THIS. I know it's a personal preference thing, so I don't get my panties in a twist when I see someone do it, but it always gives me paws (see what I did there :3?). As a Miqo'te I'm even loathe to use it as a descriptive verb for fear people will take it the wrong way : P. As for personal ear/tail emotes, I keep them limited, but this is because my character likes to be somewhat difficult to read. She's trained herself to keep them as still as possible when she wishes. Sometimes I'll throw in a vague ear flick so people will know there's been a muted reaction, but maybe not what precisely the action was. Amongst her closer friends I emote a bit more with the ears. Her ears will perk when she's particularly interested in something, or they'll droop if she's sad, though really only 3 people tops have seen that reaction. In the company of friends, the ear flick is usually a sign of hiding her embarrassment. Tail emotes are rare in all cases because, as a bit of a non-tribal snoot, she finds it uncouth. She also dislikes being referred to as "cat" or "kitten," taking the "I am NOT an animal!" stance. Also I like this separate thread. I kind of wanted to post this junk in the other one, but it felt off-topic for a discussion thread just to say "this is what I do :D" and no one would care, lul. This is a nice place to blurt out personal habits and see what others do .

These options seem a little bit one sided (two-sided if you consider the troll option ). No one's forcing you to come to Balmung or Gilgamesh, though for the most part, I believe the consensus is that we would *like* to see you on our servers because we would *like* to roleplay with you. You're a big kid and you can form a community where ever you want and you already seem to have support, so do it !

Advice she gives sometimes has seeds in self service and greed, rather than what is actually good and right for the situation. She's a terribly lusty creature, though recently her lust has been focused on only one target. When she wants something, she'll stop at nothing to get it, using anything from theft to charm to secure whatever it may be. She's often materialistic and selfish, except in the case of closer friends and is prone to addictions such as alcohol. If pushed in just the right way, she could easily be convinced to go "dark side," most likely do to a lack of "good" morals and hopeless attitude in emotionally stressful situations due to oppression in her youth. Much of what she does is simply to amuse herself, playing with others, making them blush and/or getting a rise out of them being amongst her favorite endeavors. Correct! Or you can use the trees mentioned, or others you find to get red/blue/yellow drops and trade those in for 2 green each. 7>4 = ♥

There's been a little confusion about how this event works, so I thought I'd post a minimalistic guide on the daily quest for the fallen stars and three known houses (with permission) for all three star types. The quest mentions finding different topped trees, Sun, Moon and Star to get different drop types. These are actually the types of trees you get from the mammet NPCs. People have to purchase the trees with green drops and put them up on their yards, then we hunt them down and click THOSE instead of the standard one near the quest starter NPC. The Sun topped trees give you a Red drop The Moon topped trees give you a Blue drop The Star topped trees give you a Yellow drop The trees are BRIGHT white with decorations in their drop color, too too hard to find, BUT some FCs/people have been nice enough to let others know which tree types they have up: Goblet Ward 4, Plot 8 - Sun-topped (thanks to the Goblin Illuminati) Mist Ward 6, Plot 4 - Moon-topped (thanks to the Coral Sea) Lavender Beds Ward 5, Plot 9 - Star-topped (thanks to Vash Ashford) If you do your three daily quests in each ward by clicking their trees you'll get one drop of each color in a day. Clicking the standard tree near the starter NPC will give you a green drop. It's also notable that if you get a color drop besides green you can trade it for two green drops at the mammets. That's the way to go, IMO! Feel free to post up your own trees if you want to help out the cause

I'd be totally willing to help Merri out here. I have all my crafts to 50, though only weaver 3 starred. Bring me your stuff and I can craft it (shards included please!) and don't worry if you're missing a few things like leather or wool, I'm a material hoarder
