense to me as a wanted character, I mean...I guess his personality alone is nice and interesting enough, but he never takes off that helmet right? Lol, to each his or her own though, maybe once he concedes that helmet, and we get to see that he doesn't look like a total crazy person, I will have my own thoughts on him?!
  6. Not sure we've talked about this enough! Only 14 pages?! Not nearly enough Lalafell-centric talk for me! Let me have a say on this: Lala can -in the game- do what they want. They can be heavily armored soldiers, they can be swift ninjas, they can be heavy handed monks, and so far, none of these options have been strictly prohibited by SE in any way. In the RP community, sure, we have all these opinions of what one race can and can't do over another: we have some making Roe physically stronger than others, we have some saying that there shouldn't be as many Miqos as there are statistically because of lore, we have some saying clearly that Lalafell, because of our size, cannot possibly be as strong or sturdy as other races because of physics. So I am going to give a little background on who is affected by this kind of discussion and what one could think after reading it. Momo, formerly a Tarutaru from XI, which was created at that game's opening, is now over 10-11 years later, a Lalafell. I (the long time RPer of Momo) pick up my copy of FFXIV 1.0, get home, set everything up, and join the game and the RPC basically simultaneously, back when there were not more than a few hundred at most on this forum. I am excited! I played a Tarutaru for years, now I get to basically adopt a really similar race, and with FFXIV I get to have a rich and better RP experience because of our quickly growing community. So Momo is born again, and I start 1.0, quickly we all realize, okay, maybe 1.0 isn't really what we may hoped it would be, it does dismally in ratings, people get fed up with it quickly, so I am a little disappointed and stop playing for a bit. Next time I get a chance to play, I have heard that there will be a Beta for a new FFXIV and that we can play 1.0 until that happens, so I think why not, I miss my Momo and his RP. I do so for a while, I get into beta, I do that for a bit, then finally, Realm Reborn comes, and it isn't at the best time, but I strive to play as much as I can, and I do so without RP for a little while simply because I want to be able to build Momo up to be what I want before I start him again. I choose to make him a PLD, lvl him up, work hard at it, as it wasn't quite as easy then to lvl as it is now. I am further excited because wow, I managed to get something into my plot that I had planned all along, and I have some lvl to back it up, not 50 mind you, because I didn't want him to be the best, just to have been a PLD at some point. I think, okay, time to come back now to RPC! More excitement comes, because our community in the past has always been pretty great, lots of nice people willing to RP and be good with each other as much as an RP community can (I've RPed elsewhere, not the same I will tell you). Here I am! I have returned! Momo lives once again! I continue Momo's plot, and he is now let PLD go, and decided to go onto more academic routes and become a SMN/SCH! I RP for a bit, build up friends and things, and have a generally good time. Then I start to realize. I may have made a mistake without knowing it all those years ago when I decided to be Tarutaru, then brought Momo to FFXIV as their correlative race, the Lalafell, because apparently the FFXIV RP community has a need to treat Lalafells with less respect than the other races. I didn't really think about it before, but then when I went back and started to, I realized that was correct. "Lore support" apparently means that, because Lalafells are small and cute, that we are maybe: kids, little pets, generally unfit to other races in the fields of romance and lo' and behold, physical endurance and strength. My stomach sinks a little when I think about it each time because I didn't really choose to be a Lalafell, that is the character, and Momo has a mind of his own, as you would agree most of your characters do, and he doesn't really make sense as anything else. So I should throw him out, or face the literal disrespect of my character because, "lore supports it" or "that is just how this world works"? I guess what this whole story was about, is that until I recently came back to RPC, before I started posting again, more when I started reading through threads. I realized that something about my character which I didn't like, was apparently forced on to him, and that many RPers supported it because they just don't feel like it hurts anyone and they have "reasons" to back it up. It doesn't seem astounding to you probably if you aren't Lalafell, or don't have a Lalafell character, because, well honestly, Lalafell are unique characters who are often played by pretty unique people. If that weren't the case, we probably would be a much bigger category in the RPC Race pole of which we are last or nearly last place. We feel like we fit in as Lalas in this community, or that we are at least supposed to. We are entirely different than other races, but we don't feel like that makes us deserve a less fair treatment for our characters. So, when another RPer does not play a Lalafell main character, decides it would be relevant to post a thread trying to discredit yet another of our race's abilities or treatments in the world, it kind of gets to us. I think that is probably the case of some of the Lala's in this thread who have posted and then had to come back and say we are sorry for not giving merit to a thread that discredits us and how we handle our characters. I guess the above paragraph can be written off by just saying, "Ah well, don't play Momo as a Lalafell, or just don't play Momo at all if it is that hard on you?", but then I will pose whether Momo just isn't as important to me, as all the characters I see around, with a thousand pics with friends and selifes, and hard earned money spent to have specific art done for them, or done for your character out of the love of an artist who enjoys him/her? Am I not allowed to have the love for my character that others have for theirs because I "chose" to be a Lalafell or because Momo did? From another view, there are many different cases in which the general populace of Ala Mhigo (predominantly of Highlander race) seem to be unintelligent, but I, as a Lalafell RPer, have yet to post a thread using lore or dismissing cases to the opposite, that reads: "Ala Mhigans, Should They Treated as Intelligent People?". Because guess what, on a case by case basis, sure an Ala Mhigan Highlander could be dumb, but there are also cases of the opposite, and it would be up to each individual RPer to decide that, particularly when it is a race that I do not play, and wouldn't understand how to handle personally. I would also feel as if I meant to insult that race or peoples otherwise, because I have no standing with them for the most part. One last thing. When a fighting event is hosted on the grounds and by the rules of rolling randoms, do you include Lalafells because by random roll we could win a battle even bare-handed, or because, for all intents and purposes within the game and shown by lore, we can fight at just the same skill level and strength of races 2-3 times our size, and we deserve just the same treatment as other races? Or does that last option seem somehow "unfair" to you?
  7. Okay, time for a new fun thread! As we all know Lady Iceheart and/or Ysayle is the most beautiful NPC Elezen in the land, and would make me throw down my sparkly rainbow bat for just one inning, and go to plate for the other team! Ladies, maybe some of you feel the same? Gents maybe you have had a passing thought on another ravishing Elezen...black hair...blue eyes...name rhymes with Wymeric? If not, which NPC would do the same for you? Discuss!
  8. Momo? Well Momo is probably doing what he should be doing when he is not doing it while I am on...which means actual work like managing trade accounts, checking in on his charges, and chatting with or getting orders from his master...He probably manages to do some of the things we both enjoy too, i.e. drinking and generally spending his large allowance on nightlife entertainment of all kinds. Then again, it is just as likely (if not more) he is studying buried under stacks of old tomes by candle light. He has a full schedule
  9. I am gonna post a pic when I get home, but Momo right now is all about his Chivalric Doublet of Casting glam, usually with a pair of fringed jackboots and Serpent Skin Gloves of Casting, but in a dark gray shade. As with nearly every outfit he has to have his monocle eye glam! (He seems to have his eye on that new Aurum Regis Circlet of Casting as well, so that is going to take a chunk out of my wallet soon enough I am certain :dodgy: ) Of course....he has a hard time choosing, so sometimes he wears his Valerian Wizard's set too...or his Valerian Shaman's set...or his Sharalyan Philosopher's set...he just has a lot of armor sets from HW because HW armor is all magical and beautiful okay!?!?
  10. Momo? Hard worker on a side job, but mostly a perpetual college student...all that wasted money! :dodgy:
  11. I asked a friend who has the AST hat, it seems that yes you can /visor it! I dunno why you would ever want to, I know I never would, but it is nice to have that option! (not that I even have AST open...enough to do as is...>,<)
  12. I want to amend, evil characters still is totally true(!), but...hybrid characters, as in the case of genetically spliced Allagan characters. While camping for Ultima in what I am now deeming a case of momentary insanity, I was thinking, "Wow, really cool that I am gonna get these horns! Wouldn't that be so interesting to have a character that escaped from Azys La after the MSQ happens, and then sort of lived among all the normal people of Eorzea...but had these awesome horns since he is crossed with Ultima or a Behemoth or something!". Then promptly slapped myself in the head, and realized how far out of my normal play style and character creation that would be...I still think it kind of a cool idea though...:cactuar:
  13. To the above, I kinda like that there is no difference in the AST particularly, it is still very dress robe, and it still has the face veil which is kinda sweet. I actually really like all the new gear! I personally think that WHM could at some point do with a more "wild" or "natural" aesthetic considering the feel of the job and it's lore, but of course I get the feeling that this armor is very HWesque and communicates that in all the designs. I am a SMN main, so I am really happy because one-shoulderness is happening for us, and the armor really has a great old FF feel too! Another set I really liked that seems to be getting flack for nothing, is the awesome BRD set! I have simultaneously heard that is too bard like or too desert archer like...I think it just plain looks awesome, and that the weapon is suuuuper cool 8-):love::love:
  14. Evil characters...one done well is just the best thing...I can barely manage chaotic neutral without feeling so bad for the things my character does, that they have to become chaotic good at worst :geek: >>> :frustrated:
  15. I am not, nor have I ever really pursued an RP FC leadership personally, but I have been the leader of RP in other places, and I have some things to help out if you are willing to try and let some of that stress go, and really focus on your relationships in the game! ~Make Time! Okay, so you have a static, and you have an RP group you've managed to keep together, here are some different time making components for you to consider. Make time for new content, if you are the lead of RP and indeed help push along the story and encourage the others, make sure that the whole group knows that new content in the game will sometimes take a precedence over RP. I have experienced many RP groups in XIV, and this was almost always an official or otherwise widely understood rule, that within the first few weeks of major content, there will be some pause in RP because not just you, but other members wish to enjoy other parts of the game as well. Outside of game content, there is still more you need to think about. It is always a safer bet to have more than one RP or gaming friend group! I have this system in place for myself and I am not even a leader. I have a Hunt LS where I talk about hunting and share that community, I have a Lala LS where I share the vulgar gritty side of myself in a safe and super judgmental environment, and then because I need too much RP in my life, I have 3 (hopefully soon 4) RP connections. This variation of dialogue and sometimes overlapping, but mostly separate group of friends, helps me really divide my stress levels, when one group makes me particularly steamed, I switch over to another to have some fun and let that go, but I always have something to do in one place or another available to me in case I want to RP or do game content, another way other than simple dialogue to let out that steam. ~Make Connections! This is described above for you, but also encourage your RP FC members to do this as well. Talk to other RP groups about possible plot lines that can drive themselves outside of your core group, meet up with other RP groups for their events, or even just make all this information available to your group so that they can choose what they want to do. This helps build a sense of community amongst other groups and amongst the RPers in general on your server (which I am sad to see in many cases is lacking, and really needs to addressed by everyone), and improves things across the board, and hopefully ease some of the guilt from needing time away on occasion. Something that helps speed this along is mentioned by other posters, but having someone at the helm of RP in the group besides just you, can't be stressed enough how this helps, and some really great things can come out of having someone there at your back pushing others to RP. ~Leave Drama Behind! Okay, drama, I can't even with this subject most of the time. I don't like drama outside of RP, it happens, I have a rare abrasive moment here and there when I have to deal with prejudice in the community or really weak uncreative RP and RPers who have more interest in doing what they want rather than what is reasonable or acceptable in RP (which is predominantly a team activity btw!). I don't do this always on purpose, but something that has helped me stick with things for a long period of time, is distancing myself from people outside of the game setting. I don't do other chats, I will do voice occasionally, but honestly (and this doesn't have to be the case with everyone) chatting in the game and RPing together is what I need to enjoy, and not somehow thinking that our connection (though I find the connection by creativity between artists -visual, written, or otherwise- to be some of the deepest connections I have made in my life) means we need to meet outside the game, which allows for a mixing of personal and private things that will interfere with the artistic process and general fun to be had in RP like what we have in FFFXIV. This sounds a little negative I know, and as I said, I don't really do it intentionally, I just really value my RP experience and community, and I instinctually don't like to jeopardize that with anything outside the game. From what I am reading, you have both heavy and light RPers, this is a blessing where it seems to be a curse for you. Allow the heavy RPers to put up some events for everyone, a little brainstorming and planning, and you can have a great event that you as a leader don't have to run, but rather just attend and enjoy. Make an overarching plot that both encourages planning, but also flows with the game and allows people to make choices and have an outcome that helps everyone grow (again something to propose to the heavier RP members, and let the lighter side join in when they can/want to). You're in a static, and not just you, but maybe another member or two in the FC are also, how about this, make sure to put aside some funds to donate to RP events, hire a bard, hire some servers, dancers, and other people that can come make the event more fun, there are plenty of these sorts around, some don't even ask for actual gil, and just enjoy entertaining and sharing their hard work developing their character. Okay, so I hope some part of this wall of text helps/is even read, and that this situation gets some work from you to make better, because at the end of the day, you need to find the parts of every creative and hard won process that you enjoy, whether it be RP, gaming, or both, and having fun and making that fun last isn't always easy (in fact it rarely is). I wish you and your group all the best!
  16. Fernehalwes specifically addressed that Ququruka was an exception, not the rule. By some combination of slowing his breathing, meditation, black magic, fasting, and reaching some spiritual "zen" Ququruka was able to extend his life well beyond what is normally capable by the Races of Man and was able to outlive a 100-year gaol sentence in the Oubliette in Ul'dah. However, he uses the last of his strength to free Barbatos and dies shortly thereafter. Makes me a bit curious as to whether this was always in place or they just changed things to fit with the 2.0 game? Guess I never put as much faith in him since sometimes when he answers questions it almost seems like he is just trying to do exactly that after 1.0 was a failure and they needed to rebuild the world but use the base of it, particularly since he doesn't know the name of the Lala, nor does he accurately quote his age in the quest (nor is there any evidence that many of the NPC weren't just reused in a way, and no one thought to make them older even though 5 years had passed?). I guess for now we will have to take his word on it!
  17. As per the BLM quests, we find that actually Lalafell are one of the longest living races in Eorzea currently if I remember correctly, so maybe the answer about Elezen was a little short-lived or jumping the gun on lore where it wasn't completely developed yet? Either way, something to think about since in the quests it doesn't seem like Lalafells living to 130-150 was all that uncommon, and it seems pretty clear from what we've seen, and taking character creation into account among all races, there is no "old age" look for Lalafells which suggests we probably just stop the normal aging process and maybe have some sort of internal issues with age? Cute little old Lalafells unfortunately strikes me as something we really need...and for that matter, Lalafell children which would be really hard to even spot due to their tiny size >,< Let's work on that SE!
  18. I think what you have here is a great idea, only one thing I would add is to pay attention to the major houses that Arty...Tabris, mentioned above. If you have an interest in creating your own family of highborn status, I would give it a little push by making the mother or grandmother a member of the high houses. I will let Tabris, come up with more sound RP ideas if the above is no good, he is into Elezen lore and politics to a greater extent than I, but as I said, everything else sounds absolutely wonderful and maybe for that extra little boost I would find a group that you could possibly work yourself into to allow some more chances for that dark underbelly to your character really come through! Good luck!
  19. One of the things I think is fascinating in this instance is the fight for transracial characters, and the fact that it is possible to be one. Now as a person who leans towards heavy RP, I personally don't like IC Fantasia use, as I tend to ignore it exists at all as a character (nor would I ever have a reason to change from being a Lala...because well, hello, Lalafell duh best yo!), but I have seen it used in instances where it was part of a plot that I felt was acceptable and supported by lore, however they didn't state it was a Fantasia, and was more of a curse which was placed upon them. Whatever the case, I agree in this case that for the most part, a great deal of RPers are not going to support a race change with Fantasia, and for good reason. The potion itself was placed in the game for OOC of character reasons, and is used to change characters for OOC reasons in general and then made to fit. This isn't the best approach to a race change for me, if one wants to change their character, then make a new character as a main and make a new story to go with that character, if one would like to keep a character they already have and retcon that background to being a different race, then do that, and I think you will be better accepted than using a scapegoat to justify your OOC decisions to race change. Otherwise, I say make an alt first of that character, play it for a while, see what you think before you make this kind of decision, which assuming you love your character...is a big one! Then accept that you will be choosing to call some of your RP cred in question, because whether you like it or not, it is clear that is what may be a consequence of this choice. (Am I the king of run-ons? Me finks, yus...yus I am!)
  20. I wasn't sure how far along you were in the story, but clearly you are to a point where you can see some of the conflict here: The above was posted before seeing Tabris's post, so I want to state that it mostly agrees with that post, and adds a few possible plot points to his, I think there is great hope to have a character like the one you are suggesting, so don't give up, and if you have more ideas, plenty of people here to help!
  21. IF played correctly, with caution, with humility, and with a good story and purpose for your character, this is a completely possible character in my opinion. I think you are going to get more people who will probably just say don't bother because of the risks, but honestly, it is no fun to always just have a safe character, and if you do this right, I think it is just enough on the side of unimportant that it could work quite easily. Some things to consider: The poster above is right, and I think that you answered this pretty well, clones don't necessarily know everything there is to know, and possibly could be taught or programmed with the exact amount of knowledge they need. Another possible approach to this is making your character have some memory loss. If you can RP with friends who are willing to accept your character for what he/she is, and who can help you make it convincing that maybe your character senses something is not right, something is a little off about themselves, and have some memories that over time come back (which will allow you to retain some of the Allaghan societal queues, but not have to deal with tons of lore to learn/make up which I wouldn't ever recommend). This kind of thing can also be justified with the long expanse of time since their creation, maybe after being dormant for so long, they have forgotten their purpose? If you don't like these, or don't have the RP friends to support these, feel free to do whatever you want, I just thought these were some decent plot ideas? One last thing, I think a great idea to really emphasize on a character like this is: the future! A clone who has lost purpose (and possibly memory), and is living in a time with which they are not familiar, has a great potential to be a wanderer or searcher, going along an unseen path and trying to find a new goal in their lives, which in any kind of character can be a real treasure to RP with some hard work and creativity! Above all, and this has been mentioned above in a way, play with humility! Do not be: "I am an Allaghan clone guys! Look at me! I am thousands of years old!" be more: "Hello my name is Doga/Unei...made up last name, no real family, unknowing of cultural cues or the simple world of today's Eorzea, but still a person with all the emotions and thoughts a normal person has, nice to meet you, lets grow together (as I figure out my place and self)!" because that is the way that you are going to get what you want and still enjoy all the many wonders of RP in our big talented and creative community! Okay, enough rambling, hope this helps, and good luck! Momo would be happy to work with you at some point if you are on Balmung!
  22. Without giving too much away of the MSQ, yes there will be a few complications to being an actual Inquisitor depending on what time-line you wish to adhere to...some try to avoid going with an exact timeline, some have groups which all agree on a timeline, so just choose which one you feel will work with the part of the RP community you immerse yourself in. As to being a highborn fanatic, I'd say upon completing the MSQ, and seeing all that happens, there is still room for this, though you would be amongst a minority, and much of that hatred within your character would have to come from ignorance of the truth, or a lack of trust in Ishgardian officials. That being said, I will reiterate, please do this if you want, it would be an interesting sort of character, and maybe you can work in some conflicting actions with your character, maybe being a good person and helping the community, but still believing whole heartedly that dragonkin should die at any cost for all the trouble that they've caused in the city? A resolution to that kind of personal dilemma would leave you with an even more interesting character full of emotional woe! Just a suggestion, and good luck out there!
  23. Ever in the interest of advancing Lalafell rights and racial equality, I will post here too! As I have said before, I spent many years playing a Tarutaru on XI, and it was natural progression to further be a Lala in XIV. I really don't know why I love Lalas or why I liked Tarus (though I suspect that always being a mage, I picked Taru because they had a veeeery slight advantage being mages in XI), but at this point it will likely never change! A few great things about Lalafell: ~We are cute, like really, if you play a Lala and always do, you know this, when you create a character, you acknowledge a base cuteness and work from there! ~We can be evil, adorable, sweet, tough, all of the above and none of the adove, and to me, it doesn't seem strange, nor does it seem all that strange to others from what I've noticed (particularly since most of the Lalas in the MSQ are pure evil anywho). ~We have a great community! I don't see a lot of races band together the way that Lala mains do, we have LSs and we always make a point to acknowledge one another in group settings. I think we just have a natural gravity to us, and though we are short, we seem to command a pretty fair amount of attention from the taller races as well. Respect! Other than XI, I don't tend to pick short races, all the ones in WoW are waaay too cartoony, and in most other games I just play elves of some kind, or an animal race, but I am also in the "No thanks on being a human" camp as I am (believe it or not) a human irl, so in a fantasy realm I would like to try being something else. For me, at this point because of playing first person a lot: Roes-Hhhhnnnngggg, so beefy and hot, but too tall! ( I dunno why, but many of them seem to be sweet and handsome too personality wise) Elezen-So so elegant and full of such grace, buuuut too tall! Hyur- Midlander are just a no for me altogether, Highlander....too hot for words (I even like their lack of eyebrows personally!), but...too tall! Miqos- Hot, sweet, looks suuuper great in a leaopard print speedo, great company to have, nice tails, but slightly too tall. (seem to be full of themselves at times in some cases) Auri- Also look great in speedos because lets be serious...dem thighs (and scales)! But again waaaay too tall! Sense a trend?
  24. 12-13 years ago, I started Final Fantasy XI as a Tarutaru, which I played for many years after. I don't know how many people do this, but I played a lot from a first person point of view, and therefore became used to a certain line of vision in the game...now I can't go back. I have now tried to play at least three other races at length, each of which (even with a good story) I have deleted within a week :frustrated:...I will say, I do have twins for which I have two accounts, and they are both Miqo, so I have managed to keep them as alts, but Momo is now and ever shall be a Lalafell. Now! Being a lala has it's own problems...people think I am a child, and as such often treat you like a child, even in RP. I don't mind it sooo much, but when it comes to romance for a character I think it will be a little hard for me, because I have heard all of my RP friends basically (except those who are also Lalas) tell me they would never have an interest in romancing a Lala because we are too "cute" and "childlike" looking, even when we clearly display a mature adult personality. I guess I know where they are coming from, but at the same time having always played a Lala...I also don't really, as I don't see Lalas as children at all. All that being said, please play a Lala! We are an interesting and complex race, we have a great love for many things, and those who play our race tend to have unique personalities and a sense of community you won't often find other places! Have any questions or concerns? Thinking of being Lala but not sure? Are you a gentleman looking for a Lala gentleman to take you out on the town? Contact Momoto Chibito in game, he is here to help with all your Lalafell needs!
