Can I say how happy I am about an outfit that did get included? Not the biggest fan of winged helmets, but the simple tabard chest is something i've wanted for a long time, I think it would be a great formal set, if they could just add some kind of "ceremonial" weapons (Like a spear with a Grand company flag on the end)

Yknow what I REALLY wanna see? Yknow the dragoon y'fight in the job quests, and how he's from a village burnt by Dravinians? Ferndale? I remember exploring it in 1.0, I really hope that if not him, then the instructor, or maybe someone else takes you on a journey there or something, I remember in 1.0 you'd have to teleport to camp glory? then head north past the weeping vale, go through the tunnels of will-o-wips that were like level 60, until you reached the Feathergorge area, then head north fro mthere through another tunnel system that would spit you out east of Ferndale's ruins. Really any excuse to see Eastern Coerthas and the Dawn Vigil (So excited to be returning to the Dusk vigil after it being nothing more than the BLM artifact pick up.)

Oh yeah that looked really nice, kinda reminds me of the liliput guards in Crystal Chronicals. me-likey.

I love it when I stumble upon people RPing out in the wild, and i'm able to share a polite word or two before carrying on my adventure, La Noscea is wonderful for this, i've ended up accompanying a few people for quite the journey!

You could also try using items that have high worth but aren't common currency, Gems being a big one. A few million gil might not be easy to lug around in coins, but a small bag of rubies, or even diamonds probably fetches quite the price vs space. I tend to use Freelances method though, a signed document authorizing the withdrawal of funds to be transferred to another individual or paid out to them signed by a witness with another copy kept on my own person in case anyone tries to validate.

I didn't even play on Balmung/Besaid at first... I was on Lindblum. Quari's the second character I made on Balmung, meant to mostly just have some RP on the side with friends I knew and moved over to FFXIV with while I did "more serious" stuff on my main.

I don't know the exact numbers but at least one of the houses is Duskwight, and you do meet a couple of them. Like the Duskwights researching the Gelmorran ruins in the Shroud, or the lady of Haukke Manor there's evidence that this racial trend is with a fair number of exceptions. Crisiet was able to mention more off the top of his head than I can and I don't have full access to my notes at work ;-;

Yeah the post I saw on the /r/ffxiv subreddit with the total number of items sucks, I want to see if I can't use larger tables to cut down the number of required items. I actually liked Karazhan's (WoW) chess battle game. I live for that game in that dungeon. Defiantly my favorite Raid in that game, once i've had the chance to play around with some different furniture i'll see if I can't provide the details. The board might not look as fancy, but I want to be able to have it and some other furniture.
