What I will say may sound mean, but if there's a best time to be up front and honest, it would be right now. Not blaming anyone, people have the right of their opinions, they will always do. But, I came to consider a part of the RP community I live in as quite vitriolic for what I've witnessed in the RPC. Not only in serious topics, but in seemingly simple ones! Things that should been healthy, interesting conversations and discussions about lore or what else degrading into a crazy war of opinions where words were/are used as weapons and there's no middle term, no compromise, understanding or acknowledgement of your thoughts, just right and wrong. As I told a few friends, I've been writing a story, but I'm partly being fearful of doing such. Why so? Not because the story is bad (though that is something I worry about all the time), but because of the liberties I'm taking with the Eorzean mythology, I feel like it will stir people into biting me. RL is harsh for everyone as far as I'm aware. But people should always be vigilant of themselves before throwing potentially hurting words out there. One of the things I always insist on saying, your freedom ends where the others' begin. People shouldn't try to prove others wrong. It is your right to disagree as it is your right to convince people of your/try to change their opinion, but it is not right to attack one's opinion. I feel also that everyone's an adult and should be aware/work with each other in a manner that the topics that are being talked about doesn't devolve into flame wars. Action of the moderators should be considered a last resort, a thing that must be avoided. Anyhow, that's my words as a forum lurker. If I sound mean by any manner, sorry, if you disagree with me and my choice on words, sorry too. It is just my two cents.

It was from nowhere that she appeared. Menphina, the Lover — Does your character have any lovers? ● Nope! Adventurer is her muse. Lover? Inspiration...*ponders* Thaliak, the Scholar — What topics or subjects does your character like to learn about? ● As a girl that wishes to explore the world, her curiosity is boundless and as such, she'd like to learn everything she can. If anything, geography and history of other regions and of Eorzea might be her main interest. Nymeia, the Spinner — Does your character have any extraordinary skills in crafting? ● Not at all. Basic cooking, knows some basic in weaving and leatherworking, but that's it. Llymlaen, the Navigator — What is your character’s dream vacation? Where would they go? Who or what would they bring with them? ● Any place that is beautiful and relaxing! (Or she didn't visit yet!). She'd bring one or some of her friends, if possible. Oschon, the Wanderer — Where is your character from? Where do they consider their home to be now? ● She hails from Gridania and she considers the entire planet her home, one that she must unravel and understand. Byregot, the Builder — What are the building blocks of your character’s personality from their childhood that determines their reactions and behaviors as an adult? ● The building block of Leanne's personality resides in one simple powerful passion of hers: Traveling. The powerful wanderlust she has inside herself is if anything the cause of everything Leanne is today. Rhalgr, the Destroyer — If your character had the power, what would they destroy? ● No one! Destroying people is bad! Well if she could actually she'd try to 'pacify' the Braves, Blades and Monetarists. What pacifies entails? The required amount of abuse necessary to leave her/other people alone. She only kills as last resort, but she is -not- afraid of killing. Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your character’s life? ● The one person that spearhead the Age of Adventurers, the Warrior of Light. Nald’thal, the Traders — What does your character do for a living? What is their favorite job to work on? What is their least favorite job to do? ● Adventuring! Anything that involves adventuring! About the third question, uhh...anything that involves dealing with morbols. Ergh. Nophica, the Matron — Describe your character’s parents? Who is their mother? Who is their father? ● C'thara Delphium, former huntress and nowadays very sweet mom, she sees a mirror by looking at Leanne's and is proud of her determination! And there's also C'Kahn Delphium, a tia that stole a skilled huntress's heart and took her away to Gridania. He's a dedicated doting dad, filling Leanne and her brother with presents. Althyk, the Keeper — If your character could go back into the past and change one thing, what would it be and why? ● She'd punch Natalie in the face. Or she'd incapacitate Jameson Taeros when she had the chance. Learned a bit too late that pacifism only takes you so far.

I'd put Leanne between 4 and 3, really depending on the situation RP setting itself to determine what the gravitates towards. Leanne has some very uncanny acrobatic skills and is scary at all forms of ranged weaponry! Has some proficiency at pugilism and dagger fighting, and the rest...well, she could do some learning. One of her themes is of the ever learning girl, so while I'm not interested in it, I could see her learning proper aetheric manipulation!

Gotta remember too that Square could have gone as well the lazy route, copy pasted the same model a hundred times, and said "Job well done!"

I'd like to fill in for Proactive 3, or event 2! As Orrin said though, I will be on low priority since Ky is spear heading one of the proactives!

Perhaps I'm choosing this song cause I'm addicted to it, but still... DsT_fcjDT48 I feel it fits a few of Leanne's themes: hope and perseverance.

Leanne has quite a metabolism, being able to drink a lot of alcohol without getting drunk x3 Sometimes though she -does- manage to hit her threshold, and when that happens she turns in a happy yet violent drunk. Her more pacifist approach to things becomes "Leave me be or you're going to the hospital." ...So yes! Leanne is better not getting drunk.

Leanne has no preference in physique. Not only because of the "Heart sees beyond race and gender trope" trope, but also because her mind ignores physical attractiveness unless it is slammed into her face. (Like when Aya quite literally slammed Leanne's face into her chest. Cue the poor cat flailing and in desperate need of oxygen.) ...I think the only bias Leanne has it is that the other half would have to be taller, perhaps slightly older, wiser-looking, ...which is the usual occurrence with almost everyone, since Leanne is a 18 year old short girl who's still learning about the world...point still stands! Sort of.

Tell me a general vibe of your character in combat. And a picture. I winged it. Never too late to start. I find a good, not expensive way to learn is to drop $10 on Duels of the Planeswalkers. Been playing since '99 myself and it's one of my favorite hobbies. *Clap clap clap!!* Eeee, thaaanks! Now just need an OP Hat Card, and everything would fall into place x3

Leanne normally gravitates towards tomboyish clothes, with easy to breathe shirt and trousers and a very good pair of traveling boots. Not forgetting the ever present hat of hers! About colors, she used to prefer a green, brown and dark mix of colors, a reminder of her origins as a Gridanian, yet when she accept the mantle of a Bard, there was a slow transition with more brighter, vibrant colors, those being white, red and gold. As a point of curiosity, before the hat, she used a bandana with a mask, and had a brief time being known as the 'Thief Lady' x3
