Well you could go the poetic route and do "High Above" and evoke that Elezen awesomeness A simple "Elezen Retreat" might be better for helping people understand at a glance or in their list after they've returned from a break..

I'll throw my hat in as well and clear a linkshell spot for it. Midnight Sanctuary was unfortunately very quiet while I was [briefly] there so I ended up dropping it for a now seldom used FATE LS. Its certainly fun to speculate on why the canonical racial tensions don't show up among the adventurer population. Since Quars curiosity tends to over ride his aversion to talking to "The Greens" I've taken to using it as a discussion point ICly, asking people if they've found the tensions not as prevalent as a result of them simply having more important things to worry about, or if it was a difference in their upbringing that also perhaps lead to them being an adventurer, or simply acclimation over time [be it through fighting along side them or what have you.] Anyroad, looking forward to hearing how things go!

Just to add an additional "its probably tempering" to the Bahamut situation, During your quest-lines involving Cid he talks about how his fathers focus on Allagan technology and uncovering old secrets turned to single minded obsession as he began and continued work on Meteor. I think they'd be new tome stuff as well! why would that be sad though? They're removing the Myth cap, so it should be easy enough to gear appropriately for what ever content drops the new tomes. I think the gears looking pretty good.

That Armor isn't Paladin AF, its generic tank gear the preview video at: 2 Minutes and 8 seconds Shows an Axe wielding Tank using it, unless they've Glamoured their Warrior AF to look like the PLD one.

Like wise, I'll have to lug around my clawed darklight gauntlets instead of being able to stash them.. Wasn't it explicitly stated that you can stash gear? Maybe I'm misreading that, but I doubt it. Yeah that was a bad example. I meant that I [supposedly] won't be able to bind the appearance to a low level gear, so I won't be able to fart around actually wearing the "doctore" chest piece, but Glamoured to look like the Infantry chest, until I level up enough to actually wear it on my PUG, at which point it'll be moot and i'll just be wearing the Infantry gear. I'm waiting to see more how the level restriction works of course, and the system as a whole, but the feelings a bit mixed.

I totally understand, I was really hoping to be able to use my summoners boots along with a mix of some other gear along with my black mage, but alas.. I'm sure you comparison was just for comparisons sake, but as a note, you can wear infantry gear as a PLD. [since its DoW] And hopefully that means you will be able to Glamour it. Mhm, I imagine that would be the restriction as well, no making your woollen Bilaud looking like AF+1 gear, but you can run around looking like a farmer in CT if you want. I wonder how many sets of acolyte robes i'm going to see running around once thats implemented. The same number of items is a logical restriction to stop any shenanigans. The restriction on job appearance is a bit sad, weapons aside. I imagine if could be a bit confusing to see a black mage running around in a Scholars suit, but ah well, this is better than nothing. I've gone back and editited the OP to link to the letter for answers.

As to the location, It was tough to pick [especially right after launch]! outside the city, but in a low level area easy to get to, at the same time access to the most people on foot [if some one wanted an alt ect, to attend that was a Gridanian they could make the trek though highly dangerous.] As well as trying to tie it into an existing "tavern area" Their is the added benefit of having the camp fire, the stone outpost above on the hill, the rail house across the way, and the proximity to the grindstone. Though your concern is a valid one and an unfortunate part of the event.
